2-Star Hotels in Asir, Saudi Arabia

The hotel was clean and the room was a bit small but comfortable. They have housekeeping but you have to inform the front desk when you want them to clean your room and change your towels. They only have one key card upon check in which is a bit inconvenient because you need the card for electricity in the room and if you’re traveling with another person and the person is in the bathroom, they will be sitting in the dark when you have to pick up a delivery outside. The hot water in the bathroom runs out after one person takes a shower. It will take another 30 mins or so for the water to heat up again for the next person to shower.

The hotel is beautiful, the wing is the only flaw, there is no window of view, although it's classified as a lavish wing.

May God bless them, they take great care of the guests and maintain cleanliness. Thank you, brother Saleh Hassan, for the hospitality.

This was my first time visiting Abha, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was excellent, with only a few minor issues, such as the soundproofing of the rooms, where all sounds were audible, and the room service not changing the towels during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I were to visit again, I would definitely choose the same hotel. I would also like to thank all the respectful and helpful staff.

I'm generally average, but I have only two observations: 1. No restaurant and Kofi in the hotel 2. The hotel's very unsuitable location near a vegetable store and unclean supplies, I suggest to the hotel buy or rent shops near the hotel and use them as restaurants and cafes and ordered sessions.

Good hotel in an interesting place! Welcome staff and a large and clean room!

The room was spacious and clean, but some maintenance needs attention; the toilet was loose. A small breakfast is served in the room. Regarding the service, they were very polite during check-in and check-out.

My experience was very good , all staff are friendly and helpful especially Ms. Dalal .
