Completely exceeded my expectations! The lobby decor is grand yet cozy 🏡, and the bellhop was super enthusiastic about helping with luggage 🧳. The room's soundproofing was so good I couldn't hear any noise 🤫, and waking up to the morning sun was incredibly refreshing 🌞. Checkout was super fast, no long waits ⌛. Highly recommended!

10 min walks from metro station; booked last minute for a Easter trip so only can get a smoking room. Have a bit of smells of smoke but they have a air purifier there so it’s gone soon. Not the biggest of single room but ample enough for someone whose trip is just for shopping + crane game for big dolls

This hotel is located 5 min walk from Juso station, very convenient to travel to Kobe, Kyoto and Nara. Room is spacious and they provide with everything you may possibly need starting from toothbrush and razor to bath salt and foam, creams, cleansers, hair and face masks. That was amazing! Breakfast has some European options like scrambled eggs, sausages, toasts, pain au chocolat and cereal with milk. It doesn’t change much but you can always get something usual to eat. The staff is very helpful and they even allowed us to leave our suitcase free of charge for a day between our bookings when we left for ryokan for 1 night.

This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations; it's almost on par with a five-star hotel. I've stayed in many capsule hotels, and this one is the best. The large public bath has everything you could possibly need, they even provide swim trunks! Razors, toothbrushes, hand towels, bath towels, pumice stones, exfoliating mitts, and multiple types of facial cleansers – they have it all. Can you believe there's even an open-air bath? They also offer massages, but those are extra. And seriously, they even have a blood pressure monitor! After showering, you can grab a drink and some noodles, which can be charged directly to your room. The luggage area has a huge packing table, with space underneath for oversized luggage (I didn't use it so I don't know if there's a charge). The lounge area has sofas for watching TV, and even a smoking section – it's incredibly convenient! Right outside the hotel is Umeda Higashidori Street, where bunny girls invite you to all-you-can-drink deals, and there are all sorts of food options around. The capsule itself is quite spacious, and the bedding is incredibly clean – I mean five-star hotel quality clean. I don't understand why the rating is low; for me, the only 'downside' is that there are too many amenities and services to explore before I had to check out. For a capsule hotel, the service is almost too much! One final friendly tip: you'll still need to buy your own toothpaste...

The Hotel is in a good location even though it is always mandatory to take the train to get to most sights or even the city centre. But it is a lively neighbourhood with loads of traditional Japanese pubs. The Hotel itself is a bit older and I think the room and the equipment (e.g. the blanket cover) shows the age. But it was clean. Amenities and free coffee/tea is available 24/7 and staff was very friendly.

The hotel is super close to the subway station, right at the exit. The room was generally clean, and both comfort and quietness were good. It's a bit of a walk from the JR station, about 15 minutes. Breakfast was quite expensive, so I didn't eat at the hotel; there's a Matsuya across the street which was a good alternative.

I arrived a little early, but they were happy to show me around. Since there was an infectious disease outbreak, I was grateful that they had provided a humidifier from the start. The breakfast staff, parking lot staff, and cleaning staff all greeted me kindly, which was very pleasant. I had stayed at the Nagoya branch the previous week and had a very unpleasant experience, so I wasn't expecting much, but I never expected to feel such a big difference between branches. A hotel really depends on the staff.

Good location, from thirteen stations to the hotel about 5 to 7 minutes, the hotel downstairs there are many restaurants to choose from, there are also convenience stores, medicine houses, nearby a shopping street walk, there is a bus directly to Shin-Osaka or Osaka station, easy to get out of the airport, the hotel space is moderate, clean and hygienic, not oppressive, stable water pressure and air conditioning comfortable (can to adjust), cheap price and free breakfast, for limited travel costs, is a very good choice, thirteen station has two Dongheng, do not mix, I went the first time wrong, in addition to the hotel near more nightclubs, so ladies door to pay attention, but I think it can, because the area is lively, but the second store is quieter

5 star hotel at 3 star prices. So many plus points that made this hotel a real gem. Fridge is big with 2 free beers n juices. Nice coffee machine at room n free coffee at reception. Comfy long sofa n bed. Huge bathroom with big bath tube n bidet toilet. Provided handphone charger, pyjamas, pillows, blankets n iron at your choice. Beautiful roof top seating area at 10th floor. Gd size indoor onsen n outdoor individual bath tube onsen. Right downstairs is a shopping street n 5 mins to juso station. Early check-in with additional fee. All services excellent. Only bad point is no YouTube on Hugh TV so had to see own hp movie daily. But we will Def patronise again.

The lobby was clean, beautifully decorated, and subtly scented, creating a relaxing atmosphere upon arrival. Room Comfort and Amenities: I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, well-lit, and tastefully designed in a modern minimalist style. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp, clean linens. The room included high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a mini fridge, and a kettle—everything I needed. The bathroom featured a separate shower area, strong water pressure, and high-quality toiletries. Breakfast: Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered a wide range of options, from Western-style dishes to traditional local fare. There were fresh fruits, hot porridge, eggs cooked to order, and baked goods. The dining area was elegant, and the staff were attentive, often checking in to offer coffee or tea refills. Service: The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Housekeeping was thorough, and any requests were responded to promptly. The staff were always friendly and professional, adding a personal touch to the stay. Minor Downsides: If I had to point out one small flaw, it would be the slightly thin walls—some hallway noise was audible in the evening. However, it didn’t significantly disrupt my sleep. Overall: This hotel offers fantastic value for money and is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely return on my next visit to the city.
