Location:Very close to airport. Below is 7-11,and mamak store. Very good location.
Cleaniness:Bed sheet has stain ,toilet have small crocoach. Toilet water stuck. Room is smelly
Facility: Toilet door no lock. Have hot water. Provide soap and towel only. Charger got two, one beside the bed, one behind the tv. Behind the tv have limited spare, cant use for phone charger

No hot water for our shower, we complained early in the morning around 6AM before our run, and came back again around 9AM but still no hot water. Wondering if they really take note of our complaints or not. Overall, everything was good

there are so many kinds of things here like fully equipped vending machines, clean room with equipped television and even a mini fridge and nice toiletšš¼ will come here again definitely sooner or later!!!

This is my second time visit Pacific Orient. As expected, the is nice and clean. Check in and check out is fast and easy. I got my room facing the Bintang mall building and it was fantastic. Here, parking space is limited. So whoever wants to park their car, better come early or make early reservation. The morning breakfast was simple. Not much they can offer. After all, don't expected too much since room rates offered was less than 100 ringgit.
Definitely will stay here again if had a chance to visit Miri.

Generally comfortable except the folding door a bit malfunction. Easy access for OKU. Price worthy for such strategic location. Requires only 3 mins walking distance to BMC Kuching. And there is a kopitiam and 7-11 beside the boutique hotel as well.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the smart TV was a nice touch for extra entertainment. The hotel is also surrounded by many stores, which is great if you want to explore or kill some time after checking in. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay!

Great cheap hotel for no fuss stay. Location is perfect with eateries and drinks around. Convenient shop and attractions just a quick walks away. Just donāt forget to bring your own tooth brush set.

When we first check in, thatās a problem with hotel card reader, ask hotel technician come and fix it. They said sometime low battery will make the door cannot be open. They do not offer to change room for us. Then when we successfully check in to the room, we realize there is Aircond leaking around 2am. I called to the reception and ask for a room change. Itās a horrible experience for my families of 4 with 2 kids move from 4th floor to 3rd floor with all the luggage and the baby. Never stay here again

Stay in room 205. Room is clean, equipped with air cond & ceiling fan. However, during the booking, it stated that it should be standard double with window, and what i got is a windowless room. Staff are friendly, check in is smooth, location is great, the hotel overall just need some touch up and maintenance works.

The place is very strategic in the town area. You can just walk to Oriental Cafe to eat and to the other cafe will take about 10-20 mins walk. The night view from the room is pretty too. Will come back soon.

The location very centrally to miri city,the reception she very helpful like to day had small incident with the Grab driver(language barrier) immediately she was ready to sort it with the professionalism and help,thank you sorry i did not get her name but the one with masked. The cleaning everyday in the room with new towel and the best smell towel ever cross around hotels. The in-house hotel called The Yard very handy to the customer's especially now the rainy season in Malaysia.
