Four Points properties in Shanghai

I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai, Daning for 3 consecutive nights this time, and the overall experience was very good, fully meeting Four Points by Sheraton's consistent service standards. For the first two nights, I booked a large city-view twin room. The room was spacious, providing ample space for luggage and temporary rest. By the third day, my original room type was sold out. The front desk staff member, LNY, was incredibly thoughtful and proactively helped us switch to a king-sized room on the same floor. This saved us the hassle of changing floors, making it very convenient for moving luggage and personal items. The staff communicated patiently throughout the process, and their attention to service details is truly commendable. The hotel has been open for some time, so the facilities aren't brand new, but they are very well-maintained. The room hygiene was excellent, and the bathroom and bedding were in great condition. Public areas were clean with no signs of age or unpleasant odors. All my daily needs were met satisfactorily. The hotel's location is a significant advantage, being right next to the Daning commercial area, making dining and shopping very convenient. The soundproofing in the room was also effective, ensuring a peaceful rest. The only minor drawback was the buffet breakfast. The overall taste and variety were quite standard, only enough to satisfy basic hunger, lacking any distinctive highlights.

The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and they even provide bed rails for families traveling with children. The twin beds can be pushed together and are very comfortable, which is great for families with kids. Upon arrival, we received welcome fruits, and not just the usual apples and oranges, but cherries, yellow tomatoes, and grapes. It shows the hotel puts a lot of thought into their service. The only downside was that during our two-night stay, the water pressure in the bathroom was very low (it was great on the 5th floor where I stayed previously, but this time I was on the 7th floor). I informed the front desk before heading out during the day, but the water pressure didn't improve. When I showered again in the evening, it was still an issue, and it wasn't convenient to go back to the front desk for maintenance at that point. I hope the hotel thoroughly checks the water pressure on the higher floors. Overall, I'm still very satisfied, especially since we were going to Disneyland. The subway station is just a block away, and the hotel's underground parking lot was spacious with fast-charging stations, which was incredibly convenient!

My stay exceeded expectations. The room had excellent natural light and ventilation, and the cleanliness was meticulous everywhere. The toiletries were of good quality. The staff were responsive, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and an elegant atmosphere, creating a wonderful living experience. Highly recommended.

I rarely leave reviews unless a place is truly exceptional, and this hotel definitely falls into that category. The room was brand new and fully equipped with everything you could need, including a fridge, a garment steamer, and even thoughtful touches like umbrellas. My wife particularly loved the spacious bathroom vanity, and the overall decor was fresh and inviting. On our first day, we arrived at Pudong Airport and were met by a pre-arranged pick-up service (the driver thoughtfully texted us the exact pick-up location). The next day, there was a shuttle service to and from Disneyland with four different departure times, so we had options for both early and late arrivals. On our third day, upon checking out, there was a shuttle to the Bund, dropping us off at Pier 3 of Shiliupu, which was conveniently close to our next hotel. These services made things incredibly easy, especially traveling with a child and two suitcases. We felt no fatigue, and it saved us so much time, effort, and money. Just remember to book these services in advance. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and even gave us a free room upgrade. Outside the hotel, there are plenty of fast-food options, BBQ restaurants, and shops. While the hotel's own restaurant is small, it offers a good variety of dishes and the food was excellent, living up to Sheraton's reputation for great buffets. The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Disneyland. We purchased the 'Enjoyment Package' for Disneyland, and even though it was peak summer season with crowds, the experience was fantastic. We got quick entry through a dedicated lane, so there was no need to wake up extra early. We used the speed pass for rides and were on them within 5 minutes, leaving us more time to enjoy other attractions. We also had reserved spots for the parade and an excellent view of the fireworks right in front of the castle. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and would definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit. Service: Good Environment: Good Cleanliness: Good Facilities: Good

On my vacation to Fengjing Ancient Town, I chose the Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai, Jinshan for my stay, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations – definitely a five-star rating! The hotel boasts a beautiful French manor style, with a picturesque lakeside setting. The lawns and lake views, both day and night, are perfect for photos. The environment is quiet and pleasant, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, truly enhancing the vacation vibe. The rooms are spacious and clean, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and all the details are well-maintained. Staying in a lake view room, you can open the balcony and enjoy the scenery, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The service is attentive and thoughtful. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and staff member Shine was friendly and responsive to requests. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including Western pastries, as well as local specialties like xiaolongbao and other Fengjing snacks – all very delicious. The facilities are comprehensive, with a heated swimming pool, a gym, and a children's play area, making it very suitable for families traveling with kids. The location is excellent, very close to Fengjing Ancient Town, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. Parking is free, which is great for those traveling by car. I highly recommend this hotel for family trips with children or short weekend getaways. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jinshan!
