"I booked this hotel last minute near the airport for my last night before flying back, right after a diving trip. The room was large but the facilities were old; you could tell it used to be a charming resort from its layout. On the way from the front desk to my room, I asked a staff member if there was any mosquito control. His English wasn't great, so he comically demonstrated how to swat a mosquito with his hand, which was a bit awkward and frustrating, as I couldn't believe a hotel in a tropical region didn't provide a mosquito repeller. Later, I literally had to swat mosquitoes myself. The bathtub's water pressure wasn't great, and water spilled all over the floor while showering, which was quite unpleasant. The bed and pillows, however, were quite comfortable, and the duvet had a faint scent of soap. The room's air conditioning was extremely noisy. Perhaps because I was exhausted from several days of diving, I still managed to sleep relatively well that night. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the airport for 200 Thai Baht per person. I paid for it and booked it when I checked out on my departure day. Even though I was the only passenger, they still arranged a car for me. It was cheaper than taking a taxi, so it was quite a good deal."

"If youre looking for a sleek, ultra modern 5 star resort, this may not be for you. But if you want authentic Thai hospitality, traditional Thai-inspired architecture, lush tropical surroundings, and a peaceful beachfront escape, this resort is absolutely worth it. I stayed here as a solo traveler and had one of the most relaxing stays Ive experienced. Its also perfect for couples, honeymooners, and families. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view hillside cottage even though I booked one of the more affordable room categories. The private beach was the main reason I chose this resort and it was exactly what I was looking for, quiet, uncrowded, and perfect for relaxing. I also loved the petting zoo, the beautiful pool, and the delicious food. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Chuty and Ms. Kat at the front desk for making our stay even more memorable. They assisted us during checkout, kindly reminded us about a few belongings we had accidentally left in the room without ever making us feel rushed, and even allowed us to extend our stay until 12:30 PM, which we truly appreciated. Since our flight was later in the afternoon, they also arranged lounge access so we could comfortably wait in an airconditioned area until it was time to leave. Their kindness and thoughtfulness really reflected the genuine hospitality of the resort. I also appreciated the complimentary refreshments in the lobby, the beach bag provided for guests, the convenient buggy service, and the fact that ordering GrabFood was easy. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TVs to Smart TVs. Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations. This resort may not be the newest, but it’s clean, wellmaintained, peaceful, and full of character. If you appreciate nature, privacy, and heartfelt service over ultra modern luxury, you’ll absolutely love staying here. "The best hotel iv been to honestly , i love the fact they have beach club inside, the restaurant is opened the whole day , pool , music , nice drinks , clean rooms , and it’s big , they have a lot of activities!! Iv done my muay thai class there , Yoga class , Breathing class , you can do many things , for solo travelers they have also a hostel , and big clean kitchen , I FORGOT THE GYM !!!! A big gym ! I truly enjoyed"

"We enjoyed our stay at the property. The stay at the garden cottage was amazing. The property is green and calm. It is just a few steps away from the beach and has quite a few restaurants and shops within 10 mins on foot. lots of massage parlours nearby too. The breakfast was also nice. The only thing we did not like was the toilet seat was too close to the shower glass and did not allow the comfort needed. Overall great stay."

"No comparison, no harm! This was our first hotel in Phuket, and it was so much better than the second one we stayed at later. The pool was super clean, and a 7-Eleven was right across the street. If you walk a little to the right from the hotel entrance, you'll find massage parlors and the Da No1 seafood restaurant. The seafood was affordable, and massages were cheap too. Keep walking straight and you'll reach Patong Beach. If you're looking for food, drinks, and entertainment, I definitely recommend Patong. Karon Beach, apart from having a slightly better beach, isn't great. Food and massages are more expensive than in Patong, especially the seafood – the quality isn't as good as Patong's, and the prices are exorbitant. Avoid Karon at all costs!"

"1. The location is genuinely inconvenient. The hotel's shuttle bus smells terrible, like strong gasoline, and its arrival time is completely hit or miss; sometimes you wait over ten minutes. 2. So many bugs! Who understands the feeling of seeing a huge cockroach in the middle of the night when going to the bathroom...? It was enormous, just like the ones in Guangdong. There were even small centipedes. 3. The wooden planks by the pool are warped and haven't been repaired. There's a sharp nail protruding from the ground right next to the escalator, and I stepped on it, causing my foot to bleed profusely. Definitely wear shoes when getting out of the pool! 4. I requested a room with a good view, but they gave me one completely blocked by trees, with no sea view at all. Do they even read guests' requests? 5. The room card constantly demagnetizes. I always have to go to the front desk for a new one. Sometimes I'd return late at night and couldn't open my door, then couldn't find any staff, and eventually, a patrolling security guard had to help me find someone. It was a very frustrating experience. 6. The path to the pool is really primitive, very hot, and full of bugs. There are also reefs below, and my friend slipped directly on one. You have to be very careful when walking there. 7. The water quality is exceptionally poor and very yellow, but the showerhead isn't the kind you can replace. 8. The plugs are extremely loose. Two of them didn't even work until someone came to fix them. Overall, there were a lot of issues, but the staff were patient in trying to resolve them. However, perhaps if I hadn't chosen this hotel, I wouldn't have had so many problems... In summary, it's suitable if you plan to stay put at the hotel and not go anywhere else, as the hotel offers services like room service and a spa. If you're looking for a long-term stay to slowly soak in the atmosphere, it might be suitable. But if you're coming for a tourist trip, I strongly advise against it. The service is truly hit-or-miss and hard to rate."

