Park Hotel Tokyo

9.4/10
Amazing

Guest User
Park Hotel Tokyo truly exceeded every expectation I had — and then some. I spent 9 unforgettable nights here, and I can confidently say this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Without a second thought, I will be coming back on my next trip to Tokyo. From the very first moment, the level of service was exceptional. Every interaction with the staff felt warm, genuine, and thoughtful — they truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The attention to detail is simply outstanding. The views deserve a special mention. Even though my room didn’t face Tokyo Tower, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking at all times of the day — morning, afternoon, and night. I honestly found myself wanting to capture every moment on camera. And for those who dream of seeing Tokyo Tower — it is beautifully visible right from the lobby, creating a stunning and iconic atmosphere. Breakfasts were delicious and consistently satisfying. While the selection didn’t change much day to day, it didn’t matter at all — I found my perfect morning set and looked forward to it every single day. Housekeeping is incredibly flexible, which I really appreciated. You can choose a full cleaning service or opt for an eco-friendly option where towels are refreshed and water is replenished without a full clean — a great touch depending on your needs. Another very convenient feature is the laundry service. The hotel offers both professional laundry and self-service washing machines (located on 27th and 28th floors). I personally used the coin-operated machines, and everything worked perfectly — washing and drying were quick and efficient. The location is simply unbeatable. It’s incredibly well-connected — whether you prefer JR lines, metro, or other transport options, everything is easily accessible. Getting anywhere in Tokyo was smooth and stress-free. This was actually my first time in Japan, and before the trip I was worried I wouldn’t understand the transport system and would rely on taxis. In reality, I figured it out almost immediately — and thanks to the hotel’s perfect location, I didn’t take a taxi even once. One of the most unique aspects of this hotel is that it’s also an art hotel — almost like a museum. There are fascinating artworks and exhibitions throughout the floors and common areas. If you’re into art, you can even explore guided experiences. Even without that, just walking around and discovering the pieces was a beautiful experience in itself. If I could give this hotel 100 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Tokyo so special. You played a huge role in creating unforgettable memories, and I’m incredibly grateful. Absolutely in love. Million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its absolutely fantastic location! It's connected to Takashimaya via a skybridge, Newoman is right downstairs, and Isetan is within walking distance. You can pretty much walk to the entire core Shinjuku shopping district, making shopping a breeze. It's really convenient for carrying heavy bags back to the hotel without getting tired. For pure shopping and sightseeing, staying here offers great value for money. Since the hotel rooms start from the 20th floor, the views are also excellent. The downsides are also quite noticeable. The hotel is showing its age, and the room facilities feel a bit dated, only meeting basic accommodation needs. What I really disliked was the breakfast. The variety wasn't extensive, and on weekends, they stop serving promptly at 10 AM. The rules are very rigid. Even if you're just 3 minutes late, there's absolutely no flexibility or alternative arrangements. The service lacks a human touch and is very unfriendly to guests who like to sleep in, especially those dealing with jet lag. In summary: It's a great choice if you're purely focused on location and shopping. However, if you care about breakfast quality, room modernity, and service details, there are many other options in the area.

Location is a 10/10. Service was adequate and we had everything we needed. They even had a wonderful cable that ease the charging of our electrical devices. What frustrated me was the aircon control. The touch button didn't work and it disrupted our sleep the most on the last day of our stay. I was calling the front desk at 1am. Please look into your touch screen controls.

What a charming and adorable hotel in Ginza! Before checking in, I actually mistakenly went to another property under the same brand, and the receptionist there was incredibly kind—she personally directed me to this location. Although the building boasts a long history, the facilities are impeccably maintained. The room was spotless, and both the lounge and elevator are brimming with vintage elegance. The only minor downside is the short walk from Ginza Station. During the day, the front desk service felt a bit brisk and efficient—perhaps due to cultural differences—but the staff was still helpful and pleasant. In contrast, the nighttime reception was exceptionally warm and welcoming. Next time, I’d love to try the hotel’s dinner; the ground-floor café is absolutely stunning with its retro vibe.

This is our second time staying here. The hotel is right next to the Ariake Garden mall, practically seamlessly connected. There are plenty of dining options upstairs and shopping is very convenient. Downstairs, there's a large Aeon supermarket, and right outside its exit, at platform 1, you can catch the bus to Haneda Airport. There's also a big Muji store nearby. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Ginza from its basement level. While the hotel is situated between two subway lines, neither is too far away, making this location excellent value for money. We booked a family room for two adults and two children, which had four beds. The bathroom and toilet were separate (wet and dry areas), and the room layout was quite good.

Beyond its great location, there's really not much to praise. The front desk service was very unprofessional. It felt like there were mostly foreign guests, and I barely saw any locals checking in. The room facilities were pretty much on par with a basic chain hotel in China. For this price, you could easily stay at a Japanese chain hotel, which would at least offer standard service and all the amenities you'd expect.

The room does not seem to be 20m but neat and tidy and very clean, the ceiling is very high spacing decoration like Hong Kong nano new building, self-service check-in / check out Ten minutes walk to JR Yokoku Station There are many restaurants to choose from, convenience supermarkets to choose from, turn right along the JR station and walk straight around and back to the middle of the hotel Many restaurants and small shops, very good quality Overall feeling is good;if I go next time during non-peak tourist season I might book a larger room

While this hotel has a convenient location, the experience was ruined by a lack of basic hospitality and very cramped quarters. The room was so small it was difficult to even open two large suitcases. More disappointing, however, was the staff’s attitude. Everything is followed strictly 'by the book' with zero flexibility. I was told a late check-out would be charged by the hour, and even a simple request for a complimentary bottle of water was flatly denied. The staff were condescending and never offered a smile, making for a very unwelcoming environment. A small gesture like a bottle of water costs almost nothing but earns customer loyalty; unfortunately, this hotel chooses rigid rules over guest satisfaction. I would not recommend staying here.

Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel

The Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel is an excellent, high-value choice for families visiting Odaiba and Disney. It's just a 3-minute walk to both the Rinkai Line and Yurikamome Line stations, and you can reach the Odaiba Gundam and Statue of Liberty area in just 10 minutes by train. The hotel also offers a free, reservation-only shuttle bus directly to Tokyo Disneyland, and airport limousines to/from Haneda and Narita airports make travel hassle-free. Rooms are clean and tidy, and the renovated rooms are bright and airy. High-floor ocean view rooms offer stunning views of Tokyo Bay. The hotel thoughtfully provides baby yukata, bed rails, and children's toiletries. Microwaves in the lobby and self-service laundry machines are convenient for guests with children. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes to suit all ages. There's also a convenience store and McDonald's on the first floor for easy replenishment. Front desk staff are friendly and offer luggage storage. The only downside is that the Japanese-style rooms are a bit small, making it cramped to open large suitcases, and there can be short queues during peak check-in times. Overall, the hotel offers convenient transportation and excellent family-friendly amenities, making it a perfect base for theme park visits and Odaiba sightseeing.

Comfortable one-night stay at Shinjuku Granbell Hotel — great location and clean, modern rooms. One useful tip for anyone driving: there’s parking available nearby that you can either reserve in advance for around ¥2,000 per night, or just drive in without a reservation and pay by the hour (rates around ¥1,700 for 8 hours at the lot near the hotel). Made it really convenient for our road trip stop before heading north. Would recommend for travelers exploring Shinjuku by car.
