"Our overall stay was excellent! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with four bedrooms and five beds, plus two bathrooms and two shower rooms. It was perfect for 10 adults and 2 children, not crowded at all. We had 24-hour hot water with no waiting, offering great value for money. The service was warm and attentive; they contacted us in advance with a check-in guide and a comprehensive Changsha travel guide covering major attractions and local food, which was really nice. Highly recommended!"

"After staying three nights at Niccolo, I decided to try this hotel for a night, thinking it had good reviews online. I ended up being sorely disappointed. First off, the lobby was incredibly noisy, stuffy, and had an unpleasant smell, which immediately gave me a terrible first impression of the hotel. Upstairs on the sixth floor, there were only three staff members, and a large crowd of people trying to check in. It was very congested with no clear queuing system, leading to some impolite guests cutting in line. Then there's the room itself – the hardware facilities were extremely poor. It claimed to be over 40 square meters, but it felt much smaller. The shower and bathtub were tucked away at the very back, making it easy to slip and fall if you weren't careful, and the lighting was incredibly dim. The bathroom mirror even had water stains, and you had to get very close to see yourself in it. The only redeeming features were the gym and the dry and wet saunas; it was my first time experiencing a wet sauna. Overall, it was quite a bad experience. I've stayed at many W hotels in different locations, and this was by far the worst."

"This river-view hotel is fantastic! The minimalist luxury decor feels high-end and tasteful, and the lighting design creates a wonderful atmosphere. It's truly romantic, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a view-facing pool. You can soak in the tub while enjoying the panoramic scenery of the Xiang River, Orange Isle, and Yuelu Mountain – all while sipping a few drinks. Bliss! The hotel even upgraded my room, which was incredibly kind to someone visiting Changsha from out of town. The location is super convenient for both sightseeing and getting around. I declare this my top recommendation for future visits to Changsha!"

"In general very good. The pictures did look a bit better than in real life but i was still pleasantly surprised. one of the good points were the varieties of rooms, my room looked good. Another were the pets. There was a very sweet house cat and a dog training centre of some kind across the hotel. Which is cute but they bark in the morning, that can be annoying for light sleepers. Only my sofa in the room looked a little unclean. But in general very nice, the clean bathtub made up for it. Downside would be that the location is a little awkward if you want to call a didi, and there is not much around this hotel, but if you want to go to all the hotspots, those are nearby which is nice. Only 20 min ride."

"Stepping into the room, I was immediately soothed by the space. It wasn't cramped or narrow at all; instead, it was spacious and airy with excellent natural light. Even without turning on the lights, it was bright during the day. The overall decor is minimalist, without any overly complicated or flashy designs. The light-colored walls combined with soft lighting made me feel incredibly comfortable the moment I walked in, instantly melting away my travel fatigue. It felt less like a temporary stopover and more like a cozy little home. I genuinely recommend it to my friends!"

"Came here with my child, and the pool was definitely suitable for kids to swim in. First off, the cleanliness was exceptional. The floors and walls, apart from one or two minor aged blemishes, had absolutely no removable stains. The sink, shower, toilet, and bedding were all free of hair and bodily fluid traces. Secondly, the personal butler service was proactive. We came to Changsha after white-water rafting in Mengdong River, and doing laundry was incredibly convenient – they provided plenty of supplies. The butler even gave us an extra drying rack. The air conditioning was powerful and controlled humidity well, so our washed clothes dried overnight. Thirdly, the location is incredibly convenient. The fire escape elevator on the north side leads directly to Jiefang West Road, and just one intersection west is the HUB Commune Jiefang West store. To the north is Pozi Street, and Changjun Middle School is about a 15-minute walk, making dining and entertainment extremely accessible. Finally, a special thank you to the front desk, the butler, and the cleaning staff. They helped me solve many problems, and their service was incredibly proactive."

"We spent 12 days exploring Hunan, and our journey began with a stay at this wonderful B&B on our first day in Changsha. Our child had an absolute blast! Afterward, we continued our trip through Changde, Yueyang, Zhangjiajie, and Hengyang, staying at several other hotels along the way. However, none of them measured up to this place; it truly became the highlight of our entire trip and holds a special place in our hearts. As we're leaving Hunan tomorrow, the first thing we did upon returning to Changsha was to book this B&B again. Our child was absolutely thrilled and, taking advantage of a break in the rain, immediately rushed back to the pool for another swim. The afternoon tea was delightful, and the staff treated us like family. The photography session we arranged was also fantastic; they captured some truly beautiful pictures of our little one. Our Hunan trip began and ended with Zhimu Shanji. These wonderful memories will be cherished forever. Thank you!"
