The front desk staff's English was excellent. The hotel's layout isn't the typical cramped corridor with rooms on both sides; it has a more spacious design with rooms encircling a central garden. The room was great and very large. There was an extra sofa, but otherwise, opening two suitcases would have been no problem. The bathroom was also spacious. You can see Tokyo Tower a short walk downstairs. Hotels in Minato City are definitely worth it! After staying two nights, I booked again for later – highly recommend!

Super comfortable room with everything you need, the hotel even has a lounge with free snacks and drinks every evening. Breakfast was really good too, especially recommend the curry rice!!
Staff were all really friendly and helpful, and would provide information about transportation etc. Great stay!

The sleeping pod is more spacious than expected, the mattress is just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the soundproofing is much better than traditional capsule hotels. Once you pull the curtain, you have plenty of privacy.
The shower and vanity areas are spotless, with a clear layout that makes everything easy to navigate. The location is also a huge plus; it's within walking distance to Hamamatsucho Station, making it incredibly convenient for travel to and from Haneda Airport or exploring the city.
You can even see Tokyo Tower 🗼 from the top floor (10th floor), which offers a great view.

Do NOT book this hotel, it's incredibly shady! Before I confirmed my booking, it clearly showed the room rate was around 400+ yuan per night. But after placing the order, it automatically changed to over 800 yuan per night! I had already decided based on the daily rate, so I just went ahead and booked it. Plus, I chose Ctrip's automatic post-checkout payment feature, so I didn't pay much attention to the total price at the time of booking. When the bill came after checkout, the total cost for two nights, which should have been around 800-900 yuan, ended up being over 1500 yuan!!! I have no idea why this happened, but since I didn't screenshot or record the process when I placed the order, I have no proof. God knows if it's the hotel's problem or if Ctrip's system is trying to charge extra.

the location was PERFECT. you just can see the tokyo tower just when you walk 50 meters from the hotel and it looks magnificent. it is also pretty close to like 3 subway stations of your choice, closest one was mita station and it is something around 200 meters. about the facilities; it is super user friendly. you can find pretty much everything you need and the hygiene is top tier also. I am not even talking about the prices because it is by far the most cheap one yet with the most perfect aspects. believe me, if you are on a budget and looking for a comfy, hygienic and central place; this IS the one. no more, no less.

Right in front of Shinagawa Station. You just cross a zebra crossing from the Takanawa Exit and you're there, so the location is very easy to find. There are also shops and things to see nearby. The service attitude is good, and the breakfast is quite rich. There's a bus to Odaiba nearby, which was great because I didn't want to squeeze onto the train. I'll definitely book here again next time I visit.

ZZhongguangguangHonestly, aside from the price, this hotel has no flaws. It has its own natural hot spring, free to use after 3 PM as long as you follow the communal bathing rules. After a thorough rinse, you can enjoy a relaxing soak. From 5 PM onwards, there's even complimentary alcohol served on the first floor.
Every day, you can choose free pajamas and pillows, with various softness and firmness options available. There's an ice machine on each floor, where you can also get iced water.
Fresh and clean bath towels and other linens are provided daily.
The service is incredibly attentive and meticulous. Every time you leave, someone at the front desk wishes you a safe journey. When checking out, someone at the door will open it, bow, and wish you a safe trip.
Downstairs, there's a ramen shop open until 4 AM, so even if you miss dinner sometimes, you're in the central Ginza area, with countless restaurants open until the early hours just a few steps away.
The K S Higashi-Ginza Station is right at the doorstep. Across the street is the Higashi-Ginza Line of the Hibiya Line, and just one more street over is the Ginza Station of the Ginza Line, making transportation extremely convenient.

During my trip to Japan, I stayed at this hotel. The front desk staff, MIYU (an intern), left a very deep impression on me.
I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, and my English is not very good. However, MIYU could already understand what I wanted to say before I finished my sentence. This shows that she truly understands the needs of customers and is very empathetic. She is also very familiar with all aspects of the hotel’s operations and answered my questions patiently.
Her attitude and work performance are truly commendable, and she made me feel very welcomed. I am very grateful for her help.

MmtmlCleaning is chargeable at 1.5k yen per clean. Otherwise no cleaning whatsoever - but they do give you new towels and a trash bag daily (hung on your door knob).
Breakfast is pretty cute and homely - I liked it when I tried it at a different province, so I rebooked dormy inn.
They have a luggage scale at level 2, so very convenient if you have been shopping like crazy. The shopping street around the area is pretty interesting, and I love uneo park.
However, some pretty strange stuff during my stay:
1. They insisted on entering my room for an ”inspection” but didn't specify why. When I called to ask, they said it was a bedframe inspection. As a solo female traveler my preference is not to let random people into my room, especially if they're not going to clean after these external people enter, but reception said they couldn't wait until my stay was over a few days later. When I came back to the room, my blanket was shifted and untucked entirely from one side, and my electronics were moved around.
2. A bug appeared on my sink mirror, so I gave feedback to the hotel staff as mini bugs means there's more bugs, and suggested that they fumigate. They said ”oh... sorry” suddenly all proceeded to look away from me and pretend I didn't exist, which was super weird treatment, and very rude lol. I didn't even ask them to change my room, the point is that these bugs are likely to have infestations, and if I came back in another trip to this hotel, I would not like to see more. They didn't even bother asking me what floor I was on, so 100% they don't seem to have any intention of dealing with this. Very weird and poor behaviour - I think it was too much to expect Onyado Nono service in Dormy Inn, so I don't think I will come back.

We had an early check in at 1pm and we are so glad with this service, we off load all our luggage right away and explored the heart of shinjuku.
This area is safe and convenient for night city explorer, the roof top bar offers great view for us to enjoy our drinks.

WWeiHooI have tried a few capsule hotels, this is by far the worst. My capsule was on the fifth floor, but the lockers are located on the fourth floor which is very inconvenient since the shower is on the eighth floor. There is a sitting area outside the capsule room which is an unsightly mess as shown in the pictures. The mattress is hard and uncomfortable. What bothered me the most is the door that supposed to shun off the noise from outside, made a loud noise when it closes. I wonder if they are not aware of it or no one complains to them. Imagine how many people comes in and out the entire night and the cranky noise disturbed my sleep. I hope the management will be made known of this default. I will never come back again.

Also, the bedsheets are changed everyday, you get clean pyjama and towels everyday.
One thing that was annoying is the size of the lockes, it is very small and little bit inconvenient with the card sistem.
Also keep in mind that you have to be out of the hotel during the certain hours due to cleaning.

GGuest UserThe room was perfect for our family since everyone had their own bed. The beds were comfortable, which made resting after long days of sightseeing easy. The only downside was limited space if you’re traveling with large luggage. The hotel’s location is very convenient it’s close to the train station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. There’s also a grocery store and a FamilyMart right outside the hotel, which was very helpful. The laundry area was another nice bonus for families traveling longer. Overall, a great and convenient stay in Ueno.
