4-Star Hotels in Kelantan, Malaysia

Everything was good. 5mins drive to Mydin and other local shops. I had a pleasant stay and definitely will repeat again to stay here whenever i come to Kelantan

Great apartment and very clean. Easy check in experience, great communication and lots to do in the city. Good central location. The pool was also brilliant. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore the city of KB or as a stop on the way to or from the islands.

Excellent service. As soon as we arrived at the lobby, the staff immediately opened and closed the car door for us. I've never encountered such service at any other hotel. Keep it up! The room even had a bathtub and a shower cubicle. Sarongs (kain pelikat) and prayer mats were provided for prayers. The room view was also beautiful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kota Bharu. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious.

Very quiet and comfortable. There's a large mosque nearby, and you can even see Kuantan Tower in the distance. It's very convenient.

The apartment was well-maintained and offered plenty of space, which made for a very comfortable stay. The location is convenient for exploring the city, and the check-in process was straightforward. It’s a great choice for both short and longer visits to Kota Bharu.

Had a solid stay overall. Check-in and check-out were fast, and the receptionist was welcoming. The building is old style, but the room and bathroom were comfortable. Only shampoo and shower gel are provided. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Parking is available but very limited. Iron is available but had burnt residue on it from a previous guest, so I couldn't use it. Breakfast buffet is decent and gets the job done. Gym and pool area were quiet, but the pool water wasn't clear. There is also a paid massage chair in the lobby. A hassle-free option if you just need a reliable place to stay.

We stayed here twice during our trip, booking two rooms each time. The first night, both rooms weren't great. One had a broken toilet, and the other's bathroom lacked a towel rack and a place for toiletries. The second time, the room was much better – clean and well-equipped. Here's the main point: even though it's called a hotel, it's actually more like several independent guesthouses within one building. There's a keypad mailbox next to the main entrance. Normally, before check-in, the host informs you of the room number and mailbox code so you can self-check-in by retrieving the key yourself. However, this place had none of that, and no front desk, just a security guard. We couldn't get in touch with anyone. We contacted the platform, and they also had to reach out to the property manager. We arrived at 9 PM that night and waited for over half an hour. Finally, the security guard helped us by calling the landlord three or four times before the issue was resolved. We had to ask the security guard for help again during our second check-in.

Excellent stay, clean room and friendly staff. Great hotel, comfortable and worth the price. Clean, cosy and excellent service. Very pleasant stay, highly recommended. Nice room, good location and helpful staff. Fantastic experience, will stay again. Comfortable bed and excellent hospitality. Great value for money and very clean.

⭐Had a great stay at Crystal Lodge Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The location is convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The only minor downside was that you could occasionally hear loud motorcycles passing by late at night, especially if your room faced the main road. Fortunately, it wasn’t constant and didn’t affect my overall experience too much. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
