"The room and place is very clean and the staff are kind. There was written on the website(Trip.com) that the breakfast is 12 euro for an adult and the children under 17 y is free, but the restaurant staff said it's not true. It was more than duble price. But we'd like to come back again and stay few days, the kids will enjoy a lot!"

"Location is quite convenient. Around 13mins walk from Rome Termani Station, where the main trains depart from/arrive into, and where the airport shuttle buses are located. Close to multiple bus stops that takes you to the Colosseum, Pantheon, Tiber Island and other key attractions, and within walkable distance to Villa Borghese Gallery. There are a few restaurants that open till late night in the area and mini-supermarkets as well in the neighborhood. It's quiet and isn't noisy. Hotel has a lift that takes you up to your room, a locked room for storing baggage, and only a few stairs at the entrance so accessibility is good. Single room size is decent, with windows, and toilet with stand shower and stable hot water that doesn't fluctuate in temperature and good drainage, no leakage. Recommendation for the hotel to provide some more toiletries and basic amenities besides shower cap, as there are nothing else in the room. No hot water boiler, no hairdryer, no slippers. And I had to ask reception for blankets because housekeeping forgot to put new ones back onto the shelf. Staff is helpful and was able to give me the blankets I requested efficiently, which is clean and wrapped in plastic, so kudos for the hotel for having good hygiene. There is a fridge and a mini safe box though which is a plus. Cleanliness is above average, ventilation and air con/heating are also good. Overall room is good value for money, and is big enough for you to open a 28inches+ luggage fully. Check-in process is also speedy, WiFi is reliable."

"Sofitel 🏨 Health is very good, facilities are good, the environment is OK; breakfast is delicious, the restaurant service staff is more polite and thoughtful, keep smiling; unfortunately Italy 🇮🇹 Rome Sofitel Sofitel 🏨 staff do not know what is going on? The attitude of the five-star hotel I have ever stayed in is the worst. The hotel service staff at the door never pulls the door to the guests (it is not only us to observe), the chat content is full of impolite and swear words 🤬, the quality is amazing, the attitude is speechless, impolite, Not thoughtful, not service, do not know their work content and work attitude. Is it the Sofitel Sofitel in Italy 🇮🇹 that does not employ qualified personnel? Or is the company not responsible for employee training? Or is the company's salary dissatisfied? Or is this the case with the Italian 🇮🇹 Roman staff? (Other Italian 🇮🇹 hotel staff are polite! ! ! ) Or are these Sofitel Sofitel hotels that specialize in working as God? For your reference only."
