The hotel is quite large, and while the room size isn't huge, it's perfectly adequate. Waking up and opening the window to a lush green lawn felt incredibly chill. I booked two nights here, then switched to the Belmond for the second night. Honestly, aside from the location, I found the Belmond's rooms and pool environment not as good as the San Marco. The San Marco really offers great value for money. I booked during Carnival, and the Belmond was almost 10 times the price of the San Marco.
A magnificent hotel on Iguazu Falls. The service is at the highest level. Upon arrival, a personal manager meets you with a welcome drink)) Provides all the information and takes you to your room. We were upgraded to a room for free, which was very nice. The rooms have everything that was stated. Breakfast was buffet style. Breakfast is simply luxury. You can't say it better. Cheeses, cold cuts, honey from the comb, eggs Benedict, fruits, vegetables, pastries, champagne... A fairy tale)) Dinner from the menu. There are free sunscreens by the pool, you don't need to bring your own)) A free shuttle runs from the hotel to the entrance to the park, approximately every 30 minutes. You can get to the Bird Park, since the entrance to the Bird Park is a 3-minute walk from the entrance to Iguazu Park. But the biggest bonus of the hotel is access to the waterfall around the clock. At sunset, the waterfalls are beautiful, and the park is empty, there are no visitors.
Facilities: There are rabbit themes everywhere, which is the type my daughter likes
Environment: Very good, there is a buffet at noon, and the taste is also very good
Service: The service is very good, and they also helped to take over the suitcases, which is worth a thumbs up
There is a large shopping mall next to it, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. It is not far from the waterfall and the airport.
Large room, good bathroom and good bed.
It left something to be desired because the bathroom wall was completely scratched, and the shower glass was not clean, with stains.
A nice property very much with a family vibe and rooms spread out across a number of villas. The room was decently comfortable but quite basic, and with some curious absences, including tissue, and glasses or mugs or a cup of any kind, for which one apparently needed to ask. The buffet, both dinner and breakfast, was ok, though a bit more focused on quantity than quality, and the breakfast dining room was much more university dining hall than luxury resort. Staff was quite friendly and welcoming, though, and a tranquil spot to spend a couple days while visiting the falls and other attractions.
