GGuest UserThe reception service is nice and helpful. The room is spacious, but it’s not very clean. Some hair stuck in bathroom. The fitness is good but need to pay 250tl extra. The location is little far from city centre. It’s around 17 minutes to the metro station on foot.

LLocal Guide1Our stay at Radisson Blu Ankara was a mixed experience. Honestly, I had a bit of trouble understanding why it's a 5-star hotel. In Turkey, you sometimes question whether just having alcohol service is enough to qualify for 5 stars.
Despite being cleaned daily, the rooms were quite dry and dusty. Whenever we first entered the room, there was always dust on the glass tables, which negatively impacted our initial impression. We had to change rooms at 2 AM because they had heated our room so much, and there was no cooling available in winter, so our baby and we couldn't sleep due to the heat.
Despite all this, the staff were genuinely wonderful. They were all very helpful and attentive, which allowed us to tolerate what could have been a much worse experience. I'd easily give the staff 5 stars, but in my opinion, the hotel's overall condition is at most a 3-star level.

I would especially like to thank Ferhat, Omer, and the rest of the hotel staff for their incredible help and kindness.
When I first arrived at the hotel, I unfortunately realized that I had left my phone in a taxi. The staff immediately took action — they helped check the security cameras, contacted the taxi company, and eventually managed to get in touch with the driver. Throughout the whole process, they were extremely patient, warm-hearted, and supportive.
I was truly touched by their professionalism and genuine care. This experience made my stay much more reassuring, and I am deeply grateful for their help.

GGuest UserOlder hotel, good location, there are many restaurants nearby, half an hour walk from the shopping center. The room is big enough, the bed is big enough, the service is good. Basic configuration is available, the bathtub is good. But the wardrobe, table are old, the equipment is old. The hair dryer in our room stopped for about ten seconds and could not be used. This is not good. The safe is small and old. Breakfast feels so-so, not too many varieties.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was conveniently located near Armada AVM. It had basic amenities and is an average hotel. There was no smart tv in the room we booked and most of the leisure services were paid, despite not clearly being listed on this app. Room was comfortable but AC wasn't operating so it was quite hot. There are events right outside the hotel which consists of loud music throughout the night. Breakfast buffet was absolutely delightful and had plenty of great options. Overall, an average experience that was comfortable enough for us and had good breakfast which made it worthwhile.

22025DCVery nice hotel for my opinion in the center for my position needs, very clean hotel as per european standard, i did not tryed the food, only not full positive thing in room 712 the wall next to bath door was bit broken so I can not give 5 start for cleaness but 4 and window in room was not closing completely but for me was not a problem..I would reccomend to travel for Italians and all European
