Great
AAnonymous UserThe location is unbeatable! Just a short walk to the Duomo Square, making shopping incredibly convenient. The room itself isn't huge, but it's perfectly fine for a short stay, especially given the prime location!
GGuest UserThe place was incredibly clean and the staff were all super nice. Facilities were great, with some complimentary fruits, veggies, and condiments, plus a self-serve drink station (though some items like towels incur a charge). My roommates were lovely too. There's both indoor and outdoor space available, the location is excellent, and the directions provided were very clear.
PpharmacistoffdutyThe hotel is just opposite the Milano central and the bus station to airport. Very very convenient. Hotel is clean, may hear passerby or vehicles noise from room. Not for light sleeper. Room is pretty spacious, which is good for us to open our luggages for packing.. there is elevator (small and old) but saves us from carrying our luggages up the stairs. Overall, a good experience!
GGuest UserThe location is good, it is near Naviglio Grande where is beautiful and many restaurants around. The staff are nice, they are very helpful to call taxi and even contact the hospital when my son was sick in one night. The cleaning staff is responsible and tidy the room good.
GGuest UserLocation is great, close to the Milano Central station. I tried a couple of restaurants around the hotel, it was very nice.
Hotel room is too warm for us, we cannot adjust the temperature in our room. The staff said the temperature is not adjustable as set by the government. Luckily, the window is openable, we got some cool air from outside.
SSaravpStaff was amazing very welcoming, was given a voucher for a free drink loved it! Also very attentive to all our questions.
Location wasn’t too bad nearest train/metro was roughly a 10-15min walk not bad at all.
Views from room obviously just main roads.
Washroom was very clean as well maybe minor issues but overall very good.
JJulius LOCATIONS GOOD, ROOM IS CLEAN, BEST AMONG THE EUROPEAN COUNTRIES I TRAVELED. LOBBY MANAGER HELPED TO CHECK IN AND ARRANGED TO SIT FOR THE TIME BEING.
TAXI AND TRAM AROUND THE HÔTEL REGION, SO NEED NOT TO WALK FOR A LONG DISTANCE. FOR SHOPPING, THERE ARE A LOT OF LUXURY SHOPS NEARBY, RESTAURANTS ARE GOOD, WITH TIPS, SERVICES ATE EXTRAORDINARY.
STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVELLERS OR PEOPLE ON BUSINESS TRIP TO CHOOSE.
GGuest UserI think this hotel is pretty good. The rooms are small but have two small balconies facing outwards. It was raining that day, which made it extra cozy. The room was clean and quiet enough. The only downside is the front desk service felt a bit perfunctory, but I'm used to that from foreigners. There are indeed a lot of black people downstairs, so try not to go out too late. The supermarket and restaurants downstairs are very convenient.
GGuest UserOstello Bello Grande is a clean and comfortable youth hostel. The capsule beds are exceptionally clean, spacious enough, and provide a secure night's sleep. The service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. The location is generally good, about 3 kilometers from Milan Central Station, requiring a short bus ride, which makes getting around quite convenient. It offers good value for money, and I highly recommend it for solo travelers!
