"The room was incredibly spacious, and we even got a free upgrade to a deluxe room. The high floor offered an amazing view, especially since we were there during the Lantern Festival and could see the fireworks all over the city. The hotel's location is excellent. The Airport Bus Line 2 stop is just 50 meters away, and Xinghai Road right outside is full of great food options. I was in such a rush when checking out that I left my charging cable behind. The front desk staff, especially Deji, was incredibly helpful and even mailed it back to me – I really appreciate it! 🙏 It was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip! 👍"

"選擇了平安夜和聖誕節兩天入住本酒店，此次入住整體感受非常好。首先在平安夜當天酒店有準備平安果和小玩偶送給每一位入住的顧客（蘋果很好吃）酒店整體聖誕節氛圍營造的很好，聖誕節也有送精美的小禮品，非常貼心。酒店的酒水吧可以提供咖啡和特調，咖啡品質還不錯，特調有機會再嘗試一下。同時酒店的也有提供早餐，雖然比較簡單，但是整體的口味還是不錯的。酒店的員工整體服務很不錯，因為入住期間要給朋友過生日，酒店提供了很多幫助，相較於上次而言，前台的服務有了很大的提升，客房的工作人員雖然有些疏忽，但是也可以理解，整體瑕不掩瑜。最後説説酒店的環境和衞生，酒店整體房間的配套設施還是比較齊全的，畢竟價位在這裏，衞生方面也很乾凈，中央空調也很暖和，房間內有配備加濕器，巾類齊全，拖鞋提供了兩種供顧客使用，建議可以調整一下每次衹要一刷房卡進門窗簾自動打開這個設定，有點沒必要，建議可以考慮一下。酒店周圍交通便利，離海湖萬達很近，出行很方便，同時酒店提供免費停車，這點還是值得誇獎的。床品方面選擇的也有考究，枕頭和床墊都很舒適。總體來説，作為一家新開業不久的酒店，通過幾次入住體驗下來，能夠感受到酒店對於員工培訓。設施完善，都在不斷的進步當中，是一家用心在經營的酒店，雖然有瑕疵，但是瑕不掩瑜，是一家值得期待的好酒店，值得入住。補充一點，酒店無線網絡網速也不錯，比很多酒店的都要好，點贊"
