"The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, offering helpful recommendations for dining and local attractions based on our requests. I booked this stay using one of Ctrip's prepaid room packages, which was excellent value and very convenient to arrange. The room itself was very spacious and included a mini-fridge (though you need to plug it in yourself to activate it). Despite being on the 21st floor, the shower had fantastic pressure and easily adjustable temperature, making for a very comfortable experience. The bedding was also quite comfortable, though I did notice some visible dust on the decorative pillow. The soundproofing was decent, but the room door was quite heavy, leading to a rather loud thud when closed. On the positive side, the view from the room was excellent. The hotel offers a well-maintained self-service laundry room with three washers and three dryers, as well as a well-equipped gym. Perhaps due to the high altitude, the gym was rarely busy. Both facilities require key card access and are conveniently located on the 11th floor, alongside the conference rooms. The hotel's location is superb. There's a small park nearby, which hosts a lively morning market, creating a vibrant atmosphere. Ganzhangwa Restaurant is directly opposite, and Mojia Street isn't far either, making it easy to explore local food and culture. Breakfast is served on the second floor. The dining area is quite large, and there's an extensive selection of dishes to choose from. Entry requires swiping your room card, and the service staff were prompt in clearing tables. Overall, I had a very positive experience during my stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xining."

"Nice room with view from neighborhood. It's 30min walk from downtown but there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. I was the only guest during the 4 nights I was there, so not much of an atmosphere despite the nice social areas. The heating system (underfloor) works only in the night so it's a bit chill during the day. There are hot showers and possibly of doing laundry (10yuan a load)."

"Extremely satisfied! Both the facilities and services meet five-star standards. It's an apartment with a fridge and washing machine, perfectly catering to the needs of a whole family. The hotel staff are incredibly responsive to requests, almost anticipating your needs, providing laundry detergent, drinking water, and even toilet paper. The location is excellent, right outside Wangfujing Department Store, and with a supermarket conveniently located behind. It's definitely the top choice for family travel as a transit point!"

"I was a little worried before checking in. When I asked for the Park Plaza, the taxi driver basically didn't know anything about it. Later I found out it was a newly opened hotel and the entire building was newly built. The hotel lobby check-in area was very small. The room itself was okay, but the elevator was very slow and you had to wait, especially in the morning when you had to squeeze and wait for a while after breakfast. Overall, the value for money was average. The homemade yogurt for breakfast was delicious, and the hotel breakfast was quite rich. The shower location and the lack of doors in the family room made it difficult to store things. Other than that, it was pretty good."

"My stay at Qinghai Kaiyuan Grand Hotel in Xining completely exceeded my expectations. Every moment, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. I absolutely have to sing its praises! First off, the service was exceptionally warm and attentive, making the entire experience fantastic. As soon as I arrived, a doorman proactively helped me with my luggage and directed me to the Sky Lobby on the 21st floor. Check-in was super efficient, and they even thoughtfully recognized my member status and upgraded my room for free, along with complimentary fresh welcome fruit. The 24-hour front desk was always responsive to my needs; whether I needed directions or extra items, they were quick to assist. The staff were friendly and professional in every detail, adding a touch of warmth to my trip. Secondly, the facilities were comprehensive and high-end, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The design of the Sky Lobby was simply stunning, blending Chinese style with panoramic views. In the evening, I even caught a breathtaking sunset – perfect for photos! My room was spacious and bright, with a well-designed layout covering over 50 square meters. It featured a soft sofa, a large desk, and even a humidifier to combat the dry climate in the Northwest, which was a very thoughtful touch. The guest rooms were fully intelligent, with features like sensor lighting and electric blackout curtains adding a futuristic feel. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and a bathtub, and the toiletries were high-quality. The King Koil mattress provided an amazing sleep experience. The hotel also boasts a free gym, a table tennis room, a book bar, and a tea room – perfect for either exercise and relaxation or quiet reading. The amenities truly cater to various needs. What truly surprised me was the breakfast – it was abundant and unique. Served at the buffet restaurant on the 5th floor, it covered everything from Chinese and Western to Halal cuisine, with an incredibly wide variety. There was freshly prepared Lanzhou beef noodles, authentic Halal 'Sazi Mahua' (fried dough twists), and other local specialties, along with hot dishes, cold dishes, congee, bread, seasonal fruits, and excellent freshly ground coffee and squeezed juices. I particularly recommend the hotel's yogurt; its rich and creamy texture was delicious with grains or fruit. The dining area was spacious and clean, with plenty of seating, so there was no need to wait in line – a perfect start to an energetic day. Additionally, the hotel's location is superb. It's right next to Xining Railway Station, just a few minutes' walk away. Within a 1-kilometer radius, there's a night market, large shopping malls, and the distinctive Mojia Street pedestrian area. It's also close to the Dongguan Great Mosque and the Huangshui River, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. The free public parking also eased any concerns for those traveling by car. It offers incredible value for money. In summary, Xining Qinghai Kaiyuan Grand Hotel excelled in every aspect, including service, facilities, and dining. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xining and highly recommend it to everyone!"

"Family members, who knows? The single room in Jinxin Hotel where I stayed this time was equipped with a 1.8-meter bed, which was really nice... The room was clean and tidy, with a simple and stylish decoration style. It should be a newly renovated hotel. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the quality of toiletries was also good. The most amazing thing about this stay was that it was not only equipped with a full range of disposable supplies, but also the quality was far beyond expectations, and I felt very relieved to use it~ And the location of the hotel is also quite amazing. The Daxin Street Night Market is 50 meters away from the hotel. It is said to be the largest and longest night market in Xining, and you can basically eat there without any bad food... And Mojia Street is opposite, which is really convenient..."

"When traveling in Xining, I stayed at the Haihu Four Seasons Hotel. As soon as I walked into the lobby, the elegant wood tones and fresh fragrance instantly dispelled the fatigue of the journey. The minimalist and warm design style made people feel at ease. The guest rooms continue the consistent high quality of All Seasons, with clean and soft bedding, providing a comfortable leisure space. The room is fully equipped with smart devices and the bathroom facilities are very user-friendly. The toiletries are the classic herbal series of all-seasons with a pleasant fragrance. The hotel has a great location and convenient transportation. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, recommended."

"Location was really good, just near the train station and a bus stop going to train station and Kumbum Monastery, but it's quite hard to find at night especially it's in a dark alley. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, when I stayed, the water was on and off (mostly off) ― some people had to call the staff to turn it on. And that made the toilet unusable as well!"

"The hotel was clean and the service was excellent, maintaining Hanting's consistent standards. While parking was available, it was a bit of a hassle; we had to call the front desk each time, and a staff member would come down to assist. The price was a bit steep, understandable given it was peak tourist season. Its proximity to Mojia Street was a major plus; I visited it twice, once in the afternoon and again the following morning."
