Pros: Convenient location, close to the main road, a green grocery store, a market, a small street with bazaars, close to the sea, affordable prices, and payment by Mir card.
There's a kettle and fridge, but no other amenities.
Cons:
There's a school next door, so the children's shouting, screaming, marching, and chanting are very audible. Even with the window closed, the noise doesn't subside.
The room is very small; unless you ask for cleaning, it won't be done. I asked for a double bed, but they gave me two twin beds.
No balcony.
The bathroom has a constant unpleasant odor.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights with our little daughter. The access is good for strollers, and the elevator goes to all the necessary floors. You have to climb a separate staircase to get to the pool.
The view from the window was of the mountain, and the sea view was also lovely. The rooms were fully equipped, with carpeted floors and a bathtub. All toiletries were replenished, including soap and shampoo in large bottles.
There's a gym, small but plenty of exercise.
Breakfast was à la carte, except on the last day there was a buffet. Overall, we were always full and the food was delicious.

Not a 5 star hotel, however, for the price I wasn't expecting that. 3 stars is about right. The room was large and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was OK. Our sheets weren't changed during our 7 night stay but we did get clean towels daily. It is a non-smoking hotel but people did smoke in the rooms and the hallways. In fact, there are ashtrays by the elevators.

The hotel's public washrooms are clean and always dry with beautiful greenery. You need to bring your own shampoo and shower gel, but this is not a problem because there are two small supermarkets next to it. The floor is very clean, taking off your shoes and stepping on the floor does not stain the soles of your feet. Inside the city is a bit far away but there are many local restaurants around (cheaper than the price of tourist concentrated areas delicious!) Out of the door walk about fifty meters is the seaside. Free towel rentals will be provided. I stayed in a four-girl room, at about two o'clock in the afternoon will have service staff come in to change the sheets, very hygienic and very good, and then the mattress is very comfortable soft and hard just, should be memory foam? I have cervical spondylosis and got effective relief from sleeping on it. I was satisfied with everything except when checking out a Vietnamese male staff member, I said check out and handed over the keys (at this time my motorcycle had arrived and called to find me, and I will have to catch the flight later), he inquired of my name , when I opened the mobile translator and handed it over, he smiled contemptuously, he knew I was anxious, he still slowly continued to sit looking at the computer and then slowly uttered the next sentence, when I again intended to hand the translator over he refused to communicate. My compatriots are not sensitive to me but that expression is really discriminatory, the way they refuse to communicate if they don't know English. Can speaking English make his yellow skin white

The family room is of decent size, while the superior room is very small. The deluxe room is also reasonably spacious. They provide a decent breakfast, and the service is good. However, the main issue I had with this property was the awful sewer smell coming from one of our family rooms. Although the cleaning staff came multiple times to address it, their efforts didn’t resolve the problem.

Good base option with excellent location
This hotel has left a pleasant impression as a budget option for short stay. The price/quality ratio is quite adequate here.
Strong sides:
· Perfect location: The area is just great. All necessary infrastructure shops, cafes, restaurants in step-to-step availability. To the beach hand-to-hand. A separate shop on the first floor and a laundry nearby.
· Number: I got a standard room with a balcony. It has everything you need for a rest: a comfortable bed, a TV, a safe. The bathroom is well equipped.
· Staff: Administrators at the Respeciate have always been friendly and willing to help.
What could be better:
· Noise background: The hotel is in a residential complex where work is done, so it was quite noisy in the morning. Also, the absence of the “Do not disturb” sign meant that the visit of the maid sometimes could interrupt the morning sleep.
· Cleaning: The schedule of clinking was not always clear, was cleaned once.
· For long-terms: It is worth noting that there is no kitchen and washing machine in the rooms. For a short trip it is not a problem, but it may not be quite convenient for a few weeks.
Total: I recommend this hotel as a reliable and inexpensive place for tourists who value good location and plan to spend a lot of time outside the hotel. For long stays, it may be worth considering options with broader household facilities.

The hotel provides disposables like toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower gel, combs, clean towels, a kettle, and glasses. However, if you don't smoke, this hotel is definitely not for you! There's a smoke smell practically everywhere, and guests even smoke at the reception desk, where there's an ashtray. For me, it was awful. The staff are very nice and friendly – that's the best thing I can say about this hotel! The 'superior' room I booked didn't have windows to the outside, only overlooking the hotel's inner hallway. The previous guests had smoked heavily, and it was impossible to breathe. Nevertheless, I'm incredibly grateful to the administrators who kindly moved me to a room with proper windows; they were welcoming, calm, and helpful. Near the hotel, there are some great coffee shops where I could work peacefully, and the beach isn't too far away, with no noise from cars or bikes.

LluvtripWhen we checked in they gave us an ”upgrade” but when we entered the room it had a queen bed plus a bunk bed, we had booked one king bed. The room we booked also had a sofa and more space as it didnt have a bunk bed. So we ended up with a bed we didn't need and less space. The staff didn't explain us about the change and we arrived tired and just noticed the bed was queen and not king after sleeping on it the first night.
The pool is very cold and it doesn't get any sun, so don't expect to use it. Besides they closed it after our first day stay, during new years high season!!!
There was a loud drilling noise starting at 9 am!!! It was a renovation inside the hotel. Again during high season. Why would they do that at 9 am??
The breakfast closes at 10am, I think it might be a bit early for some single and couples. We usually wake up early but after new years we woke up late and almost lost the breakfast. 10:30 would be ideal I guess.
The beach beds are a joke, the hotel has only 3! It's impossible to get it, so you need to pay in cash to use other chairs on the beach. That would be ok if it was not a surprise! There us also no service at the beach, you need to order drinks and food inside the hotel.
The food was really good, the place was clean and the location is convenient. I think those were the highlights.

