The Celecton is in a great location for Matsumoto castle and the river where you can find beautiful temples, charming Izakayas and gift shops. The hotel bath was hot and relaxing after a day of walking and the breakfast bar had a good selection of Japanese and western food.

The hotel is really well situated, less than 10 minutes from the JR station, and on the same street as the Shrine, so there were lots of places to eat nearby. I stayed in a dorm, which had more people than I expected for a room (I think I saw at least 60 bed/lockers) so it was quite loud even at night as people kept walking in and out. The actual bed was fine, and the people at the front took their time to walk me through what to know for the hostel. The lounge is a little awkwardly partitioned, but at least you get a space to use if you need food. The dorm itself, I think has a little too many people to be comfortable but is clean enough. The lights never turn off, but because you have a curtain, it blocks out most of it. The largest issue is the noise, since people are coming in and out at random times of the night, and the buttons to open the door are also quite loud when you're trying to sleep. If you want ear plugs, they have them for a fee at the front. Nagano overall was very nice though, and the location made it a lot easier to get around.

The location is perfect - right in the center, near Matsumoto station and Matsumoto castle. Numerous shops and restaurants nearby. The room is sufficiently large and has all the necessary amenities. The room was clean and in good condition. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially with storing my luggage and helping to send it to the next hotel. Overall, great value for money.

The hotel's location is excellent, just about a 5-minute walk from JR Matsumoto Station. The room was clean and tidy, and although not large, it was well-equipped. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. There are many restaurant options nearby, and it offers great value for money. I highly recommend it for independent travelers.

I had the amazing opportunity to stay at a traditional Japanese ryokan, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. The ryokan was beautifully designed with classic Japanese architecture, tatami mat flooring. My room was serene and minimalistic, featuring a comfortable futon laid out on the tatami mats in the evening. I especially enjoyed wearing the yukata provided and walking around the ryokan feeling completely immersed in Japanese culture. One of the highlights of my stay was the onsen (hot spring bath). Soaking in the warm water was incredibly relaxing and refreshing. Staying at a ryokan allowed me to experience the calm, simplicity, and beauty of traditional Japanese living. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an authentic and peaceful retreat in Japan.

Everything was ok, quite standard. It was clean and really, no problems. I only have a slight issue with the toilet: The shared toilet is shockingly small, and for the female one, it says that 2 can fit in there. Thankfully I was alone for my showers if not it would be really awkward. I also found it weird how if the main toilet door opens, the person changing can be seen by anyone outside. :( Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and a good rest point for those going on the kurobe alpine route trail.

The itinerary is for meeting with friends. Parent and child ３ Reservation with the feeling that I want to stretch my legs and sleep. Location 20 seconds walk from Komoro Station, parking lot is free of charge in front of the station. The window of the room was facing the station, so I was able to confirm it and was not worried. It is a Showa room, but there is no dirty smell and the water pressure of the shower is good and comfortable. It was a free cherry blossom treat.

It is very close to the Banwei Tokyu Ski Resort, the house is well maintained, there is a useful private bathroom, and the dinner is also very careful. At this price, it is definitely super recommended

It's a short walk from the bus stop. The staff are attentive and friendly. The room is neat and clean. There is a large bath for soaking. There is an observation deck on the top floor where you can watch the sun, moon and stars. The free bus stop is next to the cable car station and can go to Hakuba Iwatake and Hakuba Station. The long-distance bus stop is near the tourist information center.

I am pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was not too small and bathroom and toilet were separate. At reception I was greeted with a welcome drink and in the first floor there are microwaves and washing machines. Around the hotel are many eateries, shops and supermarkets. You can walk there. The breakfast was enough with quite a bit of choice. I think, the parking runs out fast. So arriving earlier is better.
