Super great hotel. Front desk given welcome drink while waiting checkin process. A guys will help you carry your luggage to your home and introduce the room for you. Location is best, in the old quarter shops area and next to main road. Hotel upgrade my room and have special fresh flower decorations on bed. Definitely marked as my next visit to Hanoi.

Great location in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter. The staff are amazing — always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is absolutely delicious. I've already stayed here three times and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi!

The host was very kind and helpful. Although there was a smell of fried food in the room, it was still okay. The room is spacious and looks exactly like the pictures shown on the app. The cleaning staff were also very lovely and provided excellent service.

We stayed at Skyline Hanoi Hotel as a group of 6 people and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, assisting us with luggage, transportation arrangements, and being very proactive in finding the best solutions for our group. When the night market was too crowded for a 16-seat vehicle, the hotel quickly arranged two smaller cars (5-seat and 7-seat) so we didn’t have to walk far through the busy market with all our luggage. This was a very thoughtful and convenient solution for us. The hotel is small and located in a narrow alley, but the location is excellent—very close to the night market, restaurants, Hanoi beer spots, and local food stalls, making it easy to explore the area. Our rooms were very clean and quite spacious, especially since we booked the best room categories, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Overall, this was a great choice, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Hanoi.

We had a fantastic stay whilst experiencing Hanoi winter. The hotel is ideally located between the Hanoi Old Quarters and Hoan Keam lake; around 3min walk to the popular night market,Thang Long water puppet theatre, Bhan Mi Pho, Ngoc Son temple, etc. A quick review of our stay - welcome drink-a nice complimentary warm tea and treats; the deluxe rooms w no view-th7e windows can still be opened which is IMO a highly valuable feature for ventilation purpose; the bathroom uses Aqua Senses premium spa-inspired hotel toiletry line; La enMay spa-professional service, uses premium Sothys massage oils, Majesty Sky Bar-nice view of the red bridge and lake, the staff will switch on the infrared heating lamps and provide blankets to warm you up the winter nights at the roof top!; complimentary daily breakfast-you can order vietnamese coffee, omellets, pho or vegetarian from the ala carte menu plus they also have a small buffet; room service with a small selection of ala carte menu- we ordered a medium well steak which was nicely done; spring roll platter visually stunning using black river stones in a bamboo basket to keep the fried spring rolls lifted and crispy!; we booked the transfer to airport-reasonable usd28 for a 6 seater. The hotel is outstanding in terms of service, cleanliness, taste, punctuality, etc. For the price range, I think this hotel offers the best of its class.

I had a wonderful stay at Art Hotel Hanoi. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, giving a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient, making it easy to travel around the city and explore nearby attractions. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Very good location and low price, the place is quite clean but we need to climb up the 4th floor with big luggage, the staircase is quite narrow. However it is worth the money .

Best place to stay in Hanoi. The location is reallllyyy perfect, in the middle of everything. Amenities were great. The front desk was so helpful with everything. You can exchange money or book tours with them. Definitely recommend!!
