Amazing
GGuest UserModern hotel in a location where cars can easily drive to, which may not be the case for some lodging in Boudha. Staff were attentive and friendly. The room & bathroom were spacious & lighting was more than sufficient. Do note that contrary to what is currently stated on the hotel’s website, there isn’t a restaurant on the rooftop. The hotel is a short stroll to the stupa. The breakfast buffet was decent with vegetarian options available. All in a happy stay for me.

GGuest UserI had an incredible stay and extended two more nights.  The GM and the staff are super helpful and customer oriented.  Room is spacious.  Morning yoga is included and the male yoga teacher is phenomenal.  The yoga practice is inside the monastery.  The location is another advantage.  It’s walking distance to the Boudha Stupa which allows me to walk there a few times a day.  At the same time, it’s in a quiet dead end.  Lastly, it could be helpful for some who wish to disconnect digitally because   wifi doesn’t work too well .  There’s only one server located near the staircase in my building. If your room is far away from it, the signal is obviously problematic.

小苏在努力This hotel is quite good, very new, and has a swimming pool with an excellent environment. The room service is great, always available when called. However, the breakfast is very average, comparable to what you'd find in a basic domestic setting. But for just over 500 RMB, it's not expensive, so I recommend staying here. There aren't many food options nearby, and it's mostly a local residential area, but the overall environment is still very pleasant. There's also a gym, and the rooftop bar is particularly relaxing, being an open-air terrace.

HHouzhengmengThe hotel boasts an excellent location, modern facilities, and an elegant ambiance, with superb service. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, and the staff even prepared a special farewell cake and ceremony. My only regret is that all the surfaces in the room were covered in a layer of dust, despite the overall appearance of cleanliness.

ZZhangmingruThis trip to Nepal was a great experience staying at Flock Hostel! The hostel is clean and tidy, and the environment is quiet and pleasant. The front desk staff are excellent, whether they are handsome guys or gentle beauties, they are all warm and considerate. Every time I go out to take a taxi, they will take the initiative to help contact the driver, making the journey worry-free and safe.

AAnonymous UserLocation is alright, there’s occasional cockroaches running past you when you are in the room, cleanliness has a lot to improve on. Worst part is that I booked a single room and was given a room next to the elevator with a window without curtain, anyone tall enough would be able to look into my room and everything in it, to add on to that, the room was next to the elevator and you can hear every footstep and noise/chat coming from the corridor, and when the elevator moves, there’s this super unnecessary music that runs with it so you would get a sense of that throughout the day and night. When I went to the receptionist to ask for a different room, she told me there’s no other rooms available and I have to pay an extra 1500 rupee to upgrade to a different room, that amount, adding with the original I paid for- would already be much higher than a standard deluxe room. Obviously she and the hotel was trying to scam me by leveraging on giving a super lousy room at first. Even though they eventually agreed to change room for me at no charge, I was honestly traumatised by this hotel and was uncomfortable through the stay. Then at check-out in the next morning, the guy was reluctant to let me go asking if I had already paid and making calls to confirm about it. Overall there’s surely better rooms for similar price in Thamel, so do try to skip this hotel unless you like some good memorable reasons to spoil your trip.

JJohn Vincent (JV)Nice Old Hotel, Great Staff with few needs to improve. Swimming pool is totally disappointment. Better to shut down, than keep running and not swimmable, waist of energy. The water is dirty, no star at all. The lobby, the room and Ghurka bar are still great. 2 power shutdowns in 1 day, I believe they are struggling with power shortages due to dark lounges. Breakfast was so so, coffee or tea should be not a challenge to serve first, sometimes took half of meal before they come. Many Tables are not stable and aligned, egg can easily roll over to other side. Atleast 3 tables on my experience. Room is comfortable, nice bed and always fresh linen. Only noisy from AC , maintenance team came twice on my room to fix, though transfer was offered on my last 2 days. Managers should not standing in buffet line, either they should help the line staffs or directing the team, talking business in public is not of our guests concern. Front desk Trainee, has good presence, I thought first he is manager. A lot can be improved and polished, the hotel has a great potential, nice design, great facilities and great staffs. I wish that management should look all themselves and review those small details.

RRISDHII stayed at Kusum Airport Hotel, Kathmandu 🇳🇵 for 3 nights (April 1st – April 4th), and overall it was a really good experience. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers since it’s close to the airport ✈️. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect to relax after a long day. What I enjoyed the most was the food — very tasty and satisfying, definitely something I looked forward to every day. A very special thanks to Sachin Thapa 👏 He was honestly one of the best parts of my stay. Always welcoming with a smile, very respectful, and gave excellent service every time. He made sure everything was smooth and comfortable, and his positive attitude really stood out. Staff like him make a place feel more than just a hotel. The only thing that needs improvement is the bathroom, which wasn’t up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. Other than that, everything else was great — good service, nice atmosphere, and a comfortable stay overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu, especially if you want a convenient location and good food 👍

GGuest UserThe hotel service is very professional, the breakfast is rich, and the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. When I asked for water, it was delivered quickly. There is also a hair dryer in the hotel, and the hot water for bathing is very comfortable. Many Chinese people go to other places to find Chinese food, but they find that the most authentic Chinese food is on the ninth floor above the hotel. And the chocolate brownie here is very authentic. It was supposed to be eaten with ice cream, but I asked for hot ice cream, and the hotel immediately made hot ice cream. There is the largest farmer's market in Kathmandu next to the hotel, and 6 big apples cost less than 20 yuan. You can buy all kinds of vegetables and fruits here. Because Kathmandu is often congested, if you connect with a flight, the hotel is very close to the airport, which is another big advantage.

CChristinalvxingdarenBecause I didn't catch the plane, I found a small hotel temporarily in the early morning. facility: Although the hotel is small, the hardware facilities are relatively good in Nepal, which is good. There is air conditioning, hot water and card swipe door locks, which are advanced. But there is no hair dryer either… health: I still saw the hair... environment: Room comfortable Serve: The breakfast provided is relatively simple (Picture 6 is the breakfast menu) The service attitude of the staff at night is good, but the service attitude during the day is average. In the evening, my friend in Kathmandu sent me to the hotel to pick up my luggage and take me to the airport. The hotel staff was even more hospitable.
