Mountain view Hotels in Hobart

This is the best hotel i have ever used. The residential manager lady is so friendly and breakfast is really amazing. If you visit hobart, this is a must go place there.

If you're not driving, choose very carefully! The hotel's location on a hillside made dragging our luggage an absolute nightmare – just like it was for us! The only things we were happy with were the nice views, the lovely yard, and the acceptable facilities. However, it's still far from hotel standards, as it's essentially a private guesthouse. We couldn't find anyone to check out in the morning. Now, for the important part!!! The guesthouse owner has strict limits on the number of guests, but the hotel's website doesn't clearly state the extra charges for additional people. We felt the price they quoted us for a last-minute additional guest was unreasonable, which made us unwilling to stay. Yet, not a single penny of the room fee was refunded – basically, you *have* to accept their terms. We originally booked a room for two people. A day before, we paid an extra AUD 130 to upgrade to a suite for three, but it was actually for two adults and two children. In the end, we were refused the suite because it could only accommodate three people. We then paid an additional AUD 400 just to switch to a different room type, which meant not staying in the main building. This negotiation took up an entire afternoon and completely disrupted our travel plans. So, I highly recommend hotels in downtown Hobart; we stayed for 5 days and they were genuinely good. There's no need to bother with these self-proclaimed private hotels or guesthouses.

The hotel is a little road from the city center. The nearest supermarket is 8 minutes drive. The hotel is very beautiful, but the air conditioning is old-fashioned. No one appears in the whole process. The folder that sees your name is very happy. The place where breakfast is used is self-service. Each table has the name of the room, and the name of the room is named after the owner of the previous hotel.

Very spacious, clean and fully equipped. We love cooking, the cooking equipment and dishwashers are wonderful. Quite and convenient for family stay. Supermarket within working distance and a shopping mall nearby (4 mins drive) which got two big supermarkets and shops. Got Telstra shop inside the shopping mall which helped us settle the phone card problem. Only a reminders for those who drive with big car. Car park is quite small for big car (7 ). Maybe good for skilful drivers, but not for those not good at parking. Help desk team are nice and responsive .  Thank you !

My partner and I were here for 4 nights for a weekend down from Melbourne. Check-in was very convenient with a 24-hour receptionist and the location right at the end of Salamanca was perfect for wandering into down and especially to pop into the Salamanca Market on Saturday! Room was very spacious with a couch and small table to sit at; and we stayed on the Harbour side so had fabulous views of the sun rising over the estuary/harbour. Parking was included and was very easy to use. Overall we had a fabulous stay at Lenna!

This place is convenient to go back to the city center and to the pier. The apartment is well equipped and enjoys a large terrace and enjoys the sunrise and sunset. The basement of the hotel is a bar, and Saturdays are very lively. The street is convenient, there are many restaurants or fast food nearby. Happy Saturdays with the market, Nice! The surrounding buildings, many more than 100 years old, are well preserved.

Spacious cabin for four of us. Everything you need is available. Very close to city (7mins). Very happy with our stay.

The room is quite clean!!! Honestly we have been to many places, cleanliness is top thing for travelers, so never tired of repeating this. Location is great with a nice dock view and near Coles and Woolies(8min drive). The off-hour calls are picked up and attended patiently and considerably. Quiet and easy to fall asleep. The only thing is the hot-water was gone too quick, I assume they are using the solar panels? The hot water once consumed will not come back as they promised at night. Honestly didn’t impact my family since we take quick shower for water-saving for the planet by default. But should make a note here.

The receptionist was very polite. The environment was spacious and natural, and the lake-view room was breathtaking.

Great location very close to CBD with free onsite parking and nice view. Very friendly reception staff. Just one comment about kitchen facilities - it'll be fair to mention limited shared kitchen in the Trip.com description as it opens only after 9.30am and closes early too. When the feature says kitchen, it has to be a kitchen, not with restricted one. Thanks.
