The alley feels tranquil upon entering, and a small garden in the hotel's atrium offers a sense of peace amidst the hustle and bustle. The hotel is freshly decorated, clean, and stylish. My room was on the second floor, facing a tranquil garden. The staff were helpful, and the welcome drink was delicious.
The hotel has a gym, which, while small, is adequate for a comfortable workout.

My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered a stunning view — every detail was thoughtfully arranged for comfort and relaxation.
The hotel’s amenities exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide selection of fresh, flavorful options to suit every taste. CCheongHave a wonderful experience staying there. The room is as advertise, with good connection of internet and daily replenish of drinking water too. We didn't take their breakfast package.
Walk out to the main street is just a couple of minutes with good access to food and shopping. Hotel is about 15mins to 20mins walk away from Kathmandu Durbur Square and 10mins walk away from Garden of Dreams.
The host is warm and friendly unlike other commercial hotel where hotel is just hotel.
Took a day trip arrange by the hotel and the guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Thank you for hosting us. Keep up the good attitude and shout out to David and Manish for making our trip wonderful. We'll be back.

GGuest UserThe room and area was good, but I experienced a scam provided by the receptionist.
I have consulted the tour advice with the reception, the guy provided me an excellent two-day rafting package that called by a tourist agent.
In the tour, that was a disaster, the tour only half-day with 1/3 distance of his presented tour.
The cost he charged me is almost 5 times of the normal price in internet. I would prefer that should be a very special tour and different from I found in internet.
That was totally scam and waste my time and money, it was extremely affect my plan and mood. I would report this experience to the concerned parties. It really a shame of Nepalese.

GGuest UserThe hotel service is very professional, the breakfast is rich, and the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. When I asked for water, it was delivered quickly. There is also a hair dryer in the hotel, and the hot water for bathing is very comfortable.
Many Chinese people go to other places to find Chinese food, but they find that the most authentic Chinese food is on the ninth floor above the hotel. And the chocolate brownie here is very authentic. It was supposed to be eaten with ice cream, but I asked for hot ice cream, and the hotel immediately made hot ice cream. There is the largest farmer's market in Kathmandu next to the hotel, and 6 big apples cost less than 20 yuan. You can buy all kinds of vegetables and fruits here.
Because Kathmandu is often congested, if you connect with a flight, the hotel is very close to the airport, which is another big advantage.

LLEE SULIThe location is great, yet quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle! There are 7 different choices for breakfast! There are indoor and outdoor restaurants. I like the great outdoor environment. Having breakfast there is a pleasure!
The staff service is very good and deserves praise! I don't understand English and I was traveling alone. The staff helped me call a taxi and helped me with all my needs! Makes me feel safe and comfortable!
If I have the opportunity to travel to Nepal again, I will still choose this hotel!

The service attitude of the staff at night is good, but the service attitude during the day is average.
In the evening, my friend in Kathmandu sent me to the hotel to pick up my luggage and take me to the airport. The hotel staff was even more hospitable.

They offered us a welcome drink at the front desk, and at the breakfast venue they explained the menu to us at a comfortable distance. I've stayed in five-star hotels before, but this was the first time I'd stayed in a hotel that offered this kind of buffet-style service, and I thought it was fantastic.
I also thought this was a service that could only be provided because it's not a large-scale hotel. The room was clean and comfortable.
The only thing I'd like them to fix is that we could hear a lot of noise in the hallway. This may be because my room was near the elevator. I'm not that sensitive to noise, so I'd like to stay here again if I come to Kathmandu.
