Miri Hotels with Kitchens

"Arrived around mid-night, the room was ready. Easy to check in without hassled. Lift need access card to go up or down, even to lobby. The carpet along the corridor were cleaned but torn. The room with queen bed type, clean with nice scent. Not able to watch TV due to Internet connection. Breakfast was decent with limited local choices of cuisine. Parking lots at basement are available to hotel guest but closed during midnight. Overall experience, good stay with rate being paid."

"Overall, the stay itself was comfortable, and the room met expectations. The hotel's aesthetic is elegant and beautiful, and its location is convenient, surrounded by chinese restaurants within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet was also good and enjoyable. However, the experience was unfortunately dampened by issues at the front desk, hygiene standards in the common areas, and soundproofing. We arrived around 10am and requested an early check-in, fully understanding that the standard check-in time is 2pm and that any earlier arrangement is subject to room availability and discretion. However, we were told by staff that early check-in would only be possible with an additional charge of RM160. This created an uncomfortable impression where it felt less like a matter of room availability and more like withholding an available room in order to impose extra charges. The tone suggests monetising convenience which we weren't particularly happy about. After checked-in around 5pm. we noticed dirty plates on the floor left near the lift area. What was more concerning was that these plates were still there in the same spot the next morning when we checked out. This raised questions about cleanliness and hygiene, especially in shared spaces. In addition, the soundproofing could be improved. Noise from children crying near the lift was clearly audible, and due to the hotel's proximity to the airport, airplane noise could also be heard. This may be a concern for light sleepers or guests seeking a quieter stay. While the room and overall stay were generally good, these experiences affected our impression."

"Located middle of the city centrally but sadly nothing surrounding seems to be attractive to us. Hotel are old and requiring some maintenance. Swimming is small and crowded. Gyms are aging with squeaky noises and need urgent lubricants. WiFi was extremely poor and connection was very slow. Surprisingly breakfast was very good. Staff are friendly."

"Good location, not much traffic nearby, close to times sq. However can hear noises from the hallway and outside easily. There is also a water dispenser provided at the hallway"

"Cantik dan luas biliknya. Seperti apartment dan mempunyai 3 bilik, masteroom with attached bathroom, another room got twin bed and another room also the same. Got one toilet outside the living room and the other is outside and the other is at masteroom. Di area berdekatan ada bejual jual and untuk yang non muslim ada jual pork di gerai hujung dekat pantai. Recommend heheheh"

"The unit where we stayed is clean, have a breathtaking full view of the sea. Miss Nisa is very helpful to inform me the unit that we supposed to stay according to my booking have problem with their air-conditioning. So she change it to another unit. We really enjoy staying at Bay Resort. We can brisk walk and sight seeing. There's a lot of Chinese restaurants nearby too. Its a great experience to us as this is our first time coming and staying in Miri. This place is recommended to travellers with families who loved beaches and love to listen to the sound of the waves."

"I have book this hotel for our engineer who has a business trip at Miri. This is his 2nd stayed. This apartment is near to the Shell office just 10-15 minit walkin distance. There are lot of store at this building so it is convenience to get basic things. He like this hotel very much."

"It is a good and calm place to stay. However When we were sleeping the alarm went off and affected our sleep after a long day. Other than that they could have fixed the TV , you can’t watch it properly"
