The ability to communicate and be understood is invaluable especially when one is travelling. We will return again in the near future. GGuest UserI chose this hotel for my family because the room was spacious, which was very important to us as we wanted our child to have enough space to move around comfortably. The hotel is new and very clean, exactly as we expected. The complimentary drinks for all guests were a lovely touch. There was a good variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, along with popcorn, which made us feel very welcomed. What impressed me the most, however, was how considerate and helpful the staff were. We checked out very early at 6:00 am during a snowstorm. In the middle of our journey, I realized that I had left one of my bags behind—the one containing my passport and valuable items. I immediately called the hotel and asked if it would be possible to send the bag to the airport, as returning to the hotel ourselves would definitely cause us to miss our flight. The receptionist (I’m very sorry that I can’t remember her name) took my situation very seriously and contacted her manager to request authorization to delegate a staff member to bring my passport to the airport, since they could not leave an unattended bag in a taxi. I had offered to cover all expenses, but what truly stood out was their willingness to help without hesitation. Ms. Wu was the staff member who personally brought my passport to the airport. With her honesty, urgency, and care, I honestly don’t know how I would have made it back to my hometown. I cannot thank her and the hotel team enough for what they did for us. I truly believe I made the right choice staying here, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a good location, approximately 400 meters from JR Sapporo Station. The room is spacious enough, clean, and comfortable. Facilities are quite good and suitable for a pleasant stay. There is a convenience store located on the ground floor, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserNice Onsen resort and we like the private Onsen inside the room. The room is huge but it will be great if it has international channels or even Netflix or YouTube. It provides transport to Sapporo so that is great. Nice free drinks and snacks at night.

GGuest UserOne of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in Japan. Just be very very careful in pinning the map. We were brought miles away from Sapporo in the middle night and nowhere to seek help. We reached the hotel at dawn already, tired and weak, scared. It was a terrible experience but the hotel is good. We got no help from the staff. The view from the hotel is perfect. Everything is nearby the hotel.
