amazing location for a couples getaway however customer service was poor as i have booked a ocean suite room via trip.com and i was given an ocean view room. staff proceeded with an upgrade but an additional K 250 as per the resort’s price range which was not what was advertised on trip.com. I am disappointed with the upgrade as it was not the room i wanted or booked with them but understood due to their tight availability. I advise they should really solve this issue displaying their resort on external sites. Customers should be able to book and reserve correctly.