The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, including Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Western dishes, with plenty to go around. Check-out was quick and convenient. Just note that the snacks and drinks in the room come with an extra charge. You can withdraw cash using a Visa card at the nearby Vietcombank, with a transaction fee of around 50,000 VND.

GGuest UserThe main benefit is definitely the location, it's not far from the the downtown of Nha Trang, so in comparison to other resorts, here you can order a taxi and get to the city center within 10-20 minutes. The resort itself is great, everything is new and clean, very scenic view from the lobby, the staff is polite and caring. Breakfasts are tasty. The terrirory (beach and alleys) is not big, but on the other hand the resort has two swimming pools, so it was easy enough to find a sun lounger even during busy hours.
I would recommend this type of vacation experience for families with children, as imho for couples and lone travellers this kind of resort would be a little bit boring and for the families with kids all conditions are provided: children can enjoy the swimming pool and parents can chill under the sun.

PPandhu PidadeI am a returning guest and have stayed at this hotel several times. Overall, the staff are kind, warm, and welcoming, especially the spa reception team, which has been one of the main reasons I continued to return.
Unfortunately, during my most recent stay, my spa experience did not meet expectations. Despite clearly communicating my preferences in advance, the treatment was uncomfortable due to excessive pressure and communication difficulties, resulting in physical discomfort rather than relaxation. While the staff were polite and well-intentioned, this experience highlighted a lack of management oversight and proper matching of therapists to guest preferences. I would like to emphasize that the therapist herself was capable and professional, and I have no doubt she has received positive feedback from other guests, however, she was simply not the right match for my personal needs. It was disappointing, as I had hoped to end my day on a calm and relaxing note.
The reception kindly offered another massage as a courtesy, which I declined. As there is currently no spa manager at the hotel, I shared my feedback with the Duty Manager, who approached me the following day to offer an apology. I appreciated this gesture, although I declined the offered gift. When an issue involves guest discomfort, genuine acknowledgment and empathy, such as checking on a guest’s well-being, can be more meaningful than gestures that may feel transactional.
While I appreciate the staff’s efforts, what has been done cannot change the experience itself. I do not feel comfortable returning to the spa, and I am uncertain about returning in the future. My feedback is not directed at any individual, but rather at the absence of clear management structure, processes, and oversight.

MMrs. ElenaA great hotel — large, modern, and able to accommodate many guests comfortably. The breakfasts and dinners are wonderful, and the sea view is beautiful.
All the facilities you might need are available — you can enjoy walks, relax on the sun loungers (there are plenty of them), swim in the large pool, and children can have fun in the play area. The kids were thrilled, and everything was comfortable and enjoyable for us as well.
I happily recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best that I've seen while traveling in Asia over the past four years. We will definitely stay there again. Terrific Hotel!

(Especially daily pho and Vietnamese coffee and various types of fruit)

We were able to spend every day comfortably.

YYiwozhiming，jixuqianxingI stayed here for one night. The room was very spacious, though the bathroom was a bit small, it was still acceptable. The room came with instant coffee and green tea, which I enjoyed, along with bottled water, a safe, and a refrigerator. From the window, I could enjoy mountain views, and the room was generally quiet. Overall, the in-room facilities met my needs.
The hotel offers a complimentary gym and an outdoor swimming pool. It seemed to be mostly used by Russian guests, but they were generally quiet. There's also a spa available for a fee.
The hotel provides a complimentary buffet breakfast, served daily for about 3 and a half hours in the morning. The buffet featured a wide variety of dishes, including local Vietnamese options like pastries and pho (which were palatable for Chinese guests), stews and fried rice catering to Chinese tastes, as well as bread, jam, and salads for Western guests.
Some front desk staff could speak Chinese, and the service staff assisted with luggage.
Compared to hotels closer to the beach, the location is a bit more secluded, and the surroundings seemed somewhat undeveloped. However, it's not too far from the beach. Considering its affordable price, everything the hotel offered was already excellent and commendable. If I have the chance in the future, I would like to stay here again.

JJoe SnuffyOutstanding services from the support team, from front desk, to customer relation. Great services with amenities. Facility is really clean, great water pressure, clean towel with coffee and tea in the room, great AC power enough to keep temp comfortable, comparing to all other alike hotel near by. One improvement that can be done is the signage of the elevator. We could not get to B2 parking from other elevators, except for the opposite. This caused confusion among the guest and time consuming. Even one of the employee identified thisi issues, but never been fixed. Other than that, we are happy with the services.

AAnonymous UserPhotos of the room are outdated. Probably from when it was brand new. For the price and location can't complain. But the lifts are horrendous. Had to wait 20 minutes once to go down. Lifts just bypassed my floor even though the down button was pressed and lighted. For this reason alone, won't be coming back to this property again.
