Guest UserThe hotel was nice and the front staff were very attentive. The second day we were there we left for a funeral at 12:00 noon and asked the front desk to please have our room cleaned and fresh towels. We got back to the room at 11:00 PM and no service.

黄After rushing for one night, it is difficult to give a sufficient and reasonable evaluation. The location of the hotel is in the city, there are still a lot of places to eat around, there are not many places to visit. The hotel itself is ok.

1.位置很好，在理士滿歷史區中心地帶，步行去州議會大廈和戴維斯舊居（即南方“白宮”）都比較近；
2.房間乾淨衞生；
3. 各項服務都不錯；
4. 需要提醒沒去過的客人：蘋果車載導航會誤導至酒店附近另外的露天停車場；而實際上，車應先開到酒店門口（標記不明顯，詳見照片）暫停一會兒，去前台辦理完入住手續後憑房卡才能開進酒店的室內停車場（酒店專屬停車場是5-7層）。車輛進出此停車場都必須刷房卡，切記！

I wonder if the sheets have been changed? The sheets of both beds are dirty! A hotel that costs more than 1,000 yuan a night is really not worth it. There is not even a bottle of bottled water! The hair dryer is broken again! Very bad, very bad

Guest UserThe location is very good, the downhill from the hotel is the riverside park, there is a memorial sculpture to abolish slaves and slaves, and the uphill is the Richmond City Hall office area, the street view is beautiful. The hotel room is very spacious.
