First, the conclusion: if you're traveling with seniors, don't hesitate to choose Reef Hotel! When planning, my grandparents said they wanted to see the sea, and I was racking my brain because my grandpa gets out of breath after walking for 5 minutes and climbing three flights of stairs. All the trips I took during school involved a lot of rushing. So, when I saw how close this hotel was to the beach, almost like having a private beach, I booked the entire trip immediately. You could say I came to Weizhou Island just for this hotel. And indeed, even though the money flowed like water (nearly 2000 just for four people to get on and off the island, ugh!), it was truly worth it!!! The service is excellent, messages are replied to instantly, and they pretty much grant every request. The afternoon tea was delicious! There were a few minor misunderstandings during our stay, but solutions were quickly provided. If we wanted more fruit, they'd bring plenty. The breakfast selection is quite rich, especially the yogurt! Plus, the seafood prepared by the hotel is delicious! Both my elderly grandparents had a wonderful time, constantly checking the tide coming in and going out, then lying down to enjoy the sea breeze. It was heartbreaking when they told me they never thought they'd see the sea again or leave their hometown. From that moment, I vowed to take them across the length and breadth of China! In short, there are many high-end B&Bs on the island, but if you're bringing seniors, I truly recommend this one~~

Choosing this hotel was the best decision of our Beihai trip! We specifically picked a place near Silver Beach, and we absolutely made the right call. Opened in 2025, everything here feels brand new and spotlessly clean. The rooms are tidy and comfortable, the AC works great, and the bedding is soft — we slept really well. A special shoutout to the rooftop laundry area — the washing machine is brand new, clothes come out clean and dry fast, which is incredibly convenient for long-term travelers. The staff is genuinely thoughtful: they helped carry our luggage, brought us water daily, and even accepted parcels on our behalf. But what truly touched us was the hotel manager Lü Yuan — even though we're foreigners, he patiently helped us with everything. When we accidentally left our wallet behind after checkout, he immediately notified us and proactively mailed it back to us. That level of care and integrity is rare. The location is perfect — just 1 km walk to Silver Beach, with easy access to dining and transport. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Beihai, especially international guests — you'll feel completely at ease here!

The first time I went to Weizhou Island, I went through a lot of trouble to book a hotel and chose the unique Heyue Yaju Inn. After checking in, I really admire my ability to predict. Not only is the room clean and tidy, but even the lobby is bright and comfortable. The landlady is even more warm and thoughtful. Originally we were older. Unfavorable legs and feet. I was scared when I saw the room on the second floor. Unexpectedly, the landlady had already thought of it for us. Unexpectedly, we were moved to the next floor without even saying anything. We are very happy. I forgot to bring hand cream and the lady boss brought her own for me to use, which really touched me. This inn is considerate and considerate for its guests. The room is clean and smell-free, and the price is right. We made the right choice to come here.

The owner of this guesthouse is from Northeast China, and we truly felt their warmth. From the moment we got off the boat, the driver picked us up and even told us jokes. Once we arrived at the guesthouse, the owner explained the sightseeing routes on Weizhou Island to us, worried we might make a mistake. She always reminded us to be careful when we went out and to come back early at night – she was so incredibly thoughtful. When we were leaving after two days, she even gave us a free ride to the port to catch the ferry, and she personally escorted us to our car. The location is also incredibly convenient; it's close to everything. Highly recommend it! Everyone should stay here!

Driving here, parking was very convenient. We stayed in a sea-view room with a balcony, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered expansive views. You could see the ocean as soon as you opened the curtains. In the evening, we sat on the balcony and waited for the stunning 'orange sea' sunset over Guantouling – the ambiance was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was very clean with complete amenities. The hotel also has an outdoor infinity pool, with a separate shallow area for children, making it very safe for kids to play. There's also an independent children's playground where kids can run around freely, giving parents a break. The breakfast selection was rich, with seafood congee, noodles, Cantonese dim sum, and local snacks – lots of choices and good taste. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach. Compared to Silver Beach, there are far fewer tourists here, so you can enjoy a leisurely stroll and collect pebbles. The hotel service was warm, thoughtful, and responsive.

The boss is very nice. The homestay is very clean. It has a refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner, pots and pans, and a large balcony. The price-performance ratio is very high. I will come again next time

The location is excellent, but there are a lot of mosquitoes🦟. I was bitten several times within half an hour of arriving. When I entered the room, I found that the balcony door was open, and a bunch of mosquitoes🦟 were flying around. It didn't work even if I lit mosquito coils~ The air conditioning was average. The room we booked was on the first floor. Because of the age, the hotel equipment was relatively old. There was a huge cigarette hole🕳️ on the sofa🛋️… I don't know if the swimming pool was not open and there was no water. The breakfast was hard to describe. There were so many things, but none of them looked fresh. When I was eating breakfast, I looked out the window and saw a big mop hanging there. I lost my appetite~ Service praise for the security guard on duty that day. I forgot something on the electric car🛵, and the electric car🛵 was charging. He took us to find the things very late in the night. It was heartwarming.

I first stayed at the Summit Sunrise Hotel and then moved to the Ferris Wheel Hotel. I felt the rooms were a bit small, but all the shared facilities in the park were the same. The hygiene was excellent. There's a small entrance area with a washing machine, which was great for laundry and drying clothes. However, there were many outdoor air conditioner units near the entrance and outside areas, making the hallway very hot. Breakfast at the buffet restaurant was quite rich, though there could be a queue if you go later. Alternatively, you could use vouchers to redeem breakfast at other Chinese restaurants or bakeries that support it. The hotel amenities were also great; the kids enjoyed the swimming pool slides, and the park's style was perfect for photos. There's also a cinema and a gym. Overall, I felt it was better than Anaya, mainly because the surrounding area was more convenient, with a night market nearby for easy access to food and shopping. However, the cat petting and deer interaction were a bit disappointing. Children under ten aren't allowed to pet cats for safety reasons, and you have to buy food separately for the deer. I didn't get to try the noodle roll. The hotel also included tickets for the Ferris Wheel and the Daydream Water World, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it's a good one-stop hotel, especially suitable if you're traveling with kids. The only downside was that the check-in process was a bit noisy due to several hotels being in the same area. The location is in the Dishui Danping Scenic Area, only 300 meters away from the Crocodile Mountain National Geopark, very convenient; the room is clean and the service is thoughtful; the fat brother at the front desk is very warm and friendly; especially recommended to check in the sunset on the roof, the most beautiful sunset is myopia!

Quickly booked in. 1st room Chinese toilet, one with sitting toilet smelled like smoke, then 5007. Then kettle's plug's 1 point was broken off. Give other kettle. Still very nice ... Cheapest on my trip from Dongxing on Vietnam border along coast to Zhuhai, but most comfortable! Very long duvet for me as I am 1.83m tall. Plenty of nice hot water! Clean bedding. Spacious room with large place to make tea etc, to charge devices and put luggage on... Bathroom also has place next to basin to put your vanity case or bag.... (I travel with my own toiletries as I am allergic to many stuff). Everything is clean. There is a lift - convenient for 5aking luggage to room. Parking in backyard very convenient. Only draw back: Glasses didn't look clean. Carpet could be vacuum cleaned. One bed light didn't work. @
