The front office staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right to choose and ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. I was also pleased with the amenities provided, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary toiletries.
The hotel's location was ideal, conveniently situated near local attractions and public transportation is easy to call. It made exploring the area so much easier.

FFelGood location, not much traffic nearby, close to times sq. However can hear noises from the hallway and outside easily. There is also a water dispenser provided at the hallway

I accidentally left my iPad behind after checking out, and they contacted me right away to let me know. Really appreciated their honesty and quick response. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive. Everything was tidy and well-kept. Highly recommend!
