"The room was good, very quiet, and the location was good. Very close to everywhere, the room is relatively large, sleeping is very comfortable. Everything is very satisfactory, suitable for permanent residence, will be fixed again"
"This hotel was beautiful and in a nice location if you want to be near the river. The staff is warm and welcoming. The hotel itself was immaculate, the breakfast was a huge buffet with tons of great quality options, and the room was comfortable"
"Very nice central location close to everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good with egg and bacon as hot options and can try out traditional Portuguese pastry and food."
"Important Considerations for Travelers: - If you book a room with breakfast included and have an early flight on your departure day, consider purchasing breakfast separately. The hotel does not offer a refund for unused breakfasts, and in my case, they neither refunded nor provided any form of compensation. This policy, though minor for the hotel, can leave a negative impression, as a small gesture of goodwill would go a long way in enhancing guest satisfaction. - The hotel does not provide bathrobes, which may be inconvenient for guests accustomed to using them after a shower. - Nighttime temperatures can be quite low, so it is advisable to turn on the air conditioning in advance to ensure a comfortable sleep. - The rooms are compact, making this hotel a better fit for solo travelers rather than couples or families. - While it is rated as a four-star property, the breakfast selection is quite simple and limited. Guests can expect pastries, a small assortment of sliced meats and cheeses (1-2 types each), yogurt, toppings, scrambled eggs, ciabatta, a modest selection of sliced fruit, juice, and some alcoholic beverages. Hotel Perk: - Unlimited coffee is available in the lounge, which is a nice bonus for guests. - The hotel is situated in a district neighboring the city center, offering convenient access. Guests can reach the embankment and historic center within a short walk. - Upon my arrival on the first night of check-in, I received a welcome kit that included complimentary access to the in-room bar. I’ve attached a photo of the bar below for reference."

Great
GGuest UserStayed 3 nights at this hotel. Location was near to one of the squares which had the Christmas market. But about a 30 min walk to the famous arc. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included - food offerings were simple with not much variety but tasted decent. Good enough just for some fuel to start the day.
SSamya16I booked this hotel cause it a close location to many things around in Lisbon. While it is not a fancy hotel, it serves well for solo travellers and families. The room was very spacious and the AC worked well. The cleaning service came every day and left the room clean and fresh. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was a usual hotel breakfast. You could pick from hot items such as scrambled eggs and meat products like beans and sausage or bacon. On one day they also had mushrooms. Then of course the bread variety and some pastry items such as croissant and muffins. Cheeses, yoghurt and fruits as well cereals were available. Eating breakfast at 10 AM usually filled us up for the day and we hardly ate lunch outside. The staff was friendly and when we requested an iron they provided that with no problem. The room had a small safe for valuables when we left for the day and plenty of storage space for the clothes and suit cases. The bathroom was very nice as well, lots of counter space and even a clothing line across the tub to hang some items to dry if you had to was a shirt or socks. The hotel is located across small soccer practice field so from our balcony we could watch people play some soccer games. Be advised the hotel is very close to the airport (about 10 min) so there was noise from planes but hardly noticeable. During our stay, 2 of the main elevators broke and were not usable but luckily we were on the second floor so taking the stairs was easy but they do have other elevators available. And for anyone not looking to leave the hotel for lunch or dinner, they provide plenty of dishes in their restaurant and bar area. But just a few steps around that area, you will find great places to eat such a Turkish restaurant with a 10 page menu I highly recommend to try.
GGuest UserThe apartment itself was comfortable, and the building itself felt secure. The everyday cleaning was a nice touch, this set up combined the convenient amenities of an apartment (the kitchen and washing machine) with some of the perks of a hotel stay (bed made for you, fresh towels) In order to access the street that the apartment is on, you need to walk past a stairwell where men like to conglomerate. We had no trouble from them, but can appreciate that this may feel intimidating. I’d recommend this accommodation in a heartbeat to groups of mixed gender (as we were) or a boys trip, but may think again if a girls trip or young families.
GGuest UserGood hostel, decent breakfast - limited choice but what was available was tasty and fresh. Rooms was well ventilated, clean bathroom and most beds are very private with wooden sides to block out the light and noise.
LLady-LouBasic accommodation in a very good location. It was convenient for the metro and main station plus close to attractions and restaurants. The place had everything I needed
SSefy LevyThis hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary)
The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall.
We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos)
We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond.
Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.
