"Paid over 700 for this room in Baoshan, and honestly, it was just okay. First off, it's basically one of those uniform buildings you find in an urban village, sectioned off and converted into a B&B. So, the extent of the renovation was quite limited. They're essentially rural houses, and my room had a strong renovation smell. Secondly, the ground floor's public facilities, including the hot spring, seemed unused and pointless. To get to the room, you have to walk up a metal staircase, which felt more like a fire escape. The front desk also seemed understaffed. Overall, my experience was pretty average. I only booked this place because of its proximity to Qinglong Street, but even Qinglong Street itself wasn't really worth visiting."

The staff kindly brought an air purifier, but it sounded like a tractor, making it impossible to sleep. In the end, I had to wear a mask and finally drifted off around 4 AM, exhausted. I woke up at 10 AM, quickly packed, and checked out. To reiterate, the staff were very patient and helpful, but unfortunately, the fundamental issues with the hotel's renovation and layout remain."
