The hotel is conveniently located close to the dock. The hotel includes breakfast and can provide lunch and dinner. All dishes are made from local production. The dishes are good. The host and the staff are all very accommodating and try their best to help and are always available. The hotel was fully refurbished when we came. It was clean, well furnished and well maintained. The cost appeared reasonable even during the national holiday. We chose a room with a balcony. The terrasse adds a lot of convenience and is really enjoyable. We used it often. We did spend a pleasant time there. An important reminder comes as the hotel is close, maybe one of the closest to the dock. Therefore the activity around the hotel is intense, starts early and finishes late. This can affect light sleepers and is reinforced by the fact that the island is a heaven of silence. The island is perfect to reconnect to the nature, the slowness of life. We did appreciate our time walking around the island, visiting every small street and enjoying the pleasant view. People are very nice, organisation in the island is good and provides all the necessities. A good place for one or few days stay with or without children.

Hidden away in the beautiful West Taihu Lake is a stunning guesthouse! Surrounded by the lake on three sides and backed by mountains, it's built right by the water, offering direct views of Taihu Lake. The overall design is bright and pristine white, blending diverse elements like Chinese and French styles, earning it the nickname ”Suzhou's Santorini.” The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, with gorgeous sunsets. The service is warm and friendly, and the facilities are top-notch. Each room boasts enormous 180-degree lake view floor-to-ceiling windows, electric blinds, electric screens, sound systems, private projection cinemas, smart toilets, lake-facing bathtubs, and high-quality toiletries. In summer, you can enjoy the outdoor pool, and there's even a 'Sky Realm' on the rooftop! Public facilities like the gym and mahjong room are also fully equipped! It's a one-stop destination for fun! If you're visiting Taihu Lake, this place is a must-try.

Travel with the baby and leave! I originally thought about finding a store for a drink temporarily, but I didn't expect to be attracted by the scenery facing the mountain lake and the European style when I entered the door. I suddenly attracted family and children. I immediately thought about staying for one night to experience the high luxury butler service. After the incident, the family and children liked it very much. Whether it was the pool or the room, or even the tea was very heartwarming, and they would come back to experience other room types.

The Mehoud perhaps tops all of them in terms of unexpected delight. Physically the hotel is a design bonanza. Recently opened, inspiring u architectural details and finishes are evident throughout. Amenities are excellent. Luxury bath robes and bath towels, small gym with good weights, a pool, laundry machines... It is one of the few hotels with balconies and terraces allowing access to fresh air However, its greatest asset is undoubtedly the management and staff. The general manager seems extraordinary. Sometimes tending the coffee shop, greeting guests in the restaurant, and roaming the hotel. Wait staff go out of their way to accommodate guests, and so many speak at least a little bit of English

Banyan Tree, as always, is wonderfully secluded and comfortable! The butler, a lovely lady, upgraded our room again. And we even ran into Alice Xiaoxiao, the butler who assisted us during our stay last year – it was great to see her again! She proactively reached out before check-in to ask about our needs and was incredibly responsive to all our requests. The concierge service upon arrival was also very thoughtful. The courtyards, lush greenery, and water features are beautifully designed, offering a new picturesque view at every turn. The views from our room were truly refreshing and invigorating! Kids' toiletries were fully stocked, and the complimentary soft drinks were of good quality, not just an afterthought. The hotel also offers free activities like Baduanjin (a traditional Chinese exercise), cocktail making, and night runs! Overall, a very satisfying stay! Excellent value for money! **Dining:** The hotel's Baiyun Restaurant is also fantastic. Even though dinner was a set menu from a group deal, every dish was surprisingly delicious! It's a perfect alternative to the Rongsheng Restaurant next door, where you often have to queue for two hours if you don't want to wait. They've changed breakfast to a mostly buffet style, which can sometimes mean colder food with a less-than-ideal texture. However, they still offer à la carte service upon request, which is great! And the champagne was delicious! **Activities:** This trip, we came specifically to climb Lion Mountain, and we successfully reached the summit – the entire scenic area is very thoughtfully developed! Safety measures are also very well implemented! Whether looking out from the mountain or gazing at it from the hotel, it's a view within a view – perfect for photos! There are several well-designed buildings nearby, like museums and science centers, all within walking distance. The hotel key card provides direct access to Lion Mountain Park, and in the evening, they even offer transportation for a golf course tour. The park has added more activities since last year, including a mini-train, cycling, and boating. This year, we even tried kayaking – so much fun! We'll definitely be back next year! Our sincere thanks to Alice Xiaoxiao, our butler, who made our first stay enjoyable and our second even more comfortable. Also, a big shout-out to the handsome concierge who helped with our luggage! The auntie providing turn-down service gave our child small gifts and drinks, and the three lovely ladies at the bar patiently taught us cocktail making… All the hotel staff made us feel so warm and welcome. Looking forward to our next stay!

