"This time Qinggan drove Labrador to stay in the Starry Sky Suite of the original Newborn Hotel.
The hotel is located in the west of the city and it is very convenient to eat and travel around. There is free parking at the door. A real pet-friendly hotel, all staff are pet-friendly. The overall design, supporting facilities and pet-friendly attributes completely exceeded expectations.
The Starry Sky Suite is a double-layer loft structure, with an overall arc-shaped cream style design, and a soft warm light lined with a sense of space atmosphere. The first floor is open and transparent, with a leisure sofa and a giant screen TV. The most eye-catching is the independent oversized elliptical bathtub by the window, with green plants and woven chandeliers, and the photos are very good. The independent arc shower room on the side is partitioned, and the bath and shower do not interfere with each other. Follow the trail to the second floor, it is a separate big bed rest area, with an additional tatami leisure area, and you can use the bedding as a bed, which is very comfortable. Open the skylight curtain at night to look up at the starry sky.
The breakfast buffet and laundry room are shared with the Orange Hotel. The breakfast room is fresh and lively, with freshly cooked carb stalls, DIY yogurt cereal area, coffee machine, hot soy milk, fully equipped, breakfast category takes into account Chinese hot food and light food, and it is just right to replenish energy before driving. Guest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations. The overall environment was clean and tidy, and the lobby decoration was elegant and grand. Upon entering, staff members warmly helped with luggage. Xiao Xi (a staff member) provided attentive and thoughtful service. The room hygiene was meticulously done, with soft and dry bedding. The bathroom had no standing water or odors, and the toiletries were complete and of good quality. The room had good lighting and ventilation, and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. The location is superb, making it convenient for commuting, dining, and shopping, with complete surrounding amenities. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including meat, vegetables, pastries, and beverages, all fresh and delicious. The front desk staff, Xiao Xi, had a gentle attitude and responded quickly to requests. The value for money far surpasses hotels in the same price range. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I've saved this place and will prioritize staying here again next time I visit this city. I genuinely recommend it to all fellow travelers!

This hotel is my top choice when staying in the city center. Its prime location makes getting around incredibly easy, and with the airport shuttle stopping right outside, catching a flight is a breeze. The rooms are well-equipped and functional, and the staff are friendly and proactive, handling all requests efficiently. The views from the high-floor rooms are exceptional; the city lights up beautifully at night, making for a truly comfortable stay. I highly recommend it!
My only minor quibbles were with one of the cleaning staff. I asked for water twice but only received it the first time. The second time, she insisted she had already provided it. Some additional training might be beneficial there. Also, due to Qinghai's dry climate, a humidifier was necessary, but I noticed some limescale inside, so hygiene in that area could be improved.
On a positive note, the front desk lady was absolutely wonderful and very thoughtful. She reminded us to buy oxygen canisters in the city for emergencies.

Moz CSI had a truly great stay here, largely thanks to the incredible staff. The hotel is located in a fantastic spot - very close to the Dongguan Grand Mosque and Xia Nanguan Street, which is perfect for food shopping and enjoying nighttime street food. The design of the hotel has a nice vintage charm to it—nothing overly flashy, but it's very clean and comfortable, and I had no complaints at all. They also offer private parking, which is really convenient if you're renting a car. What really made my stay special was the service. The staff went above and beyond for me. I was struggling with bad altitude sickness, and without me even saying a word, the front desk team noticed how I was feeling and kindly sent medicine, yogurt, and an oxygen canister to my room. That kind of care means so much. Later that night, my room was a bit too warm, and even though it was late, the night staff happily helped me switch rooms. I’m so grateful. A special thank you to Ms. Ma Ping for all her help and kindness. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xining—you'll be in good hands here.
我在这家酒店住得非常愉快，最主要的原因是这里的服务人员实在太棒了。酒店的位置很好，离东关大清真寺和下南关街都很近，那边非常适合买吃的，晚上也有热闹的街头小吃。酒店的设计带点复古的怀旧风格，不是那种很浮夸的类型，但非常干净舒适，我完全没有任何不满意的地方。酒店还有自己的私人停车场，对于自驾的客人来说非常方便。真正让这次住宿变得特别的是他们的服务。我当时高原反应挺严重的，结果完全不用我开口，前台的工作人员看到我的状况后，主动送来了药、酸奶和一瓶氧气到我的房间。这种细心和关怀真的让人很感动。晚上我的房间有点太暖，尽管已经很晚了，夜班的工作人员还是很乐意帮我换了房间，我真的很感激。特别感谢马平女士对我所有的帮助。我一定会把这家酒店推荐给要来西宁的旅客 - 你们在这里一定会被好好照顾的。

Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best
We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it.
The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean

The room was well-maintained, and the front desk service was attentive. It's clear that the hotel's service standards are meticulously executed.
The bedding material was new and pleasant, but the duvet was too thick. The air conditioning controls didn't work, causing me to wake up sweating numerous times throughout the night. Perhaps a lighter blanket would be more suitable for summer, rather than washing fewer sheets? It was a shame to have two nights of restless sleep due to the heat.
Breakfast was simple with ordinary ingredients. On the first day, there was no butter or jam next to the toaster. On the second day, there was no salad dressing by the salad bar.
The front desk staff were all excellent, even providing double portions of lotion. However, they offered to put a humidifier in my room in the evening, but it never appeared. I'm not sure if the housekeeping staff forgot or if there was another reason.
Finally, I hope any self-driving guests who see this can buy some cat food for the adorable cats in the outdoor parking lot behind the hotel. The weather is so dry, and I'm worried they don't have enough water to drink. It's been on my mind; if I wasn't rushing off, I would have bought some cat food myself. Both little cats are so well-behaved! May good people live long and prosper!

Guest UserWe stayed here as a family with our child, and overall, our experience was incredibly satisfying. The hotel room was spacious, never felt cramped, and the cleanliness was impeccable – even the corners were spotless. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring our baby slept soundly through the night. The staff were warm and attentive, proactively offering assistance. The floor was quiet and peaceful. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making getting around very convenient. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the hot water supply was consistently strong. The facilities are well-maintained, and it offers great value for money. It's definitely our top choice for family trips, and we'll be staying here again. The only minor drawback was the limited parking, but the hotel staff were incredibly responsible, directing and helping us find a spot. We later learned that parking is generally difficult in Xining, so we're even more grateful to the staff for reminding us that driving within Xining city isn't necessary, as taxis and buses are easily accessible right outside the hotel. All in all, it's our first choice for family travel and highly recommended.

This is not a fake review. I specially remembered to post it after returning to Beijing.
The memorable point is that the ******* decoration of the room is very beautiful (unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of the interior of the room). There are two eight-petal lotus lanterns on the roof of the triple room, which is generally very warm. (The name of each room is very elegant ”Lianx”, like entering the fantasy world of immortal cultivation...)
The bathing environment is very good and clean. There will be no hot water even if you take a long bath. The bathroom space is large, private and opaque, and the decoration style is still obvious and beautiful.
The service is particularly good. The waiter will come to teach how to use the room card to open the door, and will respond patiently and attentively when asking about surrounding attractions.
Regarding the problem of obvious springs and hard beds mentioned in the comments: it does exist, but it only exists in individual beds. I told the waiter that he could help improve it. Depending on the situation of the room at that time, change the room or bring a new quilt to help make a harder bed.
In short, it was a very good stay experience.
