"We chose a family room, and the kids had bunk beds, but it turned out to be an older renovation. The key card stopped working immediately; check-in was already late, around 10 PM. In the morning, we asked for a change, and thankfully, the staff handled it quickly. We moved to a room with one large bed, and they added an extra bed for us, which was much more comfortable! This room had been recently renovated! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the sea! The beach club is super. You step out of the hotel, and there are shops, massage parlors, and a 7-Eleven nearby!"

"My experience at Keemala was beautiful and different in terms of concept and design 🌿. What I liked most was how smartly the property blends the villas with nature. You feel like the villa is part of the forest, not just a normal hotel room. The atmosphere is peaceful, the privacy is great, and the views around the property give a relaxing feeling away from city noise ☁️. The bathroom was truly impressive, with beautiful design, space, and details ✨. It was one of the best parts of the villa for me. Breakfast was also good, and the shakshuka was amazing and very delicious 🍳. The staff were kind and respectful ⭐️, and it was clear that they tried to help as much as possible. However, I also felt that some of them seemed a bit tired or stressed. That being said, I did not feel the place was as luxurious as I expected for the high price 💸. The experience is unique, but it is more about the nature concept, privacy, and design rather than classic luxury or the level of service I expected from a resort at this price. Also, you should not mind seeing geckos almost everywhere 🦎. This may be normal because the property is surrounded by nature, but it may not be comfortable for everyone. The most disappointing part of my stay was an incident near the private pool. There was a glass cup, and I thought it was safe to use around the pool or maybe non-breakable, but the wind knocked it down and it broke. After that, the hotel charged the full 3,000 THB deposit for cleaning, even though the staff cleaned the area in less than 20 minutes and told me it was safe afterward. Later, during checkout, I was told again that the area was not safe and that the deposit would be kept for further cleaning, which felt very frustrating. I really think the resort should provide non-breakable cups around both private and public pools, because glass near a pool can easily become a problem for any guest, especially with wind or outdoor areas. I also hope the deposit policy becomes clearer and more reasonable, because losing the full deposit for an accidental situation left a negative feeling at the end of the stay. Overall, I recommend it if you are looking for a unique nature stay, high privacy, creative design, and a beautiful bathroom. I would not recommend it if you expect strong luxury for the price, dislike geckos, or do not like strict policies for small accidents."

"If youre looking for a sleek, ultra modern 5 star resort, this may not be for you. But if you want authentic Thai hospitality, traditional Thai-inspired architecture, lush tropical surroundings, and a peaceful beachfront escape, this resort is absolutely worth it. I stayed here as a solo traveler and had one of the most relaxing stays Ive experienced. Its also perfect for couples, honeymooners, and families. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view hillside cottage even though I booked one of the more affordable room categories. The private beach was the main reason I chose this resort and it was exactly what I was looking for, quiet, uncrowded, and perfect for relaxing. I also loved the petting zoo, the beautiful pool, and the delicious food. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Chuty and Ms. Kat at the front desk for making our stay even more memorable. They assisted us during checkout, kindly reminded us about a few belongings we had accidentally left in the room without ever making us feel rushed, and even allowed us to extend our stay until 12:30 PM, which we truly appreciated. Since our flight was later in the afternoon, they also arranged lounge access so we could comfortably wait in an airconditioned area until it was time to leave. Their kindness and thoughtfulness really reflected the genuine hospitality of the resort. I also appreciated the complimentary refreshments in the lobby, the beach bag provided for guests, the convenient buggy service, and the fact that ordering GrabFood was easy. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TVs to Smart TVs. Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations. This resort may not be the newest, but it’s clean, wellmaintained, peaceful, and full of character. If you appreciate nature, privacy, and heartfelt service over ultra modern luxury, you’ll absolutely love staying here. "Good hotel with a great location for affordable price for young people. Don’t get connecting rooms otherwise you’ll hear everything whats happening wurh the neighbors behind the door during the day and at night. Soundproofing is not teally good even not in the connecting rooms."

"An unexpectedly amazing stay! The value for money is excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and staff across all departments were warm and attentive. I really appreciate the hotel for decorating my room and providing a little surprise after learning it was my birthday. The hotel has its own app. After checking in, you can scan a QR code to link your room and then book services or ask questions, so there's no need to worry about language barriers. There's a scheduled shuttle service from the hotel to Kamala Beach, and golf carts are available for transfers between buildings within the hotel premises. The hotel breakfast was also quite good – delicious and plentiful. Small tips: The hotel is built on a steep slope. There are relatively few shops nearby, and it's a bit of a distance to Kamala Beach and supermarkets like 7-Eleven, Tops, or Big-C. Walking there is quite tiring. When the hotel shuttle isn't running, a Grab ride costs about 30-50 Thai Baht."

"The hotel is good; if the main purpose of your trip is the sea, then this is the best option. The only thing that bothered me was that they put disposal bags for sanitary pads in the room, but not the pads themselves, even though I think the pads are much more important than the disposal bag. As a woman, it would have been much more convenient for me to have at least one pad ready, rather than having to go to the store at a critical moment."

"The studio apartment is very spacious, featuring a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a separate bathroom with a walk-in closet, and 3 air conditioners. The room is equipped with a microwave, a stove, a capsule coffee machine, and cooking utensils. Housekeeping is every two days, but it's best to remind the reception. Beach towels are provided in the room and are replaced during cleaning. There are two buildings and several pools on the property. Guests can use the shuttles from the Laguna area, and there's also a transfer service to Patong. A boat transports guests to the beach every 20 minutes from 8 AM to 12 PM and from 1 PM to 7 PM. You can also take another boat to cruise around the Laguna. On the beach, there are complimentary sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a toilet and shower. Small stalls selling drinks, food, and corn are right on the beach. Stand-up paddleboard rentals are available nearby. The breakfasts are good, offering vegetables, fruits, cheese, pastries, a kids' table, yogurts, an egg station, coffee, beverages, and much more."

"The environment here is top-notch, but Laguna isn't ideal for short stays or first-time visitors to Phuket. This hotel and the neighboring Dusit Thani are practically the heart of Laguna. Of course, if you have the budget, you could opt for the Banyan Tree. This place is flawless in every aspect. Compared to the Dusit Thani next door, the rooms might be a bit smaller and older, but in terms of ambiance, location, environment, and spaciousness, it clearly wins. This time, I stayed here as an interim stop after coming back from Phi Phi. It's a shame I only stayed for one day. I tried both the Italian and Thai restaurants, and both were excellent."
