AAnonymous User1. This stay with friends completely exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, the bedding was very comfortable, and we slept very well that night. The location is very convenient, and the owner was very welcoming and responsive to any questions. The facilities were complete, and the overall experience was fantastic.
2. My biggest takeaway from the stay was how comfortable and hassle-free it was! The cleanliness was superb, the environment was quiet and peaceful, and my friends all praised our choice. The service was attentive, with prompt answers to any questions, and the facilities were all new and complete. I would definitely consider this place again next time!

AAnonymous UserPerfect location with some less expensive (but really lovely) restaurants right on our road. The room was as expected, and lovely to have windows looking down onto the street. The door keys and bathroom keys are a little hard to operate but we found it ok once we got used to it!

CChakraborty AnirbanWe were two couples who stayed at ”Quadruple room with Private Bathroom” for 3 days. The hotel stands at the heart of Venice center and walkable from Santa Lucia train station and Ferrovia ”Vaporetto” (water public transport of Venice Lagoon) Terminal from where you can get to everywhere you can think of while visiting Venice.
The hotel has 24 hours reception. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was room keeping everyday. The toilet was bit conjusted but was okay for us. The beds were comfortable. Everything was perfect. The only cons I found was the room size. It was a bit small for 4 people.
There are local bakeries and cafes around, pharmacy, restaurants in mid-budget, Gondola service, etc all at reachable walking distance.
