"Is this really a five-star hotel? The facilities and ambiance are very high-end, and the room view is quite good – it feels like staying at the Ritz-Carlton, haha! However, the heating wasn't working well; it was blowing cold air, and the humidifier was also out of order. And I'm still wondering why the fridge was placed outside the room. 😂 The hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options, but the taste was just average. Overall, the service was very good, but there was no one at the hotel entrance to help with luggage, or maybe they just weren't there at the time? I've pointed out a few minor issues, but none of them diminish my positive impression of this hotel. I still highly recommend everyone to stay here."
