The room was pretty big, very clean and the beds truly comfortable, the bathroom well equipped, shower gel, shampoo and towel being provided. The check-in was fast and the staff very nice. However the WiFi was slow and the signal is not really good inside the rooms. But still perfect location next to the metro.

I've stayed here a few times and it's one of the cleanest and most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed in. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. You need to swipe your card to go upstairs, and go downstairs to get takeout. The room has a refrigerator providing drinks, snacks and ice cream at a reasonable price. The air conditioner can blow both hot and cold air normally. If you feel cold, you can blow hot air, and if you feel hot, you can blow cold air. What satisfied me was that there were no unnecessary decorations or lights in the room, which made it look very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and responded to questions promptly. The cleaning lady was also very friendly and the room was so clean. When you go out, you just want a clean and comfortable environment. I couldn't help but praise her. Secondly, the network is smooth and the latency is not high (be cautious if you have high requirements for the device), but the mouse occasionally malfunctions. Finally, I would like to make two suggestions: 1. Improve the mouse and other equipment; 2. Add robot food delivery service. I can’t imagine how popular this would be (although I’ll come back next time)

The hotel's location is excellent, just about 300 meters from the subway station. The surrounding area is also great, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, making it super convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room for free. Check-in was a breeze, no delays at all. Our room was clean and tidy with good natural light, and although the facilities were a bit dated, everything we needed was provided.

This was my first time visiting Suzhou, and I booked this hotel on Trip.com because it looked great. The location is super convenient, right next to a subway entrance – the owner definitely knows how to pick a spot! **Facilities**: The hotel's decor is just like in the pictures below 👇 **Hygiene**: The hotel is also very clean and comfortable; staying here gives you a really warm and cozy feeling. **Environment**: No need to say more, the environment is also excellent 👍 **Service**: Most importantly, the front desk staff's service attitude is absolutely amazing! The owner must be thrilled to have such a responsible employee 😜

If you mind about cleanliness you should book other hotels. The room is smell bad and a lot of dust. I have to clean it myself (use 2 packs of wet wipes) The location is ok and front desk staffs are nice.

This is my second trip to Shanghai, and this hotel has really spacious rooms with complete amenities, including a washing machine, fridge, sink, and kettle. Everything worked perfectly; I even used the fridge, and it was fully functional. The wardrobe opposite the bed is also very large. The soundproofing in the room is excellent, making it very comfortable for a solo traveler. The Wi-Fi connection was also very convenient. Although there's no elevator, the front desk staff were great and helped me with my luggage. I usually don't take many photos of the surroundings, but the room's cleanliness was also very good. The hotel's location is excellent. There's a convenience store and a coffee shop just a short walk away, and there are two subway stations within a few hundred meters. It's also very close to the Bund, which I walked to. There's a shopping area about a kilometer away. I stayed for four days and it was really great.

I was in Shanghai for a business trip and initially planned to book any business hotel. However, I decided to give this place a try, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, and the desk and chair were perfect for temporary office work; handling files on my laptop was absolutely no problem. Since it's located in a residential area, there's a strong local vibe, with plenty of snack shops downstairs. After work, I'd go to Wanshouzhai for a bowl of拌面 (mixed noodles) and a basket of xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) – simple yet satisfying. After eating, it was just a short walk back to my room to rest. Compared to impersonal hotels, this place feels more welcoming and is also quieter, making it ideal for short business trips like mine.

After 2 months in China accros multiple hotels, it was definitely my favorite !! The room was really spacious, clean and the intelligent room features were really convenient. The staff was also very helpful and professional ! Finally this is one of the best location in Shanghai, the metro is literally 10m from the hotel and People Square is super close.

The best thing about this hotel is its quiet location despite being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
