The room was incredibly spacious. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the city center, and it's just a short walk to Jokhang Temple. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful, addressing all our needs. The room was equipped with an oxygen concentrator, which could be used with a nasal cannula or diffuse oxygen, and they thoughtfully provided three cannulas. Complimentary fresh fruit was offered daily. Breakfast was also fantastic and served on the sixth-floor rooftop restaurant, offering stunning panoramic views of the Potala Palace, perfect for watching the sunrise every morning.

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming; they even helped us find parking on a chilly night – their service was truly touching. The room was clean and tidy; I loved the simple yet elegant decor. The amenities were complete, and the most comfortable feature was the TV with screen mirroring – perfect for watching the English Premier League from bed. The breakfast was also quite substantial, and the restaurant was very clean and tidy! In conclusion, I would definitely choose this place again for my next business trip!

I had a truly satisfying experience at this newly opened hotel. The facilities are modern and comprehensive, boasting amenities like an oxygen supply system, air conditioning, and a mini-fridge. Its location is incredibly convenient, surrounded by hot pot restaurants, foot massage spas, KTVs, and various other dining options. The service was excellent, with thoughtful touches such as luggage assistance and complimentary fruit delivery.

Nagqu is at a very high altitude. We arrived in Namtso from Namtso and had some altitude sickness. It was cold and windy outside, so we didn't want to go out for dinner. The hotel unexpectedly prepared a late-night snack for guests, which was very thoughtful. The hotel's facilities are new and smart, and the oxygen concentrator worked very well, alleviating our altitude sickness. The service was also excellent. Nagqu is very dry, and we were running low on mineral water. We called to request two more bottles, and the hotel quickly delivered three bottles, which was very thoughtful.

The hotel is in a great location. Just drive across Victory Bridge and turn left, and you'll find the hotel. The lobby is very grand, with numerous orchid pots—it's truly delightful. The Tea Horse Square is only a five-minute walk from the hotel and quite lively. The front desk service was very warm. I especially want to commend Li Xiaoqian, who proactively upgraded my room, brought sweet tea, and helped with our luggage. It truly made us feel at home. We stayed in an executive king room with a mountain view. The room was fully equipped with tea facilities, spacious, and even had a humidifier. The breakfast was even more amazing. The beef buns were fresh from the oven, and the chef recommended adding some chili sauce to make them even more delicious. Haha, they were delicious! The corn and ginseng fruit and braised yak beef were also delicious. It was a rare and delicious breakfast on the 317 route.

When I first arrived in Lhasa, I stayed at Jicai, primarily because of its cleanliness and its proximity to the Potala Palace and Barkhor Street. My experience after checking in was excellent. After my trip to Nyingchi and Mêdog, I booked Jicai again. If you experience altitude sickness, the lobby provides an oxygen concentrator, and the rooms even have diffused oxygen supply. I had wanted to try breakfast in Lhasa, so on my last day, I bought the hotel's breakfast and discovered their noodles (fen) are really good. I regretted not booking a room with breakfast included. If you're still debating whether to book breakfast, my advice is to go for it if you like sour and spicy noodles, because their breakfast noodles are delicious. Delicious, delicious! Front desk service was good, and honestly, Jicai offers great value for money. Highly recommended.

Ah, I thought it was very good, the room was very good, the space was very large. Breakfast is also very good But, when I lived, I felt itchy and allergic. After I came back, it got more and more serious. Now I was scratching my whole body. I didn’t know what the bedding was. Moreover, I wore half-sleeves to sleep, and my upper body was fine. The legs were itchy! I just saved my life, I don't know if there is a problem with the detergent and it is not washed and dried, or what. But I was allergic when I checked in at this hotel in Tibet for a few days

Our room was upgraded to a family room, room 327. To be honest, the hotel is located quite deep in an alley, about a 500-meter walk from the main road... All the room windows are single-paned and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years... The towels and bath towels were all dated 2023 and weren't very soft anymore. We booked through Ctrip, which helped with the room upgrade and included complimentary breakfast. Don't expect too much from this hotel; it's quite different from a Holiday Inn Express on the mainland. The breakfast was just passable, nothing to write home about. After all those downsides, let's talk about the positives: it's incredibly cheap. Booked on Ctrip during the off-peak season (August 31st - September 3rd), and with a Lhasa culture and tourism subsidy voucher, it came down to about 160 RMB per night. Secondly, you need a key card to access the floors, which makes it quiet and secure. If you're traveling independently and plan to be out sightseeing daily, the location is a bit far. It's about 2.5 km to Potala Palace (15 RMB by taxi) and roughly 3.5 km to Jokhang Temple. Lhasa's cost of living is much higher than Chengdu's. You'll notice it significantly in taxi fares and dining expenses. This was my first visit, and I didn't experience altitude sickness. I found it truly beautiful. Here are a few recommendations: 🚩FYI: I didn't take Rhodiola before entering Tibet and didn't experience altitude sickness upon landing. The hotel I stayed at upon arrival didn't provide oxygen, and I didn't even buy an oxygen tank, yet I adapted just fine. So, flying into Tibet is the most relaxed way. Traveling by train or self-driving is exhausting, and you're just as likely to get altitude sickness anyway. 🔹Attractions: Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Ramoche Temple, Sera Monastery, Tibet Museum, Princess Wencheng Show, Chakpori Hill viewpoint, Barkhor Street... I recommend exploring at your own pace, taking it easy... stopping frequently and avoiding strenuous exercise. 🔸Food: Sichuan cuisine dominates. Aside from those speaking *******, everyone else speaks Sichuan dialect. Goods are not easy to transport in, so prices are comparable to first-tier cities. The air is dry and UV radiation is incredibly strong... I didn't get a tan all summer, but two days here turned me completely dark! [laughing emoji] If you have any other questions, feel free to ask! 🙋‍♀️🙋

