"First time here, Not the best location but definitely It is now my favorite place in Madinah. Although it is rated as 4 stars but I believe it deserves 5. The staff are amazing and treat you as special guest."

"The room is spacious, super clean but there is one fly inside my room which a lil bit annoying. There is no reception and you need to just follow the instruction given to check-in (interesting experience and easy to follow). Tho inside the hotel is very clean, the surroundings is a bit the opposite, as a female solo traveller, i did not dare to walk alone in the area so i booked taxi (10 to 20 Riyal) to Nabawi mosque. Ok the last day, i tried to walk and turns out it’s not so bad, if you are a female solo traveller like me, i think it’s pretty safe to walk during the day. Overall, i had a great 2 days stay there"

"A beautiful, clean, and well-kept hotel. Its location is convenient for men, but a bit far for women. However, it's very close to the entrance for visiting the Rawdah Sharifah. The breakfast was good and tasty, and the chef was excellent, though the variety wasn't extensive. Downstairs, there's a nice cafe, a shopping center, an ATM, and other shops. Thank you to all the hotel staff, and special thanks to Mr. Al Humaidan for the late check-out. Wishing you all the best!"

"We had good experience at the hotel. The distance from hotel to haram is near and the nearest gate was 365 it was very close to Raudah Alhamdulillah. The breakfast were good and delicious. Thank you to Mr. shamem for the pleasant service. May Allah bless him."

"Very nice hotel in an excellent location close to Masjid Al Nabbawi and opposite As Safiyyah Museum and Park which has a nice souq and many places to eat. I booked a triple room which was a little smaller than ideal but was clean. The staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good. There was also a regular shuttle bus for anyone that may have difficulties walking the short distance to the Haram."

"One of the best hotels near Masjid Al Nabawi! The staff are incredible! From the moment I arrived, Hassan from concierge assisted me with my bags and the staff at the reception were very friendly and they not only allowed me to check-in early but also upgraded my room with a partial Haram View! All the staff spoke English perfectly. The rooms are nice and spacious with modern furniture and the amenities provided in the room are perfect from bathrobes to multiple kits! The room was relatively clean however I’ve notice multiple finger prints on the refrigerator door as well as the bathroom door which shows those 2 areas weren’t wiped after the previous guests had left. The shower was perfect with nice hot water and the bathroom was spacious enough. The hotel has 2 towers and we didn’t know which tower to go to so we ended up going to tower 1 were the receptionist informed us that our booking is in tower 2. I had an elderly guest with me and moving towers like this was very inconvenient. The hotel should inform the guests about the tower number and parking instructions before arriving at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the Haram with just 6-7 minutes walk to both the men’s and the women’s entrance (door 11 and 12). Upon returning to the hotel, the staff were promptly situated outside the elevator doors assisting guests with the elevators. About the breakfast. It was fantastic! The options available were great and included selections of cold appetizers, bakery items, main courses including french toast and pancakes. The breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient and they never said no, especially Riaz he served us coffee and hot chocolate. The items were being refilled quickly. The 2 ladies welcomed us for breakfast with a huge smile. Suggestions to improve breakfast: 1) there was no live cooking counter for omelette. The omlette was being cooked in the kitchen and was being stocked in the hot plate. It would be great if the hotel could consider introducing live counter for omelette as it really would help us guests to make the perfect omelette for ourselves and eating it warm and fresh. Other hotels do have a live counter. 2) Though all the breakfast items were great, the French toast wasn’t good at all! It didn’t taste like a French toast. The sambosas were undercooked and very chewy so wasn’t able to eat them. Improvements on this will make the breakfast experience perfect! One more thing to add is that the staff not once said “No”. They always accommodated our requests whatsoever. I asked the reception for a plastic chair for my elderly mother to sit and take a shower, thought they didn’t have it, they offered us to switch to an accessible room with no additional costs! The hotel is not very busy and crowded as I didn’t see any groups here. I hope the hotel can maintain this very same standard or else it’ll be very easy to be like the other hotels who don’t care about guests. All in all, I’ll definitely choose Al Manakha Rotana again on my next trip to Madinah and wishing this hotel success!"