This summer, I took my child to the Marriott hotel by Lake Tai in Suzhou for a weekend getaway. Before our arrival, the hotel butler called and mentioned they'd add me on WeChat, but they only did so at the front desk after we'd checked in. I had already informed the Ctrip customer service to request a room upgrade and late check-out, but when I repeatedly asked about the upgrade at check-in, I didn't get a direct answer. They did grant the late check-out though. The room was just so-so; the pillows were incredibly soft and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The placement of the trash cans was also quite inconvenient; there wasn't one near the sink. The recreation center was pretty good, with both indoor and outdoor pools. The indoor pool was 27 degrees Celsius, and the water had just been changed at the end of June. The outdoor pool had a children's play area, which my child thoroughly enjoyed. On Saturday nights during the summer, there was even a pool party with fireworks. The recreation center also had mahjong rooms, table tennis rooms, and billiard rooms, but all of these cost extra. Breakfast was truly disappointing; the variety didn't meet five-star hotel standards, and the dishes were the same for both days of our stay. We even had to ask a staff member for spoons, which was quite inconvenient. On the night of our arrival, I asked the butler for body lotion, but it took a long time to arrive. Overall, the staff wasn't very enthusiastic.

The company rented four villas from them for team building. The overall feeling was very good. The environment was great and it was relatively large. The entrance was a bit hard to find, but there were winding paths leading to secluded places. The villa was a single-family house and the interior was well decorated in a Chinese style. There are quite a lot of entertainment facilities and the place is large. The overall evaluation is good. It is suitable for a family trip. It is a short drive to Luxiang Ancient Village and not far from Sanshan Island and Diaohua Building. The boss is nice, the room is clean, I want to stay here again next time. My family went to Luxiang Ancient Village and stayed here. The housekeeper was very enthusiastic. Even if we didn't go to Dongping to play, this place is pretty good. There are complete entertainment facilities such as KTV, mahjong, table tennis, etc. There are currently 3 courtyards in it, all of which are very good. Next time you can come and experience a very happy trip to Dongshan! What impressed me most about this party was the enthusiasm and warmth of the butler. As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was at home. It was very cozy and the service was attentive! The place is cleaned very well, toiletries are provided, and there is a logo printed on it. It's obvious that the landlord is very dedicated to his business, haha! I had a relaxing and enjoyable whole day and took a lot of photos. It was a heartwarming holiday experience. A friend came to travel with his wife and children. He booked a villa the day before arriving in Dongshan. On the one hand, the children could have fun playing games, and on the other hand, the adults could buy groceries, cook a meal and drink some wine. The housekeeper is very helpful and does everything himself. The transportation is very convenient and it is a short drive to Luxiang Ancient Village. My friend’s wife was taking care of the children and couldn’t help, otherwise she would have had a lot of fun playing mahjong. recommend! ! ! A perfect last-minute order, much better than expected!

I was upgraded to a room on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view. What really blew me away was the hotel lobby – the design aesthetics are just incredible, absolutely stunning! The whole hotel is filled with lush greenery, giving you a real vacation vibe. The breakfast was Western style, not really to my taste, but the environment was definitely amazing. The food near the hotel, especially the chicken wontons, was surprisingly good – I'll definitely be having them again next time! The service was also great, and they even have a shuttle bus.

The room facilities are a bit dated and there's no smart system, which is understandable as it's not a newly renovated hotel. Everything else was great, though. We upgraded to a lake-view balcony room and the view was fantastic. We had a perfect view of the Saturday night fireworks show right from our balcony. The hotel breakfast was excellent; there were hardly any dishes that missed the mark. The homemade croissants and scallion oil waffles were especially amazing! We also received complimentary access to the recreation center activities. A special shout-out goes to Ctrip concierge NIKI Xiao Cao. She proactively added us on WeChat to explain all the hotel facilities, answered all our questions, and responded incredibly quickly. She also took the initiative to ask about our room service needs and even arranged a late check-out on our last day, giving us more time to relax in the room. We'll definitely be bringing our family back here again.

The room is very clean and the configuration is very high-end. It doesn't look like a B&B in the countryside. The designer's positioning is worthy of the name; The boss is very nice. If you need anything in the room, you can just ask him. You can also ask for advice on travel itineraries and buying souvenirs. Finally, a vacation in Xishan is really good and relaxing. But I didn’t see the sunset this time. It's a bit of a pity. . .
