From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly and genuinely helpful, which immediately set the tone for the stay. The room was spotless, modern, and really comfortable, with everything I needed and more. The bed was incredibly comfy, and I slept brilliantly every night. The facilities were excellent too – great amenities, a relaxed atmosphere, and everything was well looked after. Location was perfect, close to everything important but still quiet enough to properly unwind. Breakfast was also a highlight with plenty of choice and really good quality food. Overall, this place delivers on exactly what you want from a hotel: comfort, cleanliness, great service, and a really pleasant stay. Would 100% stay again and happily recommend it."

"This is a good option for travellers with good amenities, there are great restaurants nearby. The only small thing is the colour of the paint in the room the black could make it a little gloomy for winter. The amenities are good in terms of co-working spaces, lounge and laundry room etc. the rooms are fully equipped and that’s convenient for business or leisure travellers. Loved the concept of events and loved the elevator vibe with the photos"

"Even though it is not located in the central of London but there are bus stations right in front of the hotel. It makes your movement very convenient. The room is comfortable. I left something in the room and contacted the hotel staff. She promised to check and call me banck but no update."

"Booked the hotel for an event at the Royal Albert Hall, which was just a 12 minute taxi journey away. Check-in was smooth and the common areas really well presented. The room itself was great, the biggest and comfiest bed I've ever slept in! Also impressed with the bathroom having a bath rather than just a shower, and the toiletries provided were really nice too. Overall great stay."
