5-Star Hotels in Hessen, Germany

Always a pleasure to go down there! Not for us it has become my stam hotel in Frankfurt: Super friendly staff, all very premature and generous service and food (world best coffee!)  The SPA is excellent - small but fine, there is nothing missing. Specially the massage beds are worth gold and there is every day fruit.  I'd like to see you again and again!

巴特紅堡，位於法蘭克福附近，機場開車過來二十多分鐘，從酒店步行到輕軌站大概一公里，乘坐S5到法蘭克福中央火車站半小時，每小時18，48分各有一班，很準時，交通很方便。 小鎮原來是德國有名的療養小鎮，環境很棒，夏宮名不虛傳，這幾天變天下雨，5月了穿薄羽絨服也不熱。 酒店離東正教堂，療養公園都很近，步行到鎮上的市政廳，購物街都很方便。

The Westin Grand Frankfurt offers an excellent central location with unbeatable access to public transport and nearby markets, but the in-room climate control and wellness facilities were disappointing during this stay.�� Overall, it works well as a convenient city base, especially if you value being close to U- and S-Bahn connections and local weekend markets.��Room and comfortThe room itself was comfortable but unfortunately too warm, and it was not obvious how to adjust the temperature settings. There was no clear guidance in-room on changing the climate controls, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.Facilities and closuresAlthough the hotel advertises an indoor pool and sauna as part of its wellness offering, both the pool and sauna were closed during this stay, which was a let-down.�� This is worth checking in advance if these facilities are important for your trip.Location and transportThe location is one of the hotel’s strongest points, set on Konrad-Adenauer-Straße right by the Zeil shopping area and within easy reach of major sights.�� U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations are very close, making it simple to reach Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, the airport and other parts of the city in just a few minutes.��Markets and nearby vibeThe surrounding area has a lively city feel, and there is a weekend market within walking distance, adding a nice local touch to the stay.�� Being able to step out of the hotel and quickly reach both shops and market stalls is a real advantage if you enjoy browsing food and local products.��Overall impressionThis hotel is a solid choice for location and public transport access, especially if you plan to explore Frankfurt’s centre and markets on foot.�� However, unclear room temperature controls and the closure of the pool and sauna during the stay meant the experience did not fully meet expectations.

Excellent hotel, very nice breakfast with a lot of foods, Clean and comfortable room, even close to the airport but very quiet. Only 5 minutes to T1, but need take shuttle bus or skyline to T2.

If I am in Frankfurt, I am staying here. I've sayed in this hotel many times over the last 22 years. I love it. Exceptional service, facilities, attention to detail, and cleanliness. Never let me down. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Hot and cold dishes are plentiful and high-quality. Steigenberger provides good quality hospitality consistency throughout their hotels in Germany. I stayed in many of them and never got disappointed.

The service was great. Buffet breakfast was a good spread as well. However, there is not nearby shops or convenience shops nearby

nice hotel, friendly staff. only downside is that there is no self parking. But Valet service was awesome! room was spacious breakfast was great. close to attractions. love to come back again!

Location - beside metro Although location is great, entrance sign is tiny, it was also hidden by the hotel pick up vehicle which resulted in hotel is non visible! Waste of time hunting of hotel Image of hotel in term of age and layout is way different, resulted in smaller room due to the layout assign, misleading images provided by hotel Hotel is showing sign of age compare to newer hotel even if they are under non luxury category Despite a luxury hotel in branding and price, major dust was found behind the table corner Wouldn’t recommend the hotel

I bought a Polar Bear plush toy in Iceland for my little girl at home—a toy she wanted badly. It was misplaced by Housekeeping, whether accidentally or for whatever other reasons one might imagine. When I returned to the hotel and reported the issue, the front desk asked me to email them. However, there was a clear lack of urgency; the email was not even read until the next morning when I followed up again. I anticipated that locating the email might be challenging since the booking was under my wife's name, which is why I repeatedly provided my room number each time I raised the matter. Unfortunately, no one with the authority to make decisions ever attended to me or offered any proper options. This entire experience shows a significant discrepancy between the hotel’s brand reputation and the level of care actually demonstrated in handling guest concerns.

Wonderful! We had a great time - fantastic room, great facility, rich breakfast, very relaxing spa area, sauna was pleasantly empty. We felt very well!
