"This hotel is owned by a Chinese proprietor and has 150 rooms. The breakfast is really good, especially the freshly made egg pancakes with that lovely 'wok hei' ( smoky flavor). The room facilities and cleanliness are on par with hotels like Home Inn or Hanting. Don't expect much from the hairdryer, but the breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The rooftop pool isn't very big, about 20 meters long, and there's a gym on the fourth floor. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I'd definitely come back."

"It's not that clean. The air-conditioning doesn't work. I was changed to a different room. Even that air-condition didn't work. The reception lady was nice enough to provide fan. But customer service not that great. The toilet was particularly dirty. One light didn't work so it was quite dim in the toilet. Only provided 1 towel. Had to ask for one more. Seems like they don't check the room properly before giving to the guests. If some effort is put in, this hotel would be a nice place to stay in."

"Not a level of Golden Tulip: - there were no towels in double room. When we called reception, they said there is no option to provide us towels. we were forced to use one small face towel for two people. - smell in the room since windows are unable to be opened; - extremely slow elevator; - the safebox just switched off once we needed to check out to airport; At the same time: - very good and affordable rooftop bar; - good restaurant - the food was really good; - friendly and helpful stuff - they are really nice 👍"
