"This location is very close to the parks. It’s nice to have a free shuttle bus to take you there. The room was very clean and decorations were great. I’ve stayed at many other Disney parks around the world, and usually their toothbrushes and other things you can take with you. It was very strange to have two toy story mugs for coffee, but then two regular mugs but you couldn’t take the Toy story mugs. My biggest complaint was the food I checked in at eight and I stayed two nights the first night. You could only order from room service because the restaurant closes early, but the food selection is horrible. Most of the food is very Asian they did have a ham and cheese sandwich, which I had it had so much mayonnaise on it you could swim in it. It would’ve been nice to have a burger or pasta or more western things on the menu. It would’ve also been nice to have some drinks and snacks. You can buy in the gift shop so you can take with you to the park. The gift shop was nothing but clothing and souvenirs."

"The room was incredibly clean and tidy, and the overall hotel environment was excellent. From the window, you could see a large expanse of green lawn and the sunlight was lovely. Plus, the individual breakfast was very refined."

"Shuttle Bus/Wish Lake Ferry: There's a bus right outside the door that goes to the town, and the ferry is a short walk away. However, the ferry is further from the town and closer to the amusement park. Staying at the hotel is definitely convenient, you can take photos with princesses and Mickey Mouse. Breakfast is a rip-off. Not tasty, and expensive too. But the hotel doesn't allow outside food delivery, and most of the hotel restaurants close by 9 PM. You could say it's a good time to lose weight. Booking through Trip.com has strict conditions, you can't cancel, and you have to jump through hoops with their linked app. Might as well book directly through the official app. Plus, the breakfast is complimentary for 2 adults and 1 child! Trip.com's partnership with them is really bad; I genuinely don't recommend booking through Trip.com. The official app's operation is much smoother. The hotel itself is just an 800 yuan hotel. But then again, it has Mickey Mouse and the ferry. Everything inside costs money. Getting your face painted is 289 yuan. But you can get touch-ups until 9 PM. For the kids, we'll have to come again... Next time, booking a 2000+ yuan room will be enough, because the food isn't good. The bottled water in the room is free. Drink as much as you like. The room is very small. The complimentary gifts are of mediocre quality and not very exciting. The birthday cake they sent was also just a very, very, very plain slice. The service staff are truly amazing!!! They immediately ask if they can help as soon as they see you."

"I chose the resort on Ctrip during the National Day holiday. It takes 3.5 hours to drive to Chongming Ecological Island. The traffic is very congested during the holiday. The resort is quite large, with complete entertainment facilities, kayaking, swings, children's playground, lawn, fishing, camping, RV camping, KTV, billiards, etc. There are barbecue, Chinese food, tea, a small shop, bonfire party in the evening, and an open-air cinema. The room is a homestay, just clean. The service is warm and thoughtful, and there are small gifts."