"For the latter half of our trip to Phuket, we switched to the Marina Phuket Resort, nestled between Kata and Karon beaches. Firstly, this hotel boasts a traditional Thai style, built on a hillside with a rich tropical rainforest vibe. Strolling through the grounds feels like being immersed in a romantic jungle. The architecture is distinctly Thai, and the landscaping offers beautiful scenery at every turn. What truly stands out is that the rear of the hotel connects directly to Karon Beach. Come sunset, gazing out at the horizon, the crimson twilight merges with the sea, waves caress the golden sand, and the dark cliff rocks add to a stunning, unparalleled view. You can walk along the soft, fine sand or enjoy playing in the water – it's perfect. Next door, there's a restaurant that hosts fireworks and fire-breathing shows in the evenings, so if your timing is right, you can enjoy them for free. Secondly, the hotel's service is generally attentive and gentle, very much in the Thai style – perfect for a relaxed, slow-paced vacation. Guests receive complimentary dinner daily at the Red Chopsticks restaurant right outside, offering a fusion of cuisines that's pretty decent. Breakfast is served by the pool, though the selection isn't extensive. Finally, I personally feel this hotel is better suited for older families or couples seeking a quiet retreat. For families with young children, there aren't many play areas, and due to its hillside location, it might be inconvenient for the elderly to move around."

"The location is indeed excellent; step out and cross the road, and you're at the beach. The hotel environment and greenery are great, typical of a resort. However, the facilities need improvement. For example, the bathroom sink countertop has very sharp, pointed corners, which would be quite painful if accidentally bumped and pose a safety hazard for children. The vanity mirror and bathroom hooks are installed very high, rendering them useless. The bath towels and hand towels are also quite old. The slippers are thong sandals, which most men can't wear, and children can't use them either. Regarding the pool, the depth changes are not clearly marked; it suddenly gets deeper and shallower, which is a slight safety concern for children. Breakfast was average with limited options, but the dinner we ordered in the room was excellent in taste, generous in portion, and good value for money. Upon check-in, I was assigned a connecting room, and as I can't tolerate potential noise from connecting rooms, the hotel promptly switched me to another room. Overall, the service was responsive and timely."

"This hotel is generally decent, but it has its pros and cons. Pros: Recently built; pleasant grounds; 10-minute walk to the sea; table and chairs on the veranda; a good Thai restaurant within a 5-minute walk. Cons: Frequent creaking of the metal roof; laminate flooring in the room that buckles due to humidity; cleaning only every three days; upon check-in, the staff didn't inform us about anything – we had to find out everything ourselves from reviews (like how to get to the sea, the availability of a shared kitchen, bike usage); no foot wash tap (we ended up tracking sand everywhere); some guests smoke ********* in the hotel. And overall, the staff is indifferent to guests."

"Spontaneous vacation, booked the hotel on the same day, and it exceeded my expectations! At one point, staying at this hotel was out of reach for various reasons, but everything in its own time! We've seen Thailand from different angles and fell in love with this country in 2010. We've stayed in Phuket, as well as on the mainland in Pattaya and Bangkok. Phuket immediately resonated with us; we've lived in Patong, Karon, and Nai Harn. We tried various types of accommodation: hotels (from expensive to budget-friendly, just for a night's sleep), apartments (convenient when kids are picky eaters), and villas with friends, which was always fun. Nai Harn became our favorite beach. We got around by scooter or car, exploring the local areas. The very end of the beach is where this hotel is located, almost like a secluded island, where you can catch your own vibe and simply relax and enjoy the colors of the sea on the hotel's private beach with clean sun loungers. You can eat at the restaurant (breakfast was included – a great bonus for 2000 rubles for 6 days for two) and bask by the pool under the protective canopy of the forest on the mountain, away from all the hustle and bustle. The sunny Thais are still friendly, which is just as delightful as it was back in 2010. For me, it was nothing but positive emotions; I'm recharged for the whole year. Now, I'll only come here! The main thing is to dream, and everything will come true!"