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the ancient city and the waterwheel. We stayed for four consecutive days this time and were very satisfied. The hotel is very beautiful, especially the two brothers who provided excellent service. There are also delicious flower cakes available at any time, and hot milk is provided at night. It is really considerate service and responsive. Parking, luggage loading, and delivery of items are all very timely. It is a homestay worth staying in.

AAnonymous User**Review of Lhasa Gonggar Airport Lan Ou International Hotel** My stay at the Lhasa Gonggar Airport Lan Ou International Hotel was quite pleasant and convenient, particularly for a traveler looking for comfort near the airport. The hotel's prime location, just a short distance from the Lhasa Gonggar Airport, makes it an excellent choice for those with early flights or needing a quick stopover. The hotel itself is modern and well-kept, with a clean and stylish design. My room was spacious and comfortable, featuring contemporary furnishings and all the necessary amenities for a restful stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, and the room's soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep despite the proximity to the airport. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay, although there were occasional language barriers. Nonetheless, they were always willing to assist and made an effort to accommodate my requests. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. One area where the hotel could improve is its dining options. While the breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of dishes, I found that the food could benefit from more freshness and variety, especially for those staying multiple nights. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was somewhat inconsistent, which might be a concern for business travelers needing reliable internet access. Overall, Lhasa Gonggar Airport Lan Ou International Hotel is a solid option for travelers looking for a comfortable stay close to the airport. While there are minor areas for improvement, the hotel's convenience, cleanliness, and friendly service make it a good choice for short stays or layovers. **Rating:** 4/5

HhohotimVery satisfied with everything, the best is the customer service, always answer all questions. Buy an oxygen tube for RMB 10/piece, and you can arrange an oxygen machine at the lobby bar to provide free oxygen. There were sanitary defects, cigarette butts were found, we don't smoke as a family, but it was acceptable, the sprinkler pipe leaked, and the water pressure increased after cleaning. Everything was cured by the warm customer service.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located right next to the entrance of Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple, close to shopping and transportation to other places in Lhasa, so the location is perfect. The service is the most impressive, my hotel room was facing the street and there was a loud speaker shouting all day and all night, I had to complaint to the hotel staff even though the speaker was not part of the hotel. They immediately negotiated with the the relevant people, and offered to switch my room to face away from the street. Also the hotel staff helped me to reserve the critical sites and train. I cannnot be more thankful for their help. The room was big and they cleaned every day, they did a good job cleaning the room. The onsite laundry facility was helpful too since I cannot affort to pay for laundry service. All in all, I am very happy with the stay, and will return again if I come back to Lhasa.

GGuest UserThe hotel isn't to far from the Portola Palace (a short taxi trip). I wouldn't say its a true 4 star hotel. The room was a good size, quiet and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The room was a little worn out; I couldn't get the TV to work, the mirror on the wet bar area was cracked, there were marks to the walls where paintings/pictures had once been. Most annoying was the shower cubicle and the shower over the bath had only cold water! On my last morning the power was off in my area of the hotel and the lift was not working due to the power outage. The hotel staff do not speak English, but one lady working on reception was especially nice and helpful and we were able to communicate by using the translation app. There are lots of restaurants near by, but next time I think I'd prefer to stay closer to the Portola Palace.

BBDZzzzThe room amenities truly exceeded my expectations! Not only did it have a medical-grade diffused oxygen system, but also a thoughtful humidifier. For someone like me, new to high altitudes, this was an absolute lifesaver. I slept incredibly soundly at night, without any altitude sickness issues. The hotel lobby offers a free ******* clothing experience, complete with headwear and belts, so you can take stunning photos without any extra cost! The hotel's courtyard is also a fantastic spot for photos, with white pagodas, prayer flags, and golden sails – every shot is social media-worthy. Even more surprising, every Friday morning you can participate in a traditional Sang offering ceremony, where you light cypress branches with the hotel staff and experience the most authentic ******* culture. This immersive experience is truly rare and special!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean and bright, with good facilities. The front desk is decorated in ******* style, and there are many locals staying here, such as monks. The breakfast is the most abundant hotel I have ever met, with both Chinese and ******* options. The most important thing is that it is pet-friendly! The hotel provides laundry service, but I asked by phone and was told that if there are more than two pieces, they will be charged separately. You can see the price list at the front desk.

@@haitianI feel that this hotel is the largest in the entire county, and my personal experience is also the best. The front desk staff is friendly, the hotel rooms are clean, and you can see the Tu Lin Mountain view from the window. Of course, the entire county is hidden in the Tu Lin Mountains. The underground parking lot has not been completed yet, and the above-ground parking is a little far away, but it is acceptable. There is breakfast with good variety, and there is dining on the second floor of the hotel.
