- located in a vantage point that commands a fabulous view of the river
- The receptionist, Khalil, is friendly and caring to us.
- nice and comfortable room that puts it on the pedestal in the same league;
- squeaky clean and spick and span;
- very comfortable mattresses. You are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack;
- quiet but conveniences are a stone's throw away!

The hotel is still as good as before. The facilities are very complete and it is a relatively new hotel in the area. The breakfast is also very good. I will choose to stay here next time.

I booked a hotel in advance through Ctrip and paid in full. They didn't say anything when I checked out. When I returned to China, there was an extra 238 RMB on my credit card bill. I asked the travel agency and the hotel admitted that they deducted the money from my card without informing me. The explanation was that the room rate had increased that day so I had to pay the difference. Ctrip stepped in to resolve the issue satisfactorily and the hotel refunded the fee. I like CTRIP.
We enjoyed everything about our stay, king room with incredible view and royal toilet, the aroma restaurant a real delight, clean casino and beautiful atmosphere
Excellent review
This is definitely the best hotel in Montreal
Location:
Right in the city center, there are major luxury brands downstairs. Chinatown can be reached in ten minutes.
Room size:
The room is large and faces a large picture of the musician, which is perfect for taking pictures. Why is there no bathtub?
health:
Very clean and has turndown service.
Gym: The gym and swimming pool facilities are very complete, as well as a steam room and a steam room. There are also some simple fruits and oatmeal to replenish energy.
Value for money:
The price is definitely expensive, but the matching options still make it worth the money. If you come to Montreal, I recommend staying here.
The hotel used cheap cotton swabs, which were completely useless. The head of the cotton swab fell into my ear. The nonchalant attitude of the hotel front desk made me furious. I spent a whole night in the pharmacy and the hospital. My child's birthday dinner was ruined by them. There was no apology or regret afterwards. What's more outrageous is that when I checked out, I found that the bill had an extra adult meal fee. When I asked the reason, they said someone asked for it and asked to include it in our 320 room fee. What kind of operation is this? I said why didn't you call us to ask. I asked who it was, and they said they didn't know. Anyway, if someone asked for it, we added it. What kind of hotel management is this? It's so easy to get breakfast for free... And I lost a black scarf in the hotel. I called halfway to ask if they found it. The front desk said yes, yes, you can come and get it anytime. I confirmed all the details of the scarf on the phone, and drove back for 1 hour to give me a gray one. ***Color blindness. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever stayed in.
The facilities are some years old and the hotel is built earlier. But they are very clean and spacious, the service is very warm, there is a retro style, basically warm orange wood carving decoration, the inside is also very fragrant

Cleanliness and service were just average. However, the location is excellent; the ambiance was elegant, and the food was good. Its proximity to the subway makes transportation incredibly convenient. The surrounding area is well-equipped with amenities, offers a huge selection of fantastic dining options, and is also close to several universities and art schools.

GGuest User3 years ago I stayed at this hotel. It was too nice, but it wasn’t at this time. I’m satisfied with trip’s booking.
Trip’s agent was too nice, and kind.
Thanks

MMontag19Our stay was perfect! Checkin was seamless. The staff was extremely kind and helpful! The room was clean and exactly as pictured. The electronic features of the room were an added bonus (motion sensor lighting and electronic blinds/curtains, sensor and heated toilet). The location was amazing and so close to everything. The concierge helped us find a fun speakeasy within walking distance and checked in with us afterwards. Best weekend trip in a long time!
GGuest UserVogue Hotel Montreal Downtown was one of the best stays I had this year. The hotel was extremely clean, there were so many services available and the fitness centre was excellent. The location was incredible, just a few steps away from the best stores and restaurants. The valet parking system was also well organized and the employees provided superior customer service. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I need to stay in Downtown Montreal.

AAnonymous UserAfter a day out, the guest room only changed towels and replenished a coffee capsule, but nothing else changed at all, which is unheard of! The location, room facilities and other aspects are all OK. The service in the hotel restaurant and front desk is still warm and friendly.
