"I was extremely satisfied with this booking. A well-stocked supermarket is conveniently located just 300 meters away, so we were able to buy steak and fish and cook them ourselves in the apartment. The apartment also features a small garden, perfect for unwinding with an evening drink – it was incredibly relaxing! The embassy is also very close by, which is worth a quick visit. Along the way, there's a charming small park where you can sit and feed the pigeons, which was truly delightful!"

"The hostel itself was clean and well located, no complaints about that. But the girl at the reception was extremely rude. On the day of check-in, she was standing with another girl at the counter — when I asked if I could check in, she just said “no,” and they both laughed. When I asked what was wrong, they rolled their eyes and said it was “just a joke.”
On the day of check-out, I wanted to leave my luggage until the evening to explore the city. For the first time in 15 years of traveling, I’ve encountered a place where you can’t store your bags for free — you have to book paid luggage storage online. My card was declined by their website, so I politely asked if I could pay in cash or what I should do instead. She simply said “no,” turned away, and started helping other guests.
Usually, hotel staff try to assist travelers and offer some kind of solution, but this kind of attitude was truly disappointing."

"This hotel is absolutely breathtaking. The scenery is stunning, and our room offered an incredible view with a very high ceiling that let in beautiful natural light.
I particularly loved the thoughtful design: having a private terrace was a wonderful touch, and falling asleep while gazing at the stars from the bed was magical. Watching the river flow by was so peaceful. The fully equipped kitchen was very convenient, but my absolute favorite spot was the sofa—I truly cherished the time spent there.
What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. They were diligent, sincere, and kind-hearted. Even the breakfast was perfectly suited to my taste.
I love Florence, but what I loved most were the people here. I sincerely hope this place can always remain as it is now—a true sanctuary in the world."

"The stay was very pleasant. The bus station is just a 5-minute walk from the hostel, with direct connections to the central station, making it easy to explore the main attractions. The regional train station is right in front of the hostel—we caught our train to Pisa within just 2 minutes of arriving. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Self check-in is available, and you can store your luggage for free. An automatic cleaning robot helps keep the place tidy. There’s also a 24/7 coffee machine, and games like pool and foosball are available. Overall, it’s a great deal for the price."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic – a definite must-stay when in Florence! The room facilities were excellent, and the lobby offered complimentary drinks. We also enjoyed the table tennis, swings, and super comfortable chairs. The rooftop bar boasts breathtaking, unbeatable night views, meaning you don't even need to go to the main square to admire the Florence Cathedral. They even have a photo booth on-site, though unfortunately, it was out of order during our visit, which was a bit of a pity."

"We had a pleasant stay. It has cute elevator, traditional Italian style. The room clean everyday. Location is a little far but you can take train for 4 minutes walk. Florence's public transportation is very good. Do not recommend to get musem pass. Is waste time. You have to go to most musem to make reservation for visit even with that pass. The Last Super was booked for 2 to 3 months ahead. Unless you want to pay 400 euro and booked with tour guide. However, big city a lot walking."

"The all-girls room is in the building next door. There are three rooms in total, two bathrooms and a large kitchen. I made pasta with simple ingredients.
The four-person room I stayed in was very large. There were no bunk beds, and each person had a wardrobe. I think the front desk will try to arrange roommates of the same culture together when assigning rooms, so turning off the lights and sleeping is no problem. Roommates can communicate. Each bed has a wall lamp that can adjust the brightness. The room has a window (Figure 1) facing the road, which is very noisy. I need earplugs to sleep well.
The front desk Lisa is a German girl. She is very enthusiastic and responsive. She will take the initiative to introduce all the information you need to know about the surrounding area."

"The location is perfect, right opposite to the train station, on top of the McDonald's. The attractions of Florence are within walkable distance from the hotel. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The sound proof of the room is not ideal. Our room is on top of McDonald's and facing the train station, there were a lot of people gathering at the train station at night time. The noise from the people talking and laughing could easily be heard. We are on the second floor, so the noise of traffic is another issue at night time. When we checked out, I discovered the hotel provided ear plugs which I didn't discover when I moved in, that means the hotel is aware of the noise issue. The staff checked with us about our experience when checked out, we told them about the noise problem, they said if we raised the issue earlier, they could relocate us to another room which is not facing the main street. If noise is a concern to you but you prefer this easy location, be aware to talk to the staff and get a quiet room."
