SS.StarksWhile the views and vibes were good. The hotel staff presented great customer service. We were in town for a track meet and with early morning starts we were very disappointed that the advertised breakfast with we were given tickets for at check in wasn't available not even for one day of our stay. This was very inconvenient and there was no compensation offered or given.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel and stay. Just a few things that kept me from giving it 5 stars. First was the desk chair. It wasn't completely functional. The adjustment lever would get stuck if you tried to use it, so you were stuck with the chair in the current settings. Second was the coffee. For some reason, they only had 1 regular coffee and 3 decaffeinated coffees. Third, the hotel didn't clean the room on the second day. I was hoping they would provide additional coffee, sugars, and creamers, but they didn't come by at all.
Everything else was outstanding. I loved the room I was in. The studio had a couch with a large swivel TV. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the bathroom was clean, bright, and modern. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of hot options, which was great.

GGuest UserVery good, the hotel facilities are relatively new, the front desk service and breakfast are very good! Because I forgot to bring a toothbrush, there is a prompt in the room to ask the front desk, otherwise I have to go to the supermarket to buy it! ! !

KKeile charlesI can't say this enough. The staff is phenomenal. We had the same housekeeper over our 8 days, and Katrina was so caring and patient. She was genuinely interested in making sure my family had wat we needed. If I could change one thing, it would be.. adding meat to breakfast. The one thing I hoped for every day was bacon or sausage links, and that just wasn't there, but everything else was so delicious. I loved the variety of waffles. I hope we can enjoy the pool next time as well. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel as well. Thank you to all the employees we had the pleasure of meeting.

MMrs LandIt was very clean and nice. The only downfall was. They had a lot of ways to make extra money off of you without you knowing it was almost like they would put things out for you to get and then tell you afterwards. Oh, you have to pay for that. it was quite different than most hotels we have ever been to

GGuest UserIt was difficult to call the front desk due to the land line got zapped by lightning so we couldn't get picked up by shuttle from airport. Other than that, the hotel was good. We particularly enjoyed the pool with warm water. There was a bistro in lobby that was opened until 10pm and you can also buy snacks and sandwiches at front desk 24hr. We use the free shuttle service to airport at 5:30am and we were told they start shuttle service at 4am.

GGuest UserThe hotel is on a path, there is no street light, it is more difficult to find. The younger brother at the front desk is warm, but he does not understand his accent. The room is spacious and clean, and the sound insulation is a bit poor. Breakfast is good.

SSandy CherryIt is a beautiful facility and our room was no exception with very comfy beds (and pillows). All of the service we required and received during our visit was timely and offered with a smile. Breakfast was excellent as were the drinks in the lobby bar!!!

GGuest UserI had a great time the only thing that messed up my stay is the lady at the counter said I had to put 20 dollars extra on my room for amenities and said if I don't charge anything to the room I'd get my money back as soon as I check out well I checked out and I'm still waiting for them to give me my money back

GGuest UserWhen we arrived there was no one there except for the police arresting a drunk driver in the parking lot. We were told by the police not to eat in the area and if we stayed there over night not to go out after dark.. Then we were told by phone that we would have to return after 4pm to register it was then 2pm. At 4pm we returned and found no one there after sending a tex message we registered. The room was clean the tv didn't work.
