A refined experience in every detail at Verdi Tunis, where the resort uniquely blends luxury, tranquility, and professional service. The ambiance is very relaxing, and the design is elegant, reflecting the spirit of modern Tunisian hospitality. The rooms are spacious and clean, the views are beautiful, and the service was quick and helpful throughout our stay. Furthermore, the restaurant quality and food were excellent, with a clear variety of options. The place is perfect for relaxation and a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle, with a good location that makes it easy to access many lively areas in Tunis. Definitely an experience worth repeating.
I arrived on 30 th aug , late night , had booked in online, arrived tired and waited 30 mins, which was frustrating, then was given a room where a dog was in a balcony opposite, I did not sleep all night, but when I did put it to the hotel they did change my room
Before coming to Tunisia, I didn’t do any research or rent a car. I only booked a room for two days out of a four-day trip. I decided to go there first. As a result, when I checked into the hotel, I met the hotel customer service manager who could speak Chinese, a Tunisian guy named Julian. Julian was very hospitable and used his two-day vacation to drive us around and taste all kinds of Tunisian food. Julian made our trip to Tunisia very successful. The trip without any research turned out to be the most surprising adventure. When you go to Tunisia, stay at the Movenpick Hotel Gammarth and find the customer service manager Julian. He will help you with everything.
I had the worst hotel experience in my entire life imagine staying in a hotel in a costal city without an ac and they refused to cancel my booking because I paid in advance
Be careful when paying! Some receptionists aren't familiar with their own accounting. Even though the room rate was paid weeks in advance, they still charge you the same rate upon checkout! Be sure to bring proof of payment. I had lengthy arguments about this. Very annoying...
The location is in the center of Medina. You need to pass through the market to arrive. After all, it is an African country, which is a bit scary.
The room is very big and has a bathtub, which is luxurious
I had an allergy after eating breakfast. The hotel helped me call the doctor.
Very well as.hotel the only problem is mosquitoes in the evening so you need to prepare mosquitoes because there is a whole green behind
So the room service is paying what I find not normal for a 5-star
I have been going to this hotel for 2 years. The staff is not only very pleasant, but to listen to its customers. The cleanness is impeccable. We feel very safe and this remains well because the airport is next door.
Breakfast is delicious, especially pomegranate jam, I like it very much, the waiter can send breakfast to the room, eat breakfast on the balcony, and enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine and blue! The location of the hotel is particularly good, the room is very beautiful, not far from the hotel is the favorite web cafe. In short, if you give me a reason to come back to Tunisia, I will come to book this hotel again.

GGuest UserRegarding the architecture and design of the hotel I find it magnificent... sublime staff.
Cleanliness for a 5* hotel not at all up to par.
I loved the garden and the swimming pool, the rooms etc.
Only it lacks maintenance, they say they are going to close for a major renovation, in this case... this is where I will stay every time I am in Tunis.

GGuest UserThe Residence Tunis
My stay at The Residence Tunis was simply exceptional. Nestled along the Mediterranean, this hotel seamlessly blends traditional Tunisian charm with modern luxury. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and offer stunning sea views. Dining is a delight with a variety of exquisite options, especially the fresh seafood at L’Olivier. The Thalasso Spa provides an unparalleled relaxation experience, and the attentive staff ensure every need is met with a smile. Whether lounging by the infinity pool or exploring the private beach, every moment here is pure bliss. Highly recommend for a luxurious retreat.

YYaoyaoThe early morning flight, to Carthage Airport less than 5 o'clock, first went to the blue town to visit, did not sleep all night, toured greatly, can go to the hotel. It was too early, I slept on the hotel sofa for 2 hours and finally entered the room. The room is quite big, the bathroom is quite big, the facilities are complete, although there is no intelligence, but everything is worthy of the five-star title, it can be said to be a luxury hotel. The breakfast is quite rich, except for the slightly insufficient meat products, there is nothing to fault. The hotel is facing the sea, the sea breeze is very strong, walking outside, slightly cool. The hotel is equipped with mineral water, slippers, etc., and everyone is very satisfied with the first night in Tunisia.
