One can argue that the staff and service provided by the hotel are even more important than the facilities, and for many people is. It is always expected that the Staff provides good service for the customers as hotels are a part of the hospitality industry, so personally, I think it is important to point out clearly about this matter. This is my second time visit Pacific Orient. As expected, the is nice and clean. Check in and check out is fast and easy. I got my room facing the Bintang mall building and it was fantastic. Here, parking space is limited. So whoever wants to park their car, better come early or make early reservation. The morning breakfast was simple. Not much they can offer. After all, don't expected too much since room rates offered was less than 100 ringgit. Definitely will stay here again if had a chance to visit Miri.

Far from city. Room just only provided towel and shower cream. It will be good for short stay. Family room is big but at second floor and needs to walk up.

The room is spacious. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The air conditioning was cold and seemed new. The bed was comfortable. Cleanliness needs to be prioritized. You need to wear shoes on the floor. The soap holder in the toilet is broken and dirty and needs to be replaced. Tissues were not provided.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I accidentally left my iPad behind after checking out, and they contacted me right away to let me know. Really appreciated their honesty and quick response. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive. Everything was tidy and well-kept. Highly recommend!

overall okay . maybe next time can prepare more toiletries because sometimes there is customer who is in emergency case that dont have time to buy their own toiletries such as toothpaste 😆 but it’s ok 👍🏻
