4-Star Hotels in Morelos, Mexico

This property is a gem in a wonderful location 1.5 hrs from center of Mexico City. We stayed two nights prior to travelling home and used uber ( a bad experience) and a taxi ( good experience) to take us to and from the hotel. It is a very welcoming hotel with wonderful staff and activities laid on such as yoga ( we did this with an excellent instructor, but didn’t get his name…sorry), cultural walks and bread making etc). The neighbouring town of Tepoztlan was a must see. A vibrant and colorful small city with many artisan shops. We loved the hotel a great place to relax following a busy holiday and just before flying home!

The place is absolutely beautiful, the scenery is gorgeous the restaurant food very good quality. The crew were responsive and professional Although, the water shower of one bathroom of my 2 bedroom suite never had hot water and the other the next day did not have water . I advised at the reception but all they did was to extend my checkout for one hour i was expecting an actual refund.

An absolute gem of a hotel with incredible facilities. We came for a wedding at the chapel, but the entire grounds felt like a paradise. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the service was efficient and friendly. Cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for a bit of luxury in Cuernavaca.

the place is very nice. Also the pool and restaurant. Frontdesk and gate guards act strange (not very polite)

I love this hotel, cleaning is something super important to emphasize, the friendliness and friendliness of all staff is also something that I appreciate very much, at last I loved to host here, I doubtfully recommend it widely.

Great gardens Nice room (in second instance) Helpful staff Oldwets sanitary, bad “Plastic” under the layers, protects mattresses, I understand, but doesn't sleep good I haven't been able to use the sauna Still not quite clear whether this was possible or not possible (only paid ...) communication about it was not clear, had the feeling that I was kept in line ... up to 2 times (after, no sense of confrontation)

Good only when entering the room it didn't smell very good
