"Location was fantastic in terms of proximity to supermarkets and restaurants. Close to bus stops (3mins) and Toyocho subway station (12mins), but they have complimentary bus services to Toyocho in the mornings as well. We got a room directly facing Tokyo Skytree and the view was amazing. This hotel serves a lot of Japanese people so service level is top notch. Having said that, staff are multilingual with many able to speak basic English. Buffett breakfast was excellent. Daily housekeeping and cleanliness is kept high. I didn't use any of it's facilities so not in a position to comment on this. The hotel wasn't that expensive given the experience we had and will definitely book this hotel again next time we are in Tokyo. "

"Really nice hotel. Service was excellent from start to finish, with staff always polite and helpful. The lobby offers plenty of complimentary hygiene items—toothbrushes, combs, cream, hair ties, and more—which is a great touch. The room was very clean and comfortable. It’s Japanese-sized but well-designed and has everything you need, including a sleeping gown. They also use an eco-friendly cleaning system: full room cleaning every three days, with fresh towels left at your door daily. Our bathroom did have a slight humidity odour, and the sink showed some signs of age, but overall it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t affect the stay. Location was excellent—just a short walk to the metro, with many restaurants and convenience stores close by. Overall, a very good experience. Would recommend and would stay again."

The location is in Kikukawa and convenient area, with easy access to public transport. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, making the process hassle-free. "Highly recommended hotel. Although it's not in central Tokyo, the location is perfect: it's right next to the subway station, allowing you to reach the city center or Tokyo Station in minutes. The facilities are good, the hotel is impeccably clean, and the rooms are comfortable (standard size for Japan). An excellent and very efficient choice in terms of price and quality."

"My family and I love this hotel very much. 12 floor high. Clean and good service from all staffs. Only downsides - the wash basin flow not well, no mineral water provided but ice cubes given. Haha. Overall, excellent!"

Yes, the rooms and bathroom are small, and there is less security, but the service, kindness, and location made our stay very memorable. Daily room cleaning, tasty buffet breakfast, and the kindest hotel staff (same treatment to locals and non-locals) really made us feel like valued guests. Thank you!"
