Great value for money with a few downsides. This beachfront hotel is a great place to relax. The breakfast is good, the pool area is excellent, and there’s live music in the late afternoon — perfect for unwinding. Overall, it offers great value for the price, and the front desk staff were generally very friendly. That said, I had a negative experience with the restaurant, which took over an hour to serve a simple spring roll. I eventually had to cancel the order to avoid missing my flight. Also, while the gym looks well-equipped at first glance, many machines were broken.

This stay at the accommodation on Phu Quoc Island was absolutely the most surprising and flawless experience of my entire trip. The family who owned the place were incredibly warm and welcoming, radiating hospitality. They took meticulous care of me throughout, making me feel warm and safe even on a foreign island, leaving me deeply moved and grateful. During my stay, the family was exceptionally attentive and considerate. From the initial pick-up and directions upon arrival to every little detail of my daily life, they proactively inquired about my needs, their friendly and approachable manner making me feel completely at ease. What touched me most was that when I casually mentioned wanting to cook something simple, they immediately brought over a complete set of cooking utensils and tableware, their response incredibly swift and without any hesitation or perfunctory attitude. Every action was filled with care and thoughtfulness; even the smallest request was promptly addressed and properly resolved, demonstrating their sincerity in every detail. The room itself was exceptionally comfortable, spotlessly clean, spacious and airy, and decorated with a warm and tasteful touch. Stepping inside felt like coming home. All necessary amenities were provided and easy to use. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and find food. The surrounding environment was quiet and pleasant, far from the hustle and bustle of the island, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing vacation without sacrificing daily convenience. My entire stay was relaxing and comfortable. I am truly grateful for the warm hospitality and meticulous care of the family who own the accommodation. It's rare to find such a warm and thoughtfully managed place to stay on Phu Quoc Island. This place is more than just a place to stay; it gave me a wealth of warmth and wonderful memories. I highly recommend it to everyone traveling to Phu Quoc Island. It will definitely be my first choice when I return to Phu Quoc. I sincerely wish the family all the best and continued success in their business!

Peaceful location next to the beach. Room was very clean and modern and staff were friendly.

All of us really enjoy staying here. Very comfortable ! The location is good, near the bus stop, and King Kong Mart. Highly recommended!!!

The service was nice, receptionist was really sincere in their work, morning buffet has nice range if foods we can enjoy, billiard was nice to play. While when we go trough outside of hotel there are lizards on the wall which scared me a little, it can’t be helped in tropical weather, I guess.

Hotel is very near the airport which is a plus. Free airport transfers both ways. Front desk / restaurant staff are very helpful and friendly. Complimentary afternoon tea was a nice touch. Pool is huge and staff are friendly. Nice cabanas and deck seats. Gym needs improvement - no fan / ac, towels didn't seem clean and dumbells were a little rusty. Gets very stuffy in there too. Room was a good size with great views of the ocean. Aircon in the room was a little warm during the day. More hooks can be provided in the washroom to hang towels or clothes. Our room didn't have a rack to hang our wet swim gears.

Great place to visit with friends. The food was really impressive — fresh ingredients, great flavors, and nice presentation. The fish and seafood were perfectly cooked, and the sauces were well balanced without overpowering the dishes. Service was calm, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, not noisy, perfect for a pleasant evening. One small note: the sea here usually has some natural sediment, so the water is more cloudy compared to La Veranda. Prices are fair for the quality. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this beach resort. They have a buffet breakfast and a wonderful spa. There are restaurants and SPAs walking distance from this resort. You get the amenities that you need and free snacks everyday. The bed and sofa are really comfy. The rooms are clean. I would recommend this resort to fellow travelers.

Absolutely loved our stay here! We didn’t expect the resort to be so close to the busy streets but the way it was designed made it feel like a secluded tropical paradise! The staff was extremely nice and friendly and gave us great recommendations from the start! The pool is great and the room was big and surprisingly cool with the aircon. We were worried about some reviews about insects and the room not being clean but we had no issue like that at all. The breakfast and room service were also great and we enjoyed a massage at their spa too. After our stay we used the free shuttle back to the airport which was nice aswell. Overall we would really recommend this resort, especially considering the good price!

Friendly hosts and amazing service! Very quiet place with lot of nature around. Beach is about 20 min by walk, lots of massage and food places on the way; You also can rent a scooter right there
