It's just a short walk to the Great Stupa, and there are many temples nearby, making it a wonderful place for people of faith. The room was cleaned daily, and it was very pleasant to enjoy breakfast while sunbathing and sipping sweet tea.

GGuest UserI have been to Nepal many times on business trips, and I basically don’t want to stay anywhere else. I have stayed in other hotels in Nepal, but they are not ideal. This is the only one that makes people feel comfortable and clean. The owner is warm and hospitable, and can communicate in Chinese without any barriers. The owner I am a traveler. My Chinese is very good. He can also plan a travel route for me. He is a very warm-hearted boss. The hotel has complete facilities. The sheets and quilts are disinfected at high temperature every day. I feel at ease here. The hotel's kitchen is also large and dry. Jing, you can buy whatever you want to eat and let the chef cook it, or you can cook it yourself. It’s really convenient. The boss is very considerate.

ZZhangmingruThis trip to Nepal was a great experience staying at Flock Hostel! The hostel is clean and tidy, and the environment is quiet and pleasant. The front desk staff are excellent, whether they are handsome guys or gentle beauties, they are all warm and considerate. Every time I go out to take a taxi, they will take the initiative to help contact the driver, making the journey worry-free and safe.

GGuest UserKathmandu is a stressful city with a sad underbelly. At the Green Horizon, you're removed from it all and greeted with a cheerful smile every day. I got a lovely room with balcon, big bathroom and booked three days straight away. Also the food in the restaurant is cheap and delicious. Green Horizon is a place to relax. Would come back every time.

Of the minuses, I had problems with hot water, there was none... but I washed myself in the evening, maybe that's somehow connected. I used a kettle... It wasn't exactly clean, I must admit, I cleaned up myself. Two free bottles of water, soap, shampoo, Wi-Fi, light. I felt comfortable and convenient there, waking up with the sun shining through the window. I also liked the restaurant on the roof, quite cheap, but delicious, my favorite, of course, is the vegetarian momos, they won me over. In general, I was satisfied with the price and quality. The staff is very nice, smiling, respects their guests, cares and that's great, nice!

SSun GlobalAbsolutely great stay. Stayed for 7 days. Staff is super friendly. They clean and change the bedsheets frequently. Breakfast is available with pay or booking. In the dorms, you get a locker. They have a lovely rooftop patio to enjoy your take outs. They have water dispensers as well.
Pro -tip : Exchange your money at the hotel at reception rather than at money changers, you will get a better rate.

KKekoraI stayed here near the airport in preparation for my flight the next morning. When I asked the staff about the breakfast time, I got different answers depending on who I asked. When I went to the breakfast venue in the morning, it wasn't ready yet, so I had them call my room when it was ready.
The showers are quite local and don't come with a conditioner, so if you want to use them, it's better to bring your own.
It was helpful to be able to pick up and drop off from the hotel to the airport.

GGuest UserI went there for 1 night just to have a peaceful sleep. I have long way to travel so to catch up my sleep, I was there. It is like a party house at night extremely playing noisy songs. Instead of opening hotel, they should have opened night club. Yes, the environment is club environment. The staffs are nice . I complain by shouting out loud back to them. It is effective, they immediately lower their song. The entrance to the hotel is narrow,no car can enter. Moreover, super loud environment to have a good night sleep. So, not recommend.
