Love this cosy little hotel! There’s no elevator but the staff very kindly brought our luggages up to the third floor! The room was small yet included everything we needed & the bedding/pillows were fantastic! Location was close enough to the main city sights, yet tucked away in a quiet lane to let us have a good night’s rest. There’s also a very cute dog here!! Will 100% stay here again in future! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Excellent value for money! From the moment we walked in, the service was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The whole guesthouse has a unique charm as well! The location is absolutely perfect. I'll definitely be booking this place again next time I'm in Suzhou.

(˵¯͒〰¯͒˵) With my sisters, I lived in Room 206, the room was refreshing and comfortable, and the night was quiet. Good service attitude. This hotel is good, good, good environment, in the beautiful European flower street, very beautiful at night. There are also a lot of food around, close to the water street.

This was my second time staying here, and it was great! I stayed for several days, and the service was excellent. The front desk staff were particularly helpful. The environment and hygiene were both very good. Even though it's in a scenic area, it was surprisingly quiet, and getting to other places was very convenient.

The room was clean and tidy, with new facilities and fresh bedding. The air conditioning heated up very quickly. The butler service was excellent. The hotel is right outside a commercial street, making shopping and dining very convenient, and it's lively at night. It's also close to attractions and the subway station, which is great. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Suzhou.

The food was fantastic, and the location is excellent. It's right next to Metro Line 1, very close to Sanyang Plaza, and there's a shopping mall behind it with a HEYTEA on the first floor, making it super convenient for meals and drinks. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. It was quiet, pleasant, very clean, and a lot of fun. The front desk agent who checked us in was so thoughtful and upgraded our room for us. It was absolutely wonderful, and we had a very pleasant stay!

Came to Suzhou for a two-day trip with a friend. The owners seem to be a couple and they were both so enthusiastic! They helped us with our luggage when we arrived and even gave us a local guide to Suzhou, including restaurant recommendations that were all delicious, haha! I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance! The hotel isn't huge but it's really well-designed, and the common areas are very quiet. I didn't take any pictures, but there's a Zhuxinnian pastry shop right across from the hotel that the owners told us about, and it's seriously good!

This hotel is really great. I made the right choice when driving through Lianyungang. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is very convenient for road trips. The front desk also upgraded my room for free. It was very quiet all night, and I slept well. The room was also large and very clean. I must give it a good review!

Staying at the Totoro Spirit Hotel for my business trip was an amazing experience! The smart amenities here are incredibly thoughtful; the zero-pressure mattress really helped relieve my travel fatigue. The smart toilet and screen casting feature also significantly enhanced the comfort of my stay. Plus, the service was convenient and efficient; check-in at the front desk was super fast. The free parking and laundry room perfectly met my essential business travel needs. The value for money here is just unbeatable!

Facilities: Excellent location! It was great; with elderly parents and children, we didn't need any transportation to reach the attractions. Nanchang Street is right next door, and Nanchansi Temple is just in front, both with plenty of food—so convenient. I genuinely recommend it! Hygiene: Clean and great value for money. Environment: Good and comfortable, perfect for bringing the family with ease. Service: So enthusiastic! It was my first time in Wuxi, and the front desk lady was incredibly warm; she helped us with everything we asked for and offered solutions—sincerely appreciated. Meeting such enthusiastic hotel staff really makes a trip enjoyable. The cleaning staff were also very welcoming. This hotel is a must-recommend! 👍🏻
