The hotel is conveniently located near Times Square with easy subway access, which is a huge plus. The hotel pool is nice, and there's a gym. Our deluxe single room, though small, had everything we needed. Overall, we were very satisfied.
Shabby and rundown hotel, simple breakfast with muffin as the main course. Additionally, the sound proofing in the rooms we're extremely poor as we could hear the sounds of our neighbours resulting in bad sleep. On the other hand rhe location was great as it was next to the highway and the enormous mall with attractions rhat will keep you entertained for days.
The location is in uptown, a bit far from attractions like Times Square, but it's manageable since there's a subway. Each bed has a curtain, its own light, and an outlet, which is great. The facilities are extensive, including a kitchen, microwave, and refrigerator.

Getting to this hotel from JFK Airport was easy; I took the AirTrain and then either the subway or LIRR to the nearest station, which is just a short walk away. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are free. For breakfast, they offer bread, donuts, hamburgers, sausages, boiled eggs, and fruit. While the variety was limited and the menu was the same every day, it was a lifesaver in expensive New York. The room also had complimentary tea and coffee, and crucially, a refrigerator and microwave, which was great for heating up items I bought from a nearby Chinese supermarket. Getting to Manhattan cost $3 (as of February 2026) and involved a transfer on the subway. The hotel is close to LaGuardia Airport, so you can hear some noise from planes taking off and landing, but it wasn't too bothersome. Considering New York hotel prices, this place offers excellent value for money, and I had a comfortable stay.

The hotel has a good location, just a few minutes' walk from the 23rd Street subway station, and about a 10-minute walk to the High Line Park. As is typical for older hotels, the rooms are small; there's no gym, breakfast is extremely basic, and the rooms only have a bed and a chair—not even a coffee machine. But that was to be expected.
After getting off the plane at JFK, I drove for 6 hours to spend the night here. The next morning, I went to the Maple Leaf Country Thousand Island Lake Scenic Area. This Q has a microwave and refrigerator. The double bed is a good size. There are many sockets in the room. The air conditioner is relatively quiet. Breakfast is the usual. McDonald's is next door and you can walk there. Walmart is a 2-3 minute drive away.

MMillerBobThis stay was not what I would call good... It was in fact a poor experience.
By this I mean.
I arrived at 3.50pm to get checked into a room that I was informed would be ready for check in at 3pm... The room was not ready, and i was told they would try to have it ready in 20-25 mins.
I explained that that was not acceptable. I was told I could wait in the lobby area...I again explained that that was not acceptable. Another employee jumped in to say, I could sit in the lobby. Now I am irritated. I explained in more detail that I could not very well change in the lobby, being that I had to change and get to a wedding in Yonkers for 5.30...He then started to challenge me. Started telling me how he didn't like the tone of my voice. I then dismissed him and suggested he move away and let me deal with the situation with the desk clerk...who by the way was VERY, VERY, helpful, and whom I had no issues with, because she was doing everything she could to accommodate. The real problem was with the cleaning crew and their supervisor , who kept telling her the wrong things. I even offered for them to allow me to change, and then they could have the room to complete getting it ready. They told her to tell me that it wasn't protocol for me to do that. To which I responded that it wasn't protocol to not have the room ready.
At this time the desk associate, Aaliyah, who as I said was very helpful, and who I had NO ISSUES with, and she knew that, suggested that I would be reimbursed 50% for all the stress that I encountered, and gave me the room key to allow me and my wife to change and be on our way. This is where I say common sense made more sense than ”protocol”.
So my review will be....Great job handling a difficult situation by the desk associate, Aaliyah...
Poor job by the room ready crew.
And a terrible job by the associate who decided to challenge me in what was a difficult situation, instead of finding a way to help.
5 STARS for Aaliyah
1 STAR for Cleaning Crew
(-0) for associate.

WWanderlusts3Very nice hotel, clean and appreciate the free airport pick up.
Would have been helpful if the team proactively told us that morning airport drop-offs had to be booked in advance, we had to book our own paid transfers. I’ve stayed in other airport hotels in the neighbourhood and did not face this challenge with them last minute.
One particular lady at the desk - would not name her but could be a bit more courteous and make eye contact when we speak, at times it was like speaking to a robot.
If I said too much I apologise, but it’s important!
Thanks and good luck!

RRanranletaotaoThe hotel is located at a very high level, with the subway at the corner and the entrance to Central Park opposite. The hotel is a bit old, with only one elevator for the 14 floors. The bathroom design is unreasonable, with the flush toilet next to the bathtub, which is very small and has a very thick wall handle, making it almost impossible to stand and turn around, and the shower is extremely uncomfortable! Manhattan hotels in New York are expensive, but the price is acceptable for this location. The hotel's room card system is very old, and the card will be deleted when you put it together with your phone. At this time, when you arrive at the door, you must take the only elevator down to swipe again. I swipe twice in three days!
KKongyanThe environment is excellent, the hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are quite spacious, which is a rarity in New York. The price is also acceptable. Among Western-style breakfasts, this one is quite rich. If you don't mind being a little further from Manhattan, it's actually a great choice. Most of the staff are very nice, especially the housekeeping team, who are very polite and keep everything spotlessly clean. There are many good restaurants on the way to the subway.
GGuest UserRoom was spotless and smelled good when we walked in. Carpet was clean. Bed was super comfortable with crisp clean sheets. Stayed an extra 2 days!

GGuest UserMy stay and experience was excellent inclusive of location, customer service will recommend to anyone friendly and efficient staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a pleasant atmosphere. They also offered amenities like a good breakfast
GGuest UserI had a nice stay at Hotel Bridge in New York. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall the hotel felt basic but pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when changing my room, allowing a later checkout, and storing my luggage after checkout.
Breakfast was basic, and more options would be nice. The breakfast area was also small, which sometimes made it feel rushed when other guests were waiting for tables.
The location allows access to central areas of the city, but they are still a bit far from the hotel. Overall, it was a good stay for a basic hotel with helpful staff
