There were plenty of activities to enjoy â some free and some paid â so there was always something to do. Loved that there were two pools available as well, perfect for relaxing and cooling off. Great place for a short getaway or a family trip!

MMickey PWe had a relaxing stay. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a refreshing matoom drink as our welcome drink. Our booked room is not yet ready upon check-in but luckily we received free upgrade and early check-in from front desk which is nice. The view from the room is outstanding. Some of room amenities is not in the room and has to be requested through the app or call front desk which is inconvenient. Wifi is not working sometimes I have to use my own data. Breakfast is a buffet and offer variety of choices. Swimming pool looks nice but we have no time to use it. After check-out they even allowed us to take a quick shower at the swimming pool area and a toilet to change our clothes before our flight. Recommend

BbriarsueAt the end of the pier and turn right and thereâs it is. Fantastic. Room on third floor very clean and spacious. Lovely balcony overlooking lagoon with resident monitor lizards. Beautiful. Rooftop swimming pool absolutely gorgeous and a good place to see the mountains and beaches on East side. Very good location. Great hotel. Very kind and friendly staff. Buffet breakfast plentiful and good variety of different cuisine. Overall a 10/10 from me and highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I stayed at Pakasai Resort in Ao Nang, Krabi for 2 nights (June 22â24) and couldnât have asked for a more wonderful experienceâespecially for my birthday! I originally only hoped for a room upgrade, but the resort went far beyond my expectations and made my celebration truly unforgettable.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the surprises didnât stop there. On my birthday, I was greeted with a beautiful birthday cake, a thoughtful message arranged on the bed, and genuinely heartfelt service throughout the day.
I also booked dinner at GAIA, the resortâs own restaurant, and was treated to a free cocktail to celebrate. The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellentâit was the perfect birthday dinner.
The resort itself is cozy and peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery that makes you feel close to nature. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, and the entire resort has a calm, welcoming vibe.
Overall, I felt truly taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend Pakasai Resort to anyone visiting Ao Nang, especially if you're looking for a place that combines comfort, nature, and genuinely caring service. Iâm already thinking about coming back!

GGuest UserGreat small hotel, away from the busy street and only 2 minutes walk away...
What really surprised me my child became really Ill and we panicked, went to the hotel reception to get medical attention and within 2 minutes they are at our door rushing our child to the hospital, stayed with us and explained and translated all the procedures and after a few hours my child was stable and was allowed to be discharged, the hotel took us back and anything that was needed they took care of us and always checking up on him, that was a call beyond duty... thank you!

We stayed at Ananta Burin Resort and had a great experience overall! The resort is very kids-friendly â the highlight for us was the pool area with water slides, which kept the children happily entertained. The size of the resort is just right â not too big and not too small â making it easy to manage with kids.
We booked connecting rooms for our group of four, which worked perfectly. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. The only hiccup was on our last day when the whole building had no water supply, so we couldnât shower before checking out (a funny memory now!).
Location: The resort is slightly away from Ao Nang Beach and the main street market, but still accessible. Tuk-tuk rides are easy to get and cost around 100 THB, which was convenient.
Massage & Spa: Like most places in Thailand, finding a good massage isnât an issue â there are plenty of shops next to each other near the hotel, and the massages were great!
Overall, Iâm happy with our stay and would recommend Ananta Burin Resort to families looking for a kid-friendly, comfortable place in Krabi.

NNurulcunThe hotel is very nice, have a great pool with hill view and clean rooms. One of the best things is the location right in front of the beach. It's not directly on the sand, but it's close enough to enjoy the breeze all day and easily go back and forth between the beach and the pool. But the Wi-Fi is very slow in the rooms and lack of lighting at night.

DDr. IsauraI recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort for 5 days and 4 nights, booking through Trip.com. Our family of six, including two adults and four children, found the family room spacious and comfortable, perfectly accommodating our needs. The room was cozy, providing a serene retreat after our daily adventures.
The resortâs staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. We particularly appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to Ao Nang Beach, operating every two hours starting at noon, which made exploring the area convenient.
While the beachfront location offered stunning views, itâs worth noting that the beach itself isnât ideal for swimming due to its rocky nature. However, the multiple swimming pools on-site more than made up for this, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and play. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to each day.
The tranquil and calming atmosphere of the resort made our stay truly rejuvenating. Although it may not boast a five-star rating, the quality of service and amenities provided a delightful experience. Weâre already looking forward to our next visit to Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort.

Pook is really kind and she goes above and beyond to provide assistance. Because of her help, I was able to see wonderful places around Ao Nang and booked few Islands trips as well. Out of all the Front desk staff, Pook stood out from the rest of them due to her great customer skills and she actually pays attention to details and guided me in the right direction prior to visiting many places around Ao Nang. Thank you Pook and the entire Hotel Front desk staff, I'll definitely recommend others to visit Ao Nang and stay at this hotel.
