Amazing
GGuest UserCame back after three days in South Korea so this was technically my second time staying here! Perfect for what I needed—a place to sleep and come back to after a day of exploring. Very friendly staff who were kind and helpful. This time, I had a large piece of luggage (bike box) and they were kind enough to let me put it in the hallway for one night. I also liked that I was able to have my luggage picked up right at Hotel Palace Japan by a luggage delivery service (Airporter) and sent to the airport on the same day. These were really helpful things for my last few days in Japan. The laundry was efficient but I wish there was a place to hang my clothes to dry (the balcony doesn’t have places to hang laundry). The only thing I wish were different was that the closet in my room seemed like something wet was placed there for a long time, so it smelled a little bit mildewy but acceptable. The first room I stayed in didn’t have this problem. When I come back to Tokyo, this will definitely be the place I stay again.

CChenge@This was my first time traveling abroad, my first time traveling alone, and my first time flying solo. The front desk staff here speak English, everyone is very friendly, and the environment is super clean. Everyone is very considerate, and everywhere is spotless. Waiting for the washing machine on the rooftop at night while sipping a soda really hit the spot. For an introvert like me, it was incredibly comfortable. I'll definitely be back next time!

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience feel very welcoming. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-designed, with all the essentials provided. The amenities, especially the breakfast buffet and lounge areas, were impressive and added real value to my stay. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and easy transport links. Overall, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it perfect for both leisure and business travel. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great service.

HhzzxIt seems that many people will be confused about the situation, there is basically no staff on duty here, so if you want to store your luggage early, you need to leave your luggage outside the hostel door, later someone will help you move your luggage closer to the hostel. The hostel is located in a small building, you need to take the elevator up to the fourth floor, the other floors do not belong to the space of the hostel, only the fourth floor only one floor, upon arrival you can see the electronically locked door. Both outside and indoor space is very small, but very clean and comfortable, for me who is only one hundred and fifty in height actually the space size is just right. There is a refrigerator, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, clothes hanger, full-body mirror, free internet available, although the space is small but very complete.

RRagnarI really enjoyed this hotel. This was my first time in a capsule hotel, and it is better than the common western hostels. More privacy, better luxury. I enjoyed the bathroom and the amenities (slippers, bathrobe). My favourite thing about this hotel was its 70-80s style. There were still old telephones, old capsules and elevators from 40 years ago throughout the building. I really appreciated that, since I am especially interested in Japanese history during that period (the boom). Last but not least, I also noticed then good connection to the city center (about 1 hour by metro to the castle) and its proximity to the Tokyo Skytree (only a few stations).

Fflorat****Extremely close to Senso-ji Temple, with convenient access to supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping malls within the Asakusa commercial district. The hostel has a great vibe, mostly occupied by Westerners. You can cook your own meals, and the quad room was quite spacious. At 600 yuan, it offers excellent value for money. Although bathrooms and showers are shared, there was rarely a queue. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

GGuest UserIt's close to the subway station, and you can also get off near JR Yotsuya. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. However, the cleanliness inside the hotel isn't great. It's an economical choice for a one-night stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for multiple days. If you need to use a locker, you'll have to pay a deposit which is refunded upon return. For guests departing before 7 AM, you might not be able to get your deposit back as the front desk is only staffed from 7 AM to 11 PM. The shower room wasn't very clean either.
